Rideout Law was exceptional during my divorce proceedings. The front office always answers and forwards the info or questions promptly. The paralegal and attorney were diligent advisable and helpful in requesting and filing the proper paper work. Both Juliana and Steve Eckhardt, helped guide me through what can be difficult/impossible alone and made sure the divorce proceeded well with the best interest for all parties involved including the children. God awful, dishonest, and unethical. Took advantage of a disabled person. Lied to me. Falsified evidence. "Forgot" to disclose unfavorable information. I've been a lawyer for 17 years, and I have personal experience with Ms. Marquis. You can do better than this despicable person.

I have spent almost 7 years embroiled in a multitude of difficult situations with my ex-husband. During this time I have used the services of 5 attorneys. My most recent situation was the most challenging, and required an insightful and readily-available attorney. While I had used the services of Rose Law Group before, I had never used the services of Mr. Kaine Fisher. Initially, on a weekend, I sent Mr. Fisher a plethora of emails relating to the past 7 years of divorce issues. Much to my surprise, by Sunday, Mr. Fisher had answered my emails. He was there for me on an emergency basis (without an initial meeting). At that moment, I finally had some semblance of peace in navigating the legal waters ahead. During the ensuing 8 months, my child and I endured many situations that could easily have erupted into law enforcement and legal nightmares. Every step of the way Mr. Fisher responded to my inquiries and concerns with speed (even on weekends and holidays), patience, respect, logic and an obvious intricate understanding of the myriad of concerning factors. Every legal response by Mr. Fisher was creative, perceptive, and brilliantly articulated. While my child and I had to use our own resources to circumnavigate some of the turmoil, Mr. Fisher’s legal guidance was prominent in our minds. While some attorneys might have shied away from our challenging case, Mr. Fisher took it on, truly not knowing if we could achieve our goals. I think this took enormous personal integrity and insight from Mr. Fisher, as he felt he was doing his best to protect my interests and the safety of my child. Mike, Karen and Kailee are truly the best of the best. Mike's dedication to his clients is second to none. Mike and his staff take a personal interest in their clients more than I imagine a lot of other attorneys/staff do. He doesn't give up and will do whatever it takes to get the best outcome for his clients. His staff is a direct extension of him. They care and will help in anyway they can, going way above and beyond. I was not the easiest client by any means and they helped me through the whole process without ever casting judgement. If you have a highly contentious custody battle or just a custody battle rest assured Mike and team have your back and will help you breathe easy at night. I can't say enough about Mike and his team. They are are genuine people that really care.

I was already divorced, but wanted to move out of state to Texas with my 4 year old son. Mike made it possible. He is a bulldog on a case, he was totally willing to go all the way and nothing slipped by him, he made my move happen. My ex husband filed an emergency temporary order the day before I was set to leave Arizona. We had 3 or 4 court appearances both in person and over the phone and every time Mike made sure we came out of it ahead. My ex kept completely ignoring court orders, so we would refile with more changes to the agreement and win. He is absolutely wonderful to work with, in fact I found this website looking for his contact information since a friend of mine needs a divorce attorney. I have recommended him twice before to other friends / family.

I went through a horrible divorce in Phoenix, and Michael came through to the fullest. He was very knowlegeable of the laws, and knew exactly what approach to take. He attacked this case from every angle, and asked several questions to be well informed. He listens to his clients and their concerns. I have been working with Family Law Attorney, Tali Collins, for 2 years, and she is by far the best attorney that I have worked with for ongoing family law litigation. She is very approachable, knows her legal material, is detail- orientated, has an amazing memory, knows lots of helpful resources and her fees are very reasonable.
I have worked with many attorneys who have similar skills, but want you to hire them and are not great with working with the client that wants to self represent. Because I don't have the financial resources for a retainer, Ms. Collins has worked with me in preparing legal documents, preparing for hearings, and organizing and finding exhibits. She knows what individual judges want, so I feel like I am ahead of the game and know what to expect and how to prepare when I go to the hearing.
Recently, Tali Collins helped me prepare for my latest Parenting Time Modification Hearing and I feel more prepared than I did when I hired an attorney to represent me at the last one, and it saved me thousands of dollars. Ms. Collins knows all aspects of family law and I don't think I could have worked with anyone who could prepare me as much as she has.
I am so grateful that I found Ms. Collins, she has been an immense resource for me and has been so "spot on" with helping me in past hearings and litigation. This has been a great fit for me, and I even look forward to meeting with her. Ms. Collins is so motivating, knowledgeable and understanding, that when I walk away from meetings with her, I feel supported, empowered, recharged and ready to tackle my legal battles.

Charles Kellers is an experienced attorney who knows the law and the litigation process. He was always professional, excellent communication throughout the litigation process, and a superior negotiator. One thing I really appreciated about Mr. Kellers is he gave me advice about my case prior to retainer. I ended up needing his assistance in the end, and he was there for me every step of the process with compassion for my circumstances. I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!

Attorney Karen Schoenau at Guymon Law has done a great job in my family case. Her knowledge, relationships, and abilities were all on display in my hotly contested matter. She has been responsive to email, phone and when needed, in-person meetings. I especially enjoy her hearing and trial abilities. Most attorneys are good at writing pleadings and negotiating issues but it takes a special lawyer who can win at hearings. Her support staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her and her firm.
