I recently finished a highly contested, complicated divorce, involving children and money. I was represented by Attorney Bryan Hesser throughout the process. My opinion of Attorney Hesser is as follows: he is an impeccable professional who promptly, meticulously and thoughtfully responds to all of his clients’ thoughts and concerns, who constantly thinks ahead to the next strategic steps involved, and who has the confidence and mastery of work to handle any level of divorce difficulty. In the end, I got to keep my kids according to the time sharing plan I had asked for and I received an alimony judgement which I thought was quite reasonable. I credit Attorney Hesser in coming up with persuasive arguments for both of these outcomes. In particular, the alimony argument was solely his.
The entire Liebenhaut Hesser firm was very professional, from my first phone call reaching out to them. I’d like to thank them as a whole, including Attorney Austin Mutnansky who assisted with my case and the two paralegals involved.
I give my absolute highest possible recommendation to Attorney Bryan Hesser and the Liebenhaut Hesser firm. They are the best possible representation one can ask for in divorce. Despite this being a difficult period in my life I will always have fond memories of them.

For family law, I could not imagine a better choice. I've had this black cloud hanging over me for 15+ years regarding custody and child support, and I was honestly dreading this legal process. Austin and all of the great people at Liebenhaut did a great job of making me feel comfortable with the process and helped me to understand and simplify each step along the way. I originally chose a different attorney due to financial reasons but quickly found out you get what you pay for when it comes to family law attorneys. I did consultations with multiple family law firms but Austin and his team stood out from the rest from the very beginning. I should have trusted my gut from the start. Don't mess around with your choice of legal teams to save money if you can help it. Liebenhaut was worth every penny.

Alyssa Silva is the slowest lawyer and slowest reader I've ever met. I didn’t personally pick and hire her as my lawyer, she assisted me during a divorce. She wasn’t kind or welcoming at all. II would not recommend Alyssa for any family law unless you want your simple case to take almost an entire year and still not be proofread correctly.. I had to personally point out so many simple mistakes she made ! She is very new at this job and very slow. I even had another lawyer say she was so slow in mediation in their experience with her !

If I could give this law firm 1 million stars I would. I was told by many that the outcome I was aiming for was nearly impossible… Bryan Hesser & his amazing team didn’t care what the odds were, they went for it and were able to achieve my goal in less than 5 months. They are extremely helpful, have excellent communication, and are highly knowledgeable. Most of the time people search for family law lawyers, who are complete sharks, and while they may be great, they tend not to be very personable. Bryan was 100% a dynamite lawyer and nose dived into my case as I prayed he would, but he was extremely respectful to all parties and that says a lot about his character and professionalism. I am so thankful for this team and will forever be thankful for this team. I will recommend Bryan Hesser and his team to everyone!

Gena has a "win it all" mentality, which is good unless you have nothing you're trying to win other than a fair settlement. If you have a simple case, Gena is gonna blow it out of proportions and cost you thousands more than what's needed. Even the judge during the child custody case said Gena needs to figure this case out because she is dragging it on too long for 2 young individuals that do not have much to their names

Mr. Edward (Ed) Horan was hired to fight for the protection of our daughter. Mr. Horan explained the challenges to us, by not being blood relatives, but nonetheless, he put his heart, experience, tenacity and his love for the protection of our daughter and he never gave up. Thanks to Mr. Horan and God, we WON the case. Mr. Horan always sent us detailed invoices that explained the work he completed. My husband and I recommend him to anyone who needs a great, honorable lawyer. In the court room, he is respectful to the judges and other attorneys. He is very known in the leon county courthouse and seems to be respected. He does his homework and KNOWS the right angles and questions to ask whoever is on the stand. You can trust Mr. Horan and the angle he is taking to win and fight for you. Mr. Horan will allow you to bring evidence to him and if it is credible, he will use it. We are thankful that Mr. Horan held our hands throughout the entire process (from the TPR to the adoption). Mr. Horan was very kind to us and stayed in touch, to make sure we didn't have any surprises. I hired ed about 4 years ago, let's just say everything he had told me went out the window once we went to mediation. I ended up with a horrible agreement that had multiple mistakes in it that the other party used to their advantage. His only advice was for me to hope they didn't notice. I know better now, but was much to trusting back then.

Mrs. Williams is a honest and did a excellent job representing me on a family matter for time share and support. She is very honest and direct and will do what is best for the child. She is compassionate and available for questions related to your case. If you are unable to reach her by phone, she is just as fast with emails. I would recommend her for anyone who has a legal matter. I definitely will hire her again if in need of a lawyer.

Unfortunately, I hired James Banks for a divorce and child custody battle. Or shall I say there wasn't a battle because he couldn't misrepresent me fast enough. He mislead me with every question he was entrusted to answer. Awful results because of his advice and counsel. Never again and I'd never recommend.

I was a client of Mr. Banks on a family law matter. To be fair, I must say that a colleague of mine, who had gone through a divorce two years before, had recommended Mr. Banks. In my case, I found Mr. Banks not prepared, unwilling to listen and communicate what is important, and the office was not well run.
