I have worked with John Williams and his firm for over a decade. I’ve worked with many lawyers (both in personal life and in business) and must say that John is a breath of fresh air.
He’s extremely knowledgeable, especially in family planning, will creation and over-arching estate / financial planning. He gives excellent advice to simplify
ones estate documents (vs others who tend to complicate to increase billable hours).
My wife and I trust him implicitly, and for this reason, have continued to expand services with him over the last dozen years or so. In his respective field, John is a lifelong trusted advisor who we have referred friends and family to.

This law firm is excellent. They (Mrs. Berbarie and her assistant) assisted me with my divorce after 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable of the law and will do everthing by legal ways to make a divorce proceedings as smooth as possible. Granted, this is one of the least enjoybale legal things any person can go through, but they were able to do this for me, in such a fashion, that was very pain free. When seeking help in family-related issues you may be emotionally vulnerable. You can trust Shanin to guide you with expertise. She will keep you focused because she tries to be cost-conscious. Shanin is experienced and knowledgeable and will advocate for you. Her fees are reasonable. I can tell you from my own experiences that some attorneys I have encountered do not demonstrate any genuine desire to fight for their clients as they should, or even as thoroughly as they should. Shanin Turner is not one of those types of attorneys. She responds to me in a timely manner, and she explains things to me in easy-to-understand terms. I trust Shanin Turner to represent my best interests in all family-related legal actions and I highly recommend her.

Chip Pelley met me in person one day, while I was an absolute ball of nerves. Embarrassingly, I even started to cry in front of him. While Chip was reading through my divorce papers, he made me feel much more calm, and I felt confident in hiring him. Chip embodies the "still waters run deep" adage. We were later introduced to Chip's paralegal, Mary. Throughout the year-long process, Mary never took more than 24 hours to answer emails, and often times, she would answer my phone calls right away. Mary is thoughtful, professional, and very courteous with the clients. I never felt rushed in anyway whenever I would talk to her. On the day of the mediation, I did not sleep the night before. Once again, seeing my attorney Chip, made me calm again. At one point during the mediation, Chip was calmly reading through the paperwork, and he unveiled a small, but very significant detail that nobody seemed to catch, which changed the landscape of the entire litigation resulting in my favor. The outcome was that I actually ended up with MORE than what I was expecting. On a side note: use Chip's mediatior! He's not the most friendly man, but he is direct, and will streamline the process; he was highly effective. On billing: in aggregate, the standard operating procedure for billing is to charge a client the going rate per hour, notwithstanding the minutes used. For example, if you talk to your lawyer for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 45 minutes, they round up to the hour. But Chip bills in increments of 1/6 of the hour. Most of my interactions were with Mary, and her rate is ¼ Chip's, and she too, bills in increments of 1/6 of the hour. I found this to be a refreshing difference, which other attorneys should follow suit. Do your homework. Interview. And when you do, you will happily choose Chip Pelley.

Attorney Loretta Keller, is hands down the VERY best, most professional, efficient, effective & let’s not forget to mention, an absolute BOSS in the courtroom & outside of it. In 2016-2017 Loretta helped me fight to get my children back. The TX CPS Office we were dealing with, switched me to a different case worker- who did nothing but LIE & didnall she could to try and destroy my relationship with my children, get my rights terminated, & who wouldn’t allow me more than 2 supervised visitations a month (while I was in OK). Oh yeah, the most important part is that my children & I only lived in TX for less than 31 days- My children were with me in OK- & in no way shape or form in any danger, let alone Imminent Danger, the police proved that to the 1st case worker & ‘she didn’t believe them’ - & thus illegally custody of my children was taken & they placed them with toxic & substance abusing extended family. My aunt knew the original case worker (the one she called to get a case going, due to finding out we were moving back to OK) to remove us from the toxic, unhealthy situation & upon a judge signing the warrant to take my babies, that 1st Case Worker excused herself immediately- I’m assuming she did this so not to get caught fabricating a CPS Case for a “friend” & my children were therefore illegally seized. Loretta had her work cut out for her- My extended family is extremely narcissistic, my past is ugly, & the CPS office we were dealing with were obviously, & ‘Allegedly’ acting corruptly. She fought & pushed, & won my case 4 days before it would have gone to trial. If you ever have family problems concerning your children- you NEED & WANT Loretta Keller representing you. She does not mess around, and you better be ready to do WHATEVER she tells you. Trust her, it’s in your best interest & she is an Attorney with real morals. That is near impossible to find anymore. Seek out Loretta Keller, you will not regret it. Thanks Loretta, I never did get to thank you, or explain things that happened afterwards- but I’d love to send you a picture of My babies, Myself, My husband (still Bryan 🥹🥰) we’re one giant happy family and it’s truly all thanks to you!!!

