I don’t have enough kind words to say about Ashley Bustamante. My divorce was very difficult and challenging in many different ways for almost two years and Ashley never wavered, her calm confidence and caring supporting me on many occasions when things were just becoming too much. Her deadly weapon is having an extremely likable manner while at the same time being extremely persuasive and logical clearly painting a picture in the judges mind of even the most complex issues. At every hearing and the trial where she represented me, every single time she got the judge to see it from our point of view and agree with our position ruling accordingly. Mr. Val is definitely God sent! He was in federal court to represent his client when my case was called. I didn't have a attorney. He took my case free of charge.God knew the situation I was in. And in the end I was back home in 17 months after completing my program. He explained every and anything. I didn't understand about my case. He never left myself or my family without knowing every aspect of what was going on with my case.I came home just in time to see my 1st grandchild's birth. I had been using Mr. Cripps from the time my son was 2 for my initial divorce and child support and his fathers indiscretions until he was 13. Never once did he promise me ANYTHING! There were times I felt so frustrated and wondered what the hell he was doing? Why wasn’t he ordering drug tests? Why wasn’t he fighting harder? All the while what I didn’t know was that Mr. Cripps knew the system inside and out and knew it would not fly. Not to mention the integrity and trust he has built with the courts is stellar! They know he’s not there to just throw anything at the wall to see if it sticks. The many many times we were in court we won, EVERY TIME! And when my sons father would show with a high payed attorney that his mom payed for they would try and bs, along with my ex, and lost! The one thing I truly regret was listening to a friend who convinced me to use another attorney at a very crucial point in time, that he had used and I ended up paying probably about 6 times what I would have paid with Cripps and I know he still would have done better than she did. I still won but even she didn’t think she did. There is no doubt in my mind he would have too! And better! Mr. Cripps would always talk me down. I was very emotional, scared, lost, angry, all the things! And he was so patient with me. I will never forget the one thing I always remember and carry with me that he told me, “he will hang himself” he said to me. At the time that frustrated me but when I look back I can tell he knew the type. He simply has seen it all. Mr. Cripps has a secret guys. He reads people. He knows what he is doing without having to charge people what these other thieving lawyers do! All with integrity, honesty, trust, and just no bs! So if you are looking to spend a lot of money on a “tiger” go right ahead! But my money would be on Mr. Cripps every time! He truly is a Godsend!

Mr. Daniel Bachert successfully represented me since 2015 in my case. I was all ready divorced and my ex-husband wanted to modify the child support. Even though the child support was modified, Dan was able to prove that my ex-husband was not only failing to pay child support, but the alimony and the court-ordered school expenses for over 10 years were also in arrears. My ex-husband was also found in contempt for failure to provide documents relating to the children. Mr. Dan Bachert provided excellent representation and service. I hired Dan after attempting to file what I believed was a simple custody and support arrangement regarding my then 2 year old daughter. Her mother had started refusing to allow me to see her, even though I had been sending her money to help with my daughter's expenses. I filed the initial paperwork and attended the first mediation on my own, believing that it would be simple. We were only together a short time but were not married, and I wanted to help raise and provide for my daughter. Unfortunately, her mother wanted me to provide for both of them and was determined to keep me out of my daughter's life until I agreed to her demands. I hired Dan because I quickly found out that the system favors mothers, and despite my intent, I was not going to be a part of my daughter's life if I didn't get legal help. Dan put me at ease right away. He worked closely with me over the next few months attempting to come to an arrangement that worked. Unfortunately, my daughter's mother held her position, and ultimately we had to go to court. My daughter's mother was extremely unreasonable and grasping at straws, making her volatile and unpredictable, but Dan was prepared for every possibility. His knowledge and professionalism kept me and my then fiancé calm and collected throughout the process. In the end, not only did Dan negotiate true 50/50 shared custody and cost sharing, but due to his presentation of the facts, I picked up my daughter the very next day. This was more than I could have hoped for after 7 long months of not seeing her at all. I highly recommend Dan as his expertise guaranteed me the chance to help raise my daughter and ensured she is part of my family as well as her mom's.

Abigail Beebe and her legal team were very professional throughout the course of my divorce. I live out of state , so Abigail was referred to me through a friend of mine. We actually never met face to face. My divorce should have been pretty straightforward, as there were not a lot of assets involved, but it dragged on for a year and a half. Whatever materials that were requested I always promptly provided, whatever questions I had Abigail and her team responded in a timely manner, and I was not billed unnecessarily. Extremely professional! I had been threw four firms prior to retaining Mr. Manoff. It was shortly after I retained Mr. Manoff that I realized the true difference between hiring a good attorney and a great one! I would recommend him to anyone that is dealing with a challenging situation regarding their children. Theses are always very sensitive matters and to deal with someone of his caliber gave me a sense of confidence which was much needed during an extremely challenging time. It involved what means the most to me. My only mistake was not finding him prior to the other firms. The term you get what you pay for is so very true when it comes to attorneys.

I spoke with her about my mother's legal issues and she failed to review the information, misrepresented the info to her supervisor and made me out to be difficult to deal with when she didn't do her work. She has no empathy, no compassion and cost me time in finding a competent, caring attorney. She really lacks the ability to understand a client's needs and the issues at hand.

We went to several attorney who promised us a free house. Ms Rozier said there were very few free houses in today's foreclosure climate. She worked with us for over a year and helped us get a modification that worked great for us. We were denied 4 times before we worked with her.

When acting as an "attorney" this lady has little to no clue what the basic proceedings are let alone the laws of common sense. Rosanna Ferrari is a pure waste of time in the purest sense. Also, she loves to spout off in court. Screaming and flapping her arms while her bad hair flops around. A toddler has better table manors than she. She's so broke she will double charge the invoice hoping you won't catch the "clerical error".
Oh and her fat assistant, she's so lazy she'll walk around the office bare feet wearing fake yoga pants. They invoiced a credit card and the receipt was the same from a restaurant...How about a proper invoice "Paid statement" for 10k payment. Enjoy these two sea cows. "The U" ...un intelligent, un lawful & un ethical.

Hiring Ms. Roschkind was one of the worst business decision in my life. Over one year into the process and thousands of dollars later, I had to fire her for incompetence and brief a new lawyer. She does not think strategically, does not plan ahead and predict and was reactive to the opposition lawyer and put us on the defensive through the whole time. She is particularly fee focused and pusillanimous in an industry known for its voracity. If looking for an attorney, proceed with extreme caution.

Great experience. Hired attorney Roshkind after firing first 2 divorce attorneys who were unable to get my divorce settled "fairly" or with any financial support after almost a year of mediations. Attorney Roshkind and associates were able to get a much better settlement for me as well as the alimony that I had been told would be "impossible" by the other 2 firms. Hiring attorney Roshkind was the best decision I ever made.
