We had a difficult Criminal case filed against us being accused of 2 Felony charges. The dispute on this matter began back in 2019 and to no resolve by the end of 2023 which was an exhausting couple of years. Then the harassment & felony charges were made in the beginning of 2024. We hired Mr. Trebon to represent us as our new counsel as he came highly recommended. We are very grateful to this day that we chose him! We worked very closely with him in providing all of the documentation to support our case. He took all of this information and turned it in to one very strong case of being Not Guilty! In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. I cannot recommend him more highly, and I strongly suggest you contact him if you are looking for help in the legal areas he covers.

Steve advised us regarding a neighborhood property use dispute. He is very experienced in these matters and laid out in plain language the options he saw for us. I was involved in an extremely contentious business lawsuit. Steve was referred to me by my personal attorney due to a conflict of interest. I was under an extreme time constraint to obtain representation. Steve stepped up with little time or preparation and definitely lived up to the reputation he was reported to have. My wife was involved in an accident that happened January 21, 2019 in which she almost lost her life-she was hit by a drunk driver exceeding eighty miles an hour in the rear end of the car she was driving. The death of my mother was very hard in many ways, but the loss of my stepfather/ Dad of 30yrs was devastating to say the least. I truly thought nothing could be worse. Then my step siblings and his ex-wife decided to try to make me and my nephew into thief's and horrible people.
I never would have believed that the court's would have allowed this whole thing to go as far as it did. Allegations and blatant lies, not proof, but it did.
If it hadn't been for Davis and Doug I honestly think they might have gotten away with it, since I'm a step daughter, FYI: Stepdaughter I found to be something of a "bad thing" automatically.
Thank you for listening and fighting for us. Thank you for not allowing my dad to be misrepresented as well, even though that was a byproduct, I know he would be thankful as well.
