Murray was recommended to me by an unavailable lawyer whom I'd reached out to for guidance. I was upset at first but decided to contact Murray anyway. He provided a free, phone consultation in which he walked me through the whole process of applying for my husband to be a US permanent resident. After the phone conversation, I asked for a second call and sent several emails with follow-up questions. Murray was patient, kind and made me feel confident about the process.
Fast forward, the filing process was a breeze with the office's online portal. My husband and I constantly communicated with Stephanie (paralegal) and Oscar (legal assistant). We were kept updated with all changes regarding our case. We completed the process, as recommended by Murray, and were approved for a green card and SS card in 3 months. The whole team treated us well, and we are thankful for the smooth experience.

I am a US citizen and my husband is a Canadian (former Indian) citizen. We filed for his permanent residency so that we may live together in the US. We provided all our documents with the initial filing to avoid any delays. We filed for the Green Card, SS card, work permit, and travel document all at once. We included my husband's medical examination as well. We did have to complete a biometrics appointment (took 10 minutes tops), but the immigration interview was waived. An unexpected twist happened in my custody case causing my final trial to be rescheduled and my attorney at the time asked for a new retainer for the new trial date despite that I already paid for the initial trial, which didn’t happen. I couldn’t afford it abut paid it partially. Then he requested even more which left me without an attorney.
I was in an extremely strong position in my custody case but going it at without an attorney would have been catastrophic.
Brian was the third family law lawyer Id hired and will be the last. Not only is he knowledgeable, accessible and affordable but he’s practical and ethical.
A lawyer is a businessman, a person who wants to maximize their earnings.
Brian isn’t a businessman transacting with a client, he’s an advocate for his clients. You will not be billed excessively. Your strategy will be logical and practical and false promises will not be made. He’s not the attorney who’s going to pursue unrealistic outcomes to maximize his billable hours. My attorney prior to Brian was ethical but unaffordable to me.
I promise you my case is more complex and contested than most cases and the amount I’ve paid Brian to date is a tenth of what I’ve spent with other attorneys .
Brian saved me at a time of extreme desperation, if you have custody challenges and have limited funds Brian should be your go to family law attorney. Do not go at it pro-se.
