Jordan Taylor of Henderson Taylor Law Firm was such a tremendous source of help from start to finish with my auto accident. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, attentive and reliable. He makes himself available to answer any and all questions or concerns. Jordan walked me through what to expect during my deposition, in turn calming my nerves, which was so helpful.
Jordan’s paralegal, Rose is also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, thorough very kind. My phone calls were answered and/or returned as soon as possible.
I also had their support and compassion in that while going through this process, I lost my husband.. he passed away suddenly and unexpectedly.

After 6 years of struggling to finalize a horrific divorce, I turned to Georgia Petrie and the team at Heritage Law Firm. There were difficult challenges to face. I was states away from home in a area I was unfamiliar with 2 children. Finances were tough. There was a long military family life history. Many lawyers in this area did not understand military life challenges, laws, and rights. Georgia did. I was also harassed, given wrong information to try to scare me into making unwise decisions. Georgia provided facts to ease my fears and make educated choices. She worked efficiently and wisely with the team there to make sure it was as affordable as possible. I had some serious difficulties with another firm and went to see Glenn for a consultation . He offered me some reassurance and encouraged me to finish my case with the firm I already hired and paid. He told me that if I still felt unsatisfied that he would be happy to take on my case, but that he didn't want me to waste money unnecessarily. He spent the remainder of the hour talking to me and explained how the legal system worked and by the end of our meeting I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders.
This was not my only consultation with Glenn, I met him on another occasion and again he offered me sound advice that would save me time and money when I wanted some documents modified.
He really is an honorable and honest guy. For any legal matters, I will only be going to him and his firm from here on out.

Recently, I needed to revisit an extremely difficult family law issue. My previous experience with the case was terrible - including both my former representation and the opposing counsel. Additionally, the opposing party (my X-wife) has been and remains uncooperative. For these reasons, it was a difficult decision to revisit an already extraordinarily painful legal conflict.
When searching for representation via phone consultations, I was immediately impressed by Danielle's sense of fairness, her thorough understanding of the field, and her obvious intelligence. Mostly, I was impressed by her integrity. I hired her because of these characteristics.
As I hoped, we were able to navigate a variety of unfortunate tactics presented by the opposing party. In my opinion, because of Danielle's excellent representation, the conflict was resolved in the best way possible.

Georgias the best decision I’ve made and I wish I’d have found her sooner. I can’t stress that enough. Georgia and Alicia are incredibly responsive (Heritage Family Law). They understand my case - better than I do with details I forgot I mentioned at times.

So, I have been fb friends or followed Mr Russell for a couple years now & knew when I was ready for bankruptcy he would be the first place I went. He offers a free consultation, & during mine he was so nice & straight forward, explaining everything to me in a way I could understand but did not make me feel dumb lol. I was nervous & left out a pretty big detail (the amount of my debt) & said it was wayyy less than it was (I actually only said the amount of one of my debts) & he told me it would cost more to pay him than for me to pay that debt, & I was like ok & said the total of all my debt, & he looks at me & laughs & was like wait, that's all your debt & not this? Well, that is a different story.. We both laughed at my blonde moment & I knew right there he was my kinda guy haha.. I retained him that day & we got to work, everyone in the office I had any interaction with was great! Shout out to Brandin, super cool & made me feel comfortable & welcome every time I came in. I retained Kalka for assistance in fighting a protection order filed against me during a divorce case. Kalka was extremely thorough in gathering only the facts in the case. Though frustrated that I was having to spend time supplying information to defend myself against false allegations, Kalka was adamant in supplying her with all the information she would need to be successful in her defense. During our court appearance, Kalka arrived confident and prepared. She did an outstanding job of presenting the situation, stating the facts and providing all documentation to back up the facts, resulting in the case being dismissed. I am very grateful for her representation and would highly recommend her services to others.

She was thorough in explaining the different types of step-parent adoption that could apply to our case (contested vs uncontested) and with her guidance, we were able to land on an uncontested case. She handled all the communication and paperwork with the additional parent. As this was during COVID, our hearing was held virtually, but it was a quick and easy process the whole way through. My case did not have precedent as it relates to family law in Washington or probably anywhere else. Alone this was a certain loser either through stifling court proceedings, or general lack of support for this type of sophisticated knowledge of law. My hopes were high but expectations low at the beginning, I am truly grateful for finding David Gross and Karrey, they not only figured out a path to achieve my desired outcome but then achieved exactly what those desires were. We didn't spend a single day in court but truly worked as partners in negotiation, knowledge of the law and patience. Many clients I'm sure are emotional when it comes to family court proceedings, I won't exclude myself, but with David and Karrey, supportive and results oriented, we collectively walked through to the finish line. I only wish there were a higher star rating to offer, what he was able to achieve can't be understated and while I hope I don't require their services in the future, Dave would be the first call I'd make, they've truly made it a pleasure working through the matters now firmly behind me.

