If you have been accused of something please do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with Tom. It is overwhelming to go through this experience, particularly when you have never been accused of something in the past. From the first second I sat down with Tom, it was obvious that he truly cared about me, and I felt that I had an ally in my fight. For the rest of my life, I will never forget Tom and the compassion he showed me. He inspires me and restores my faith in humanity. I have never experienced such kindness and generosity from a stranger before in my entire life. I only wish I could repay him in some way. This review is the least that I could do. I should added a review years ago this man is older he does his job and he will take care of you he took me and my brother's inheritance case when nobody else would our case was very complicated and we were very poor and he guided us through the process and took care of everything even though there was complications and problems they always call you back and they explain the process this lawyer is worth your time and they are very much worth going through for probate. They also have connections and relationships established for dealing with all the aspects of probate and it made the process a lot easier on us.

Lauren and her paralegal Emily provided excellent advice at a time I was at a loss for how to proceed. The annulment process is quite complicated and Lauren accurately assessed the situation and was spot on with what actually transpired. I went in apprehensive and unsure and Lauren’s professionalism came across loud and clear during the hearing. I live out of state and it involved some international communication. Lauren’s knowledge of the local judiciary in the 9th circuit proved to be the difference. I was very very fortunate to have found this firm.

John has been my lawyer for at least a year now assisting with my stressful divorce. He is an honest lawyer who won't act on a request simply because you ask; if he believes it’s not the right or fair course of action, he will not proceed. He fights for what’s best and just for his clients, especially when children are involved. Although I wasn't 100% satisfied with the outcome of my divorce and custody battle. As he mentioned in every litigation, you can’t get everything you want. I trust that John’s expertise and understanding of the judge led to a fair result. He doesn't just do what you want to charge you more or unnecessary; he adheres to the law and ensures that actions are fair.
I recently hired John again for a motion that my ex and I couldn’t agree on. I chose him because I know he will act in the best interest of me and my children. John is not the type of lawyer who will simply charge you for actions without sufficient evidence or necessity. Unlike some lawyers who will do anything for a fee, John maintains a high standard of integrity and only pursues actions that are supported by adequate evidence and proof.

My dad passed away and my brother, two sisters and I had no idea where to start as my father left no directions. We consulted with several firms before coming to Anderson, Dorn and Rader on a recommendation. Mr. Rader had a remote conference with all of us (we're spread all over the country), listened to us, addressed our concerns in words we could understand and agreed to work with us. Rather than telling us to surrender our father's estate to someone we'd never met (as several other firms had) he encouraged us and agreed we should be involved. Throughout the process, Monica (Senior Paralegal) was phenomenal - always answering our questions promptly and accurately, even making suggestions on how to pursue items I wasn't aware we should be looking for. My siblings and I always felt we had an advocate throughout the process and that we'd been lucky to find the firm. They earned every penny they asked us for and they did not add on additional fees or hire external agents as we'd been quoted by other firms. I do not have enough AMAZING things to say about Andriea and Ashley. They walked me through the process, they were quick to respond, led the whole divorce process and kept me in the loop at all times. I honestly don’t even know why what ex’s attorney did because Andriea was so on top of it. My ex would ask me to ask Andriea something knowing it would get done. My divorce was final 3 months after my first conversation with her. By the end, I felt like she was almost family and I always felt like she had my back. Another thing to note, is that Andriea know’s the law very well, so don’t think you or your ex will be able to sneak anything by her. Thank you Andriea and Ashley!

Andriea Aden is a straight shooter, no nonsense, gets it done yesterday kind of energy. She is a powerhouse of assertive fervor in the court room and worth every penny!! You better retain her before your ex does! I am not joking, that happened to my kids’ dad.
