I have spent almost 7 years embroiled in a multitude of difficult situations with my ex-husband. During this time I have used the services of 5 attorneys. My most recent situation was the most challenging, and required an insightful and readily-available attorney. While I had used the services of Rose Law Group before, I had never used the services of Mr. Kaine Fisher. Initially, on a weekend, I sent Mr. Fisher a plethora of emails relating to the past 7 years of divorce issues. Much to my surprise, by Sunday, Mr. Fisher had answered my emails. He was there for me on an emergency basis (without an initial meeting). At that moment, I finally had some semblance of peace in navigating the legal waters ahead. During the ensuing 8 months, my child and I endured many situations that could easily have erupted into law enforcement and legal nightmares. Every step of the way Mr. Fisher responded to my inquiries and concerns with speed (even on weekends and holidays), patience, respect, logic and an obvious intricate understanding of the myriad of concerning factors. Every legal response by Mr. Fisher was creative, perceptive, and brilliantly articulated. Mike, Karen and Kailee are truly the best of the best. Mike's dedication to his clients is second to none. Mike and his staff take a personal interest in their clients more than I imagine a lot of other attorneys/staff do. He doesn't give up and will do whatever it takes to get the best outcome for his clients. His staff is a direct extension of him. They care and will help in anyway they can, going way above and beyond. I was not the easiest client by any means and they helped me through the whole process without ever casting judgement. If you have a highly contentious custody battle or just a custody battle rest assured Mike and team have your back and will help you breathe easy at night. I can't say enough about Mike and his team. I was already divorced, but wanted to move out of state to Texas with my 4 year old son. Mike made it possible. He is a bulldog on a case, he was totally willing to go all the way and nothing slipped by him, he made my move happen. My ex husband filed an emergency temporary order the day before I was set to leave Arizona. We had 3 or 4 court appearances both in person and over the phone and every time Mike made sure we came out of it ahead. My ex kept completely ignoring court orders, so we would refile with more changes to the agreement and win. He is absolutely wonderful to work with, in fact I found this website looking for his contact information since a friend of mine needs a divorce attorney. I have recommended him twice before to other friends / family.

I have been working with Family Law Attorney, Tali Collins, for 2 years, and she is by far the best attorney that I have worked with for ongoing family law litigation. She is very approachable, knows her legal material, is detail- orientated, has an amazing memory, knows lots of helpful resources and her fees are very reasonable.
I have worked with many attorneys who have similar skills, but want you to hire them and are not great with working with the client that wants to self represent. Because I don't have the financial resources for a retainer, Ms. Collins has worked with me in preparing legal documents, preparing for hearings, and organizing and finding exhibits. She knows what individual judges want, so I feel like I am ahead of the game and know what to expect and how to prepare when I go to the hearing.
Recently, Tali Collins helped me prepare for my latest Parenting Time Modification Hearing and I feel more prepared than I did when I hired an attorney to represent me at the last one, and it saved me thousands of dollars. Ms. Collins knows all aspects of family law and I don't think I could have worked with anyone who could prepare me as much as she has.
I am so grateful that I found Ms. Collins, she has been an immense resource for me and has been so "spot on" with helping me in past hearings and litigation. My husband was suffering with mental illness, and had been diagnosed with dementia on top of that. He was a brilliant man, and at this time of his life, had taken action to meet with this lawyer( Patricia Lenzner, Owens & Perkins) - regarding "divorce" when we had an argument (he had totaled a car, gave me his license, and then - dementia and memory loss - wanted it back a month later, and I refused to give it to him). He actually filed and gave a deposit, then changed his mind 2 days later. 48 hours. This dishonest attorney, went ahead and filed anyway, after he had cancelled - causing distress to both my husband and me, as well as significant financial loss. I can only surmise, she wanted her money, rather than doing the right thing. When she called me to tell me, I asked "how can you in good conscience do this, if he's been diagnosed with two mental imbalances, bipolar one and dementia"? Facts regarding his health did not matter to her. He suffered, tremendously, and so did our family. He recently passed on. I have intended to write this honest review, to warn good people to seek counsel elsewhere.

This lawfirm breached their contractual obigation to diigently and competently render legal services. I would let anyone know do not use this law firm I had a horrible experience with them when it came down to them being hired to be on myside that wasn't the case I feel as if the other side was being listened to even after I was told that my wife wasn't able to make false reports to the police in anyway but still that was done I explained that to Jillian but nothing came about it my wife is a person that will lie and lie to everyone just to make people feel sorry for her I wasted 7750.00 on this company just to get a bill that I don't feel entitled to be paying at this point due to her withdrawing herself as my lawyer when my wife stated Jillian was going to let me go I was advised to give up half of my money to wife and after I didn't have counsel I didn't know what else to do besides doing so even my wife sends threats to me family and job about killing me I thought lawyers should take this more into account so this can continue on and on but figured as much of a mess and hassle this company gave me until the 31st of the month to accept the terms of their bill or they will do it for me and give me back less than half o and btw even after I paid the company I was blown off for days not even a phone call stating hey thanks for hiring me you know lawyers always think cause they are in a law firm they can use their terms to get away with anything so speaking to the public to put the unheard voice out there may do some change or justice against this company and more and more people come out with the one star reviews maybe there will be some change good job on Paul I agree that a public defender or pro bono lawyer would of did something different with me. I add more to this with supporting my argument.

We had a very bad experience dealing with Jillian. It was stated before in previous reviews that she will not defend male even if you are paying top money. This is a TRUTH STATEMENT. She gave us really bad advice, advance that was against us instead of the other party. When she was confronted about it she stated that we were not a good fit and let us go but charging us tons of money for basically leave the case worse than before. If you are not capable of dealing with big/ complex cases just let the client know in advance that way they don’t have to spend more and more money with no resolution. I will think twice before hiring any one from this law firm.

I wrote a negative reviews yesterday and it was taken down by this law firm. I thought that was against the law? I better call an attorney. Krista Banfield was my attorney. She was horrible after our first initial consultation and $5000 later she did nothing except Cosme damage because she didn’t file paperwork she promised. I only got to talk to Paralegal who acted like she was an attorney. What a fraud. Beware. You know it’s bad enough to get a bad attorney, but this one actually caused an additional hardship.

I acquired Joe for family services. I was divorced already with a child. The other party kept refusing to do what was ordered by the judge so needless to say the outcome was beneficial for me.
I did not only use Joe for the family circumstances. Without his expertise I can honestly say, I would have been given a harsher outcome. Comparing what I was sentenced to what it could have been it blows my mind.

Attorney Karen Schoenau at Guymon Law has done a great job in my family case. Her knowledge, relationships, and abilities were all on display in my hotly contested matter. She has been responsive to email, phone and when needed, in-person meetings. I especially enjoy her hearing and trial abilities. Most attorneys are good at writing pleadings and negotiating issues but it takes a special lawyer who can win at hearings. Her support staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her and her firm.
