Mrs. Mccaskill, Jennifer has been nothing but lovely to me and helped me out when I needed it the most. I’ve had several up-and-down situations with navigating through sticky custody situations , trying to get advice even recently even though , she was my lawyer in my final divorce case in 2018. She still continues to be a wonderful support and unbelievably knowledgeable on all aspects of Monmouth County court system, She is also very empathetic person, that has nothing but the best intentions for her clients!!!!
She is not the type of lawyer that are just feeling as if , you’re just a number in her computer, you become friends, and become part of the community with other clients, that she has developed over the years

John is an amazing lawyer, I was looking for a lawyer in Monmouth county to handle my divorce and chose John, he did everything in his power to make me feel like I was his only client. This is Barbara Shaw. My experience with this particular arbitrator (Mr. Dwyer) was so horrific. My ex-husband had been found to be not credible in a court of New Jersey Family Law, he also had been denied any payment reductions by the Appellate Court, and he was ordered to pay my attorney fees for this action. Following this I agreed to engage in a binding arbitration with my ex-husband.
Mr. Dwyer heard the case.
He had documented not only the wrong testimony but made errors on his final judgment and he had to make adjustments to his judgment, and had the audacity to charge me for his error.
This man is not fair at all and is blatantly in favor of men.
Beware. It took me several years to actually decide to write this review because I was so devastated by my experience.

I walked into Sylvia's office a broken, beaten down woman.
My case was a complicated one.
I had met with many attorneys in the area and not one made me feel as much at ease as Sylvia.
Taking that first step can be terrifying, I had a million questions and a feeling that I'd never get through. I cried a lot at first and Sylvia listened, her compassion was evident.