We were faced with an unthinkable set of circumstances that turned our life upside down. Our son who has special needs was unfairly arrested facing multiple charges. The police arrested our son against our will in our own home for domestic violence. They didn't care that he suffered from mental illness including severe Tourette's syndrome.
I explained to the police about his mental illness and all they cared about was making an arrest. We explained to the police that our son had certain illnesses beyond his control and we did not want him unfairly arrested. It was about 2.00am and he was arrested, taken out of our own home and off to jail he went.
I called family and friends for advice and help. We called several attorneys in the middle of the night but in our gut we were just not comfortable. We Googled and came across the Wilder Law Firm. After reading countless Google reviews we decided to call them. We met with Doug, Morgan, and Ronnie. They listened to us for what felt like hours. I watched them intently and they genuinely cared and listened. They didn't tell us what we wanted to hear; they told us the truth. They felt the police were wrong and they would fight until this was resolved.

They barely put in any effort to resolve our case, and the outcome was disappointing. Brooke, who was supposed to be helpful, was unresponsive and didn’t offer the support we needed throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, it felt like we were being a bother rather than a priority.

Ms. Blacknall handled my divorce case (and me) with finesse and compassion in a manner that I have heard no other similarly unfortunate friends describe their own experiences, with other firms.
The entire team is beyond responsive. I had moments of panic and sent emails that were less than "professional" and was amazed to see the care and effort as well as timing of the responses from Ms. Blacknall and her staff.

MR BOYD Failed to file the proper documents to the Court resulting in a hearing that went totally south in favor of the abusive mother et.al. Delayed submitting damaging evidence to the Court. Asked me on multiple occasions. "HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU HAVE TO SPEND ON THIS CASE". Thats quite the loaded question. He filed an intervention (without affidavit mind you) sent a stranger ANOTHER ATTORNEY FROM HIS FIRM WHOM we never HAD ANY CONTACT WITH EVER to the hearing who briefed me on my intervention for 10 minutes immediately before the hearing\- yet he wasn't even aware that my intervention wouldn't be heard because Mr. Boyd failed to submit an affidavit with the petition. Mr. Boyd later after the hearing said to me "oh I knew OPC was going to oppose ". Really?? than how was the attorney you sent to the hearing to represent us under the impression that my intervention would be heard....since, he briefed me on the intervention! It seems reasonable and fair to believe that the attorney (we never met or spoke with) assumed the affidavit was filed with the Court - otherwise why would he be briefing me on the intervention 10 minutes before the hearing? OR MR. BOYD JUST SENT A MAN IN A SUIT TO SHOW UP AT the HEARING!!! MR. BOYD WAS BUSY DOING OTHER THINGS. I am yet to receive Mr. Boyd's legal opinion citing the Texas Law that would even consider an 'intervention'. At this point, I have requested this several times, he does not reply. My conclusion....there is no legal merit.

I would give negative stars if possible. Like many of the other reviews specifically regarding Catherine Hensley- she has been absolutely awful in representing my case. It started out fine, but then I wasn't even notified of a counterpetition being filed until over a month after it happened (and it was more of an after-thought during a phone consultation). I've called and/or e-mailed at least 10 times in the last month, and no response (just requesting a copy of the orders that were sent on my behalf). She stood me up for two phone consultations, causing me to miss work and ultimately, money I could have made. I still don't have a copy of the most recent orders that were signed by a judge (and orders I did not see prior to them being sent to verify accuracy). I am also waiting on copies of other documents sent on my behalf. Please avoid using this attorney if you want anything done correctly. Her assistant, Juanita, was a huge part of the problem as well (and rude), but she no longer works there. No excuse considering I've contacted multiple other staff members with NO response. And to the person who replies to all these- don't suggest that I call your office since I've already done that multiple times. How about someone from your office return MY phone call or just send me the documents that I have a right to have copies of.

