I hired them cause they were all I could afford after my ex walked out with our savings account. They managed to get the job done but they're were condescending, barely communicated, canceled phone meetings if they just didn't feel like answering my questions, didn't keep me appraised of the progress and were rude and nasty and belligerent when I followed up. They seemed to care more about being buddies with my ex's lawyer than representing me fairly and fighting for me. It was a traumatic divorce already made worse by their attitude. If you can afford any other lawyer, do it. Don't use these guys unless you like being abused and are really desperate for your divorce to be finalized (I was).

I was grateful to have Anderson & Ferrin represent me on my divorce case. Their firm communicated regularly with me throughout the process and answered any questions I had along the way. If Michael was in trial and unable to respond right away, Victoria was quick to respond to emails and explain things I didn’t understand. Wow, I mean WOW. I was in a panic when I looked into legal help and this practice helped me find the right attorney for the case after clear and prompt communication within a day of reaching out. Richard Hornsby if you need a fantastic attorney it would be Richard Hornsby. I used Richard Hornsby's father somewhere in the 70s.Don't hold me to it, but it was somewhere in the 70s.And he was such a fantastic attorney.He was somebody that wasn't easy to forget and I never did. And when I needed an attorney again, I was saddened to find out That senior RIchard hornsby was now with us only in spirit.and I was haveing such a hard time I was praying I could I afford him.my fingers were crossed I thought to myself it's so nice to know.There's still a Hornsby out there and if he's anything like his father then that's who I want,! And need!
And so I did, I hired him approximately 6 weeks ago. He has class, he has integrity. He is very straight forward. Very Stern which seems and appears to be Very rude at First. Then you look at the big picture And you realize he's not at all.! Ms Smith assisted with preparation of my parents wills,Powers of Attorney, Living Will, Health Care Surrogate. She advised them what actions should be taken to expedite estate settlement when the time came. Her advice was spot on, and I was able to settle their estates without incident when the time came. Worst family law firm in Orlando. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! Lack of focus, terrible communication, ignorance, and outright lies is exactly what you should expect from Paulette Hamilton and her staff. When you look for representation as you go to battle, please find another law firm, one that is aggressive, pays attention to you, and is detail oriented. This Clown show does not care about their clients, they care about money. I honestly don’t know how they are not embarrassed with how they handled my case and I will spread word far and wide so that nobody I know is taken advantage of like I was.
