Todd and his LA Tamara were fantastic. Even on such a low level ticket I was given, they treated it seriously and gave me all the attention it needed. I had consulted with Miss Bernier or legal advice on a divorce. My divorce was not normal by any means. I had to do with a high profile case in twined with my divorce. Because of that, it made it a very lengthy and expensive battle. Mrs. Vernier and her co-council were absolutely amazing. Everyone was willing to do everything they could to help me win my case. On a personal note, she would do everything she could to keep me saying and help me on the emotional side of the case. It was very long and drawn out, but in the end, things ended up in my favor. Vernier and all of her staff have become more like family. They were always willing to do everything they could to see that things were going to end up in the best scenario possible I would not hesitate to hire this firm again for any legal reason .

Ms. Spielvogel was recommended by another girl friend that have been through a tough divorce that had dragged out few years. I have no qualm to hire her as she was highly recommended in The Woodlands and Spring area. She is a tough lady, but fair and honest as well. Janet is such a great lawyer - the process of divorce is so hard, but it makes it so much easier when you can trust your attorney. She is very ethical - and that was very important to me. My divorce became entangled with accusations and charges that faced overwhelming consequences and losses that no person is prepared for. It was impossible for me to see any possible resolution or hope of a happy future. Meredith was able to take on all the emotionally charged fears and concerns and help me understand that nothing was ever being conceded, but that her process was a method of reducing risk. This law firm is one of the most unethical and profit-driven practices I've ever encountered. They assign inexperienced attorneys such as Mrs. Deonee High, charge full attorney rates for basic clerical tasks, and completely lack both objectivity and clarity in their communication. They ignore evidence due to bias and inexperience, and once they know you have money, they exploit it. They are unfamiliar with trust matters and lack the willingness to properly research them. Their approach is to push their own agenda without making a real effort, and they may drop you during a hearing as a form of pressure and coercion—either you comply with their terms and accept what they offer, or you're left on your own mid-hearing or trial, facing the challenge of finding new legal representation and a hefty bill. This clearly reveals their lack of loyalty and commitment to clients. I lost around $12,000 to this firm with no results. Switching to another firm mid-hearing was the best thing that happened to me. You are led to believe there is a hierarchy in this firm, but in reality, there is none; each attorney works for their own interests.

I hired Amy for my custody dispute of my 3 children. I could not have picked a better lawyer to handle my case. She was very upfront and informative of how the process would be and left no questions or worries unanswered. Through the process all of my paperwork was filed very timely. She was always prompt on answering or returning my calls. She was there for me time and time again. My case took many twists and turns where she had to fight false allegations in multiple counties from my ex. She stood by my side and helped me through all of it. Amy Montgomery represented me in my divorce, modification and adoption. Her professionalism was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The divorce was very cut and dry so when I filed for a modification, I decided to hire another attorney in town. That was a mistake. I was not pleased with his performance and I went back to Amy. She took care of everything. My husband and I recently adopted a little girl and Amy handled everything beautifully.
