Lisa is by far the best attorney I have worked with. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the law, competent, hard-working, determined, reasonably priced and genuinely cares about you and your case. I had an interstate case that was rather complex. After speaking with Lisa, I knew she was the best attorney for the job. I had called about 7 other attorneys and they were all confused about how to go about my case and they were hesitant as to my next step. Not Lisa! Lisa knew exactly what to do! She was an angel. She is also one of the hardest working attorneys I have ever encountered. At no time did I ever feel in the dark about what was going on. She kept me up to date on everything and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She oftentimes worked from home into the wee hours of the night (thanks Lisa). She managed to do all this within the retainer fee that I paid and my case was DONE. Yes DONE. She tied up all the loose ends of my case even though I wasn't in the state! I recently reached out to Attorney Melissa Pendergrass about my current legal situation and after speaking with me she explained she was no longer focused on the type of representation I was requiring. She was extremely knowledgeable about my legal problem but felt I was better suited for another attorney! I felt a review was the least I could do seeing as she took the time to hear me out for free and refer me to another attorney she felt was best suited for my situation. It's difficult to find someone who will put your best interest in front of there financial gain and for this reason alone i felt she showed her true character that my outcome meant more than her bottom line! I really hope I do not need a family law attorney in the future but if I do she will absolutely be my first choice

I Hired Lauren Heatwole for a clarification of My ex wifes portion of my Retirement annuity. It was clear in my Amended Final judgement. However with anything it takes time and money to resolve these "whats seems to be simple issues". Lauren Directed me to also Hire an Actuary to be an expert witness.
The Actuary along with Lauren's team kept me informed with the Process.
At trail Lauren articulated every point I had made to her in conference in explicit detail. Trail went with ease. She had presented my case in detail to the judge.
Prior to me hiring her, she did go through in detail best and worst situations. She did not candy coat a bad outcome. I thought I was standing on firm ground but she went the extra miles that she thought she would prevail however when Judges get involved you never know.
I am not hesitant in giving my full recommendation for Lauren and her Team.

I am very displeased with John Crone. I hired him in 2022 to take on a probate case and have been disappointed with the lack of communication. I have been trying to run him down only to get brushed off every time. I have emails stating that due to the amount of assets my father has this would be a couple month long case. I have been so stressed out due to lack of communication and being in the dark about everything that I have started seeking therapy. I go through the reviews and notice that those that are very pleased with his work have the opposite ethnicity of me. I want to put into perspective that he was paid up front exactly what he asked for and has been dragging my case for almost 2 years. He says my case is unique and promises to get back with information and never does. This has added unbelievable stress to me. I would not recommend him to any African American people. This already bad situation has gotten worse. I pray he finally gets back to me because it does not take months and months to answer questions or acknowledge my concerns.

I called them to schedule the free 15 minute phone consultation… I let it be known that I was calling on behalf of my mother because there’s a slight language barrier and the receptionist (or whoever he was) informed me that they don’t take clients who can’t speak the language even if I am here to assist. Which I find very weird and off-putting, especially in this day and age, because it has never been an issue any other place!! He then proceeds to give me the number of another attorney located in Kissimmee and said that’s where they refer people to (people with language barriers I suppose?? Or people they just don’t want to take on as clients for whatever odd reasoning they have).
