Ben is by far not only a great lawyer, but one of the better people you will come across.. during my legal situation he never left me second guessing, in fear and always remained in control of every aspect of my case. Went through a divorce and was completely lost. Ben was able to fight for the light at the end of the tunnel for me. I could not be where I am in my life at this point without having sought counsel with Ben. His paralegal, Connie, is a true gem and extremely helpful. Janet, the secretary is equally as patient, kind and efficient. Ben has a calm demeanor, but will fight for you, never steer you in the wrong direction and is worth every dime. He makes the best use of your money and your time. I am finally done and feel like he was the best investment I’ve made even during a truly awful time.

I found ONE!! I found an honest Lawyer. He not only returns phone calls but he is also available to update his client on the status of the case. Brian handled a personal injury for me and my five. I was extremely satisfied with the way Brian worked.

I was a father fighting for sole custody of my daughter. I used Mr. Carroll along with Jim Feamster for my child custody case. It was VERY complicated. It took 2 years & a 6 day trial to be awarded sole custody of my daughter. It was a father vs. mother in the state of OK. We all know that is very difficult.
It was a long difficult process. But, they advised me through EVERY step along the way. At times I have to admit I thought OMG this can't be right :( But, everything they advised was EXACTLY what I need to do to win my case.
I will FOREVER me grateful to them for the hard work & perseverance that it took for my WIN!

Mr. Wallace is very patient and very determined in what he does for his clients! I had a long and drug out divorce that lasted 2 years. He supported me and got me everything I asked for! Mr Carignan is the absolute best call you can make. To not do so might cost you not only more money and time…but you still might not get the desired effect. I was in a hopeless situation where I felt like no one cared and government wasn’t going to help, and not to mention almost a year trying on my own ( futile attempt to save money )
Once I got it in contact, which was within a day of sending a email… I was able to see light at the end of the tunnel! No one wants to spend money… but if you have to spend it, you want a good product or quality work. I assure you this gentleman is both, and at a reasonable price. In a very unexpected situation, I chose Banner to guide us through and represent my child. We were disappointed to find out that the $5000 retainer we paid was completely gone before charges were ever filed. And for what ? A few emails and phone calls and 30+ hours of checking OSCN? We never asked him to check OSCN daily and the contract doesn't say he was going to check OSCN daily. And we told him that we were already checking OSCN daily. And that is clerical work. $300/hr to check OSCN? There hasn't even been an arraignment. The attorney didn't go to court even once. The contract stated that there would be an accounting and refund upon request. We never expected the attorney would fill the accounting with 8 pages of checking OSCN. We trusted this attorney to take care of our child in a time of need and feel like our naivety was taken advantage of. Interesting. As a response to your response, if I am not a party to a contract then I would like a full refund of the $5000 that I paid. My name was on that check. And the word retainer is misleading. Just take it out of your contract and call it a fee only. I read the contract and I was ok with it this whole time, because I was under the impression that the $5000 was a retainer and that unused/unearned funds would be refunded. Yes I understood an additional retainer would be due if charges were filed, but I never understood that meant the first retainer was completely used up at that point. My child and my husband were both at the initial consultation and we all believed the same. We never thought it was just a $5000 charge before ever even filing an entry of appearance as the attorney. We thought the $5000 was just to retain legal services and that fees would be deducted from the retainer as legal services were performed. We never, ever thought we were going to be billed $300/hr attorney fees for $20/hr clerical work or that it would cost $5000 for a few emails and phone calls. I guess we learned to always get an attorney to review our contract with an attorney before signing.

Aaron Compton was fantastic to work with. When I had an unjustified lawsuit brought against me, he stepped in as my council and handled it masterfully. He did his research to familiarize himself with the plaintiff's past litigious behaviors and knew exactly what to expect. On the day of court, Aaron came with a plan A, B, or C based on what direction the plaintiff chose to push the issue, and he was fully prepared for each scenario. Luckily, only plan A was needed, and the plaintiff skulked away, dismissed the suit, and will likely re-think the way they do business going forward. I have the utmost gratitude for Mr. Compton for representing me with his legal expertise, knowledge of human behavior, his tenacity, and overall genuine desire to see my legal rights and property protected. I contacted Harold after my now ex wife walked away from the marital residence and left our children with me. This divorce took 1 year and Harold became very personal with me and took the time to get to know me personally. He went above and beyond to protect my assets and listened to my fears and walked me through any and all questions I had regarding a divorce. Harold went above and beyond with everything he did especially with a high conflict divorce with 3 children involved. I would highly recommend Harold Thompson to anyone in need of a divorce lawyer. I know what people think, "Lawyers are lawyers". But I could literally reach Mr. Thompson any day of the week if it was important enough. My wife took my daughter and left me devastated. I called 7 different attorneys and 5 of them were just cold robots who only cared about telling me how much they cost and how little time I had to tell them about my case. At my lowest point while waiting for a call back, Attorney Harold Thompson called me. One of the reputable law firms I contacted were booked and so passed my information onto Harold. Harold Thompson consoled me first and made me feel as though he was sitting right next to me. He then listened to my case for as long as I needed him to and then told me he how he would fight for me as hard or as long as I needed him to. He did not try to nickle and dime me like the other attorneys and informed me of his FLAT rate and worked with me on payment options. His process to get things started was straight forward and to the point. He started working immediately and was more knowledgeable and more insightful than other attorneys. He professionally communicated with my wife and then back with me and was able to determine that divorce and a custody battle would be extreme at this point. Other attorneys would had just thought how they could keep money flowing into their pockets. Harold on the other hand recommended a less costly option. Communication had opened back up with me and my wife and my family is back together now thanks to Harold's involvement. Harold Thompson is not just a wonderful attorney but a caring and understanding person who is devoted to helping people and not destroying families.

Greg Denney represented me in an auto accident where a truck side swiped my vehicle causing me to get pushed off the road where I struck a tree head on and the person responsible kept driving. Our family used Jeffrey to modify visitation on a child custody case. It was simple. He promised to have the document written up in 2 weeks. We didn't hear from him for 3 months. His paralegal staff would randomly text every Friday incomplete sentences which he charged us for. After 1.5 years of frustration, the updated document that everyone signed was never filed but instead the same original document was filed. We paid $5000 for absolutely nothing and we endured a 1.5 years of frustration and arguing with his office. His office staff is horrible and he did nothing as a lawyer. DON'T HIRE HIM!