I don't even know where to start if there is more than 5 stars I would give it. If you want an attorney to present you and when they walk to the court room everyone chocks on air look no further because Faye means business and she knows what is she doing. Faye is really rare gem who truly cares about her clients and believe in their case. Because of her I have fully solo decision making for my son educational and Medical. I mean Faye is Vice President, Clark County Bar Association, you cannot buy this position you can only earn it with an excellent work. Faye is such an amazing attorney who you would hire and sit and relax and have 0 worries. She goes above and beyond with her clients and she always make sure you leave her office with clear picture and understanding everything. I used to have old attorney who only cared about money and she won't even show up to the case she send her paralegal. But with Faye omg less than a year when she stepped in my divorce case got resolved and she I got everything I asked for and my divorce been going on for 3+ years and it's super messy.

Nathan is a very competent and hard working attorney. My case was, as he labeled it, "death by a million papercuts". What is meant by this is that it wasn't a clear cut, slam dunk case with huge, glaring issues such as drug use, criminal activity or domestic abuse. It was a case with a million tiny issues that made up a larger coparenting issue which made joint custody toxic for the children and both parents, warranting a modification in custody.
I imagine such a case is much more challenging for an attorney strategically. I certainly made personal mistakes along the way that likely complicated things for him, but he remained patient.
I know I wasn't an easy client to deal with but Nathan was a calm presence, always patient and stayed the course.
Nathan can take time to build a case, through involving third parties such as custody evaluators, therapists, forensic psychologists... etc.
I would not expect any custody modification situation to be quick and easy, especially cases like mine where there is nothing slam dunk about it.
I met a lady from my kids school who grew impatient with the length of time it was taking to build her case against her ex husband, left Nathan, retained another attorney, who worked faster to get her to trial, but she actually experienced set backs that were detrimental to her case. She expressed multiple times to me that one of her biggest regrets in life was not being patient with Nathan and substituting counsel.
For this reason, I am proud of Nathan. He is thorough and thinks and plans ahead, even if it does take a little longer.
I did win my case with Nathan's help. Modifying a joint custody parenting plan is extremely difficult. I don't want to give anyone false hope but I can say that you are in competent hands with Nathan on your team.
I would recommend Nathan to anyone but my ex husband.

Nathan made friends with my ex and was joking with him outside the court room when I came out of the bathroom. Nathan often yelled at me and caused me a lot of emotional distress. He said that he had included exhibits that he had not to the detriment of my case. He said that I did not have information in writing when it was clearly attached to the email. I told him to please read the attachment and he continued to state that I did not have the information in writing. These are a few of the many issues I had with Nathan. If you are emotional about your case at all then he will treat you badly and make it worse.

Mrs Kraine has been my lawyer for 5 years now, through 4 cases. When I first met her she was very quick and to the point. I was not sure she had heard me but I trusted my friend who had told me that she was the best and that I wouldn't want to go up against her. Mrs Kraine has never failed to prove just how true that is. That fighting, direct, to the point spirit that you see when you meet her is 100 times stronger when she is in court fighting what she calls " the big bad wolf for you". My last case I was served a 600 page document with multiple accounts of the other party claiming contempt of court. The lawyers both asked for more time to go through the paperwork. Then the judge asked for an extension on the case to go through the 1000 pages that were at her desk by the time it got to her. It took a month and a half for it to go to court. I thought I was done for. The other party had one of top top law firms fighting for them. But Mrs Kraine and her team never gave up on me. They went through every single page multiple times and tuned many of their own words against them. She knows what to fight and what not to fight. In the end the judge found no contempt of court. As Mrs Kraine always does, she will call after a case and celebrate all the little victories in the case. It feels great to see her get so excited about winning a case. It is important to document everything, get her the information she needs quickly and stick with the same lawyer through all your cases. I have won every case with Mrs Kraine fighting for me. I am so glad I chose her from the very beginning not knowing I was going to have to go through so much.

Based on some reviews, I was hesitate to have a consultation with Ms. Krane. However, I glad I did and hired her to help me prepare documents in my case. I could not have prepared them on my own. Ms. Krane took the time to explain each and every documents and what it was for and why I had to respond to each document. She helped me prepare a response and get them filed with the court. While Ms. Krane does have a very direct approach, I found it provided me with what I could expect in my case and how the case would proceed. Ms. Krane is very honest in providing information to her client to help them in the best way possible.

I worked with Caitlin for 16 months on my divorce. I got an email stating that I needed to add money to my trust and soon after, while working to come up with the funds, received an email notifying me that she was withdrawing from my case. I had come up with the money and processed payment immediately. She refused to take my calls and there was no changing her mind via email. I have mediation in a month, no representation, and I’ve given her everything I have. I’m still in complete shock and have no idea what options I have now.