I would give negative stars if possible. Like many of the other reviews specifically regarding Catherine Hensley- she has been absolutely awful in representing my case. It started out fine, but then I wasn't even notified of a counterpetition being filed until over a month after it happened (and it was more of an after-thought during a phone consultation). I've called and/or e-mailed at least 10 times in the last month, and no response (just requesting a copy of the orders that were sent on my behalf). She stood me up for two phone consultations, causing me to miss work and ultimately, money I could have made. I still don't have a copy of the most recent orders that were signed by a judge (and orders I did not see prior to them being sent to verify accuracy). I am also waiting on copies of other documents sent on my behalf. Please avoid using this attorney if you want anything done correctly. Her assistant, Juanita, was a huge part of the problem as well (and rude), but she no longer works there. No excuse considering I've contacted multiple other staff members with NO response. And to the person who replies to all these- don't suggest that I call your office since I've already done that multiple times. How about someone from your office return MY phone call or just send me the documents that I have a right to have copies of.

I was divorcing my ex husband in 2006 due to emotional and physical abuse along with adultery. I was seeking sole custody of my children due to my husband's drug and alcohol addiction, and the physical abuse/neglect. I was told that it was impossible for me to get sole custody even with my medical records as proof. Ms. Stroh did not even show up to court, charged me $5000.00 and then harassed me saying that I still owed even more money. FOR WHAT??? Two years later I went back to court on my own, without counsel, and I walked away with more child support AND SOLE CUSTODY! Thanks for endangering my children's safety for two years and the mental damage it did to me and them. Worst attorney ever.

I interviewed five attorneys before I decided on Andrea. She was very professional, and was always very accessable. Anytime I called or emailed her, it was returned promptly.
She didn't give me any unrealistic expectations like some attorneys try to sell you in order to get that retainer. I had a lying, cheating, drug adtick wife that had been in an out of Green Oaks Mental Hospital 5 times in the last 14 months we were together. She also managed to get arrested a few days after I left for forging a prescription.
I ended up with everything I wanted, which was my retirement that I had workded so hard for and that my ex didn't deserve.

Currently being represented by Atty Latoya Blakely. At this point, I dont feel Latoya is fighting the case as she would be if it were her freedom on the line. I think she is a smart, intelligent young lady, but I think she could do better.. I know she can do better. The case is still pending, and so Mrs. Blakely could surprise me with the outcome... I met with Valencia for a consultation. The paralegal who scheduled the consult knew all the important details regarding my case, had consulted with at least two of the attorneys prior to my meeting, and informed me they could handle my case. Valencia barely looked at me or spoke to me while I explained my case. It was obvious she didn’t care and wasn’t listening. She checked the time several times. After I’d explained the case, she stated that they didn’t have the capacity currently. I asked why she agreed to meet with me if she didn’t have the capacity, and her response was that they don’t like to turn away consultations. I was taken aback by the unprofessionalism, and would avoid this attorney and firm.

This person is nice and intelligent. However she was not helpful with my divorce process and settlement. For example, in the middle of our divorce mediation she went back on the very strategy that we had agreed upon beforehand, saying it wouldn’t work, and putting it on me by saying I misunderstood her. I then had to argue against both her and the mediator to get my settlement more reasonable, which I did. In the end I paid her over 10k and she was just another person that I had to fight against in my divorce. During the process her paralegal (Emili) left a voicemail for me on my ex-wife’s phone, calling her number by mistake. When I got upset about this they refused to take an ounce of responsibility, claiming that they “called the number on file.” When it was all said and done they gave me no reimbursement, claiming instead that they actually gave me a credit on more funds that I had owed as a courtesy. I have no proof about this but I don’t believe it for a second. Their invoice includes a long list of transactions that are only described by a sequence of numbers, which could be anything and describes no service in particular. Divorce is already difficult enough - I don’t want anyone else to have to go through the lawyer experience I went through, that is the bottom line.
