I chose Haleh's Law Office to represent me after reading glowing reviews about their services, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Initially, I was hopeful, especially after they took on my case, but as time passed, I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and poor service.
For nearly two years, I received no updates, no phone calls, no emails—nothing. It felt as though my case was being completely ignored. Over the course of my case, I had at least five different case managers, each of whom seemed to forget to contact me at the correct phone number, despite me calling twice to update them with my information. On top of that, there were several scheduling issues. I was booked for appointments I had already attended, and once, they even scheduled an unnecessary appointment, waited 2 hours only for Haleh's office to tell me it had been canceled when I informed them i showed up and waited but the office never opened. This lack of communication and organization made it difficult to trust the team handling my case.
I tried reaching out to express my concerns, but my emails went unanswered. It felt like my case just wasn’t a priority for them. After five years of waiting, I finally received my settlement in the mail—but there was no follow-up from the office. No explanation, no acknowledgment, just a check in the envelope.
Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I honestly feel that my case wasn’t given the attention it deserved, and had I worked with a more responsive team, I might have secured a better settlement. While the initial reviews were promising, my personal experience was far from satisfactory.

My wife and I, Highly recommend Riley/Ersoff LLP... Grant, Victoria and their staff, took our case and got us JUSTICE!!...Grant was on top of things from Day One,, he made sure our Bully landlord and his Defense Lawyers treated us fairly and we weren't taken advantage of...his staff scheduled and even assisted us, in getting to and from Dr's appointment's, that we couldn't have gotten to on our own...He checked in on us regularly and kept us up to date on what was needed, and what's going to happen next... Always answered our calls... Grant fought,, and he Fought Hard!!,, It was comforting, knowing that my wife and I were not alone,, Grant and staff were in our corner....He got us $ALOT OF MONEY$!!...Even after it was all done and over, Grant "Personally" checked in on us and made sure that we got a new place to live, and we were in good shape, to pick up the pieces and start a New Life... I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.
There are far better family law attorneys out there who actually care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Soleymani Law Firm.

Raza and her partner were able to help me with an outstanding warrant of 2 years of which I had no idea I had against me until I found out through a background check done on me. I spoke to other attorneys before and not only were they more expensive but they said it could take weeks, even months to get this resolved. Raza was able to do it on the first day he went to the court house for me! I am extremely happy I was able to find such good attorneys who keep their word and work hard for their clients. I called upon Raza of Margolin and Lawrence when things looked very grim for me coming up on trial for a felony DUI. I was referred by a close friend who had hired them. Raza was able to minimize my sentence with 3 days left before trial when my other lawyer admitted to me that things didn't look good for me and he had no other recourse. I was hit by a car on foot last year and their staff has helped me the whole way as far as keeping me updated and sending me to the right places for treatment. Teresa, Bella, Christina, and Nagelberg were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They charge a less percentage compared to other attourneys . They hold your hand through the process but respect you by providing accurate information on your case and touching base. I would definitely reccomemd them to a family member or friend !

They treated me great. I was rear ended by a semi when I was 17, and became a quadriplegic. They flew to Texas and became my lawyers and friends. Kurt and Larry are great people on general and amazing lawyers. They took less of a % than any attorney in Texas would have, and by the time we settled with the insurance company, got me more than any lawyer in Texas would have. Highly recommended!

I chose Haleh's Law Office to represent me after reading glowing reviews about their services, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Initially, I was hopeful, especially after they took on my case, but as time passed, I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and poor service.
For nearly two years, I received no updates, no phone calls, no emails—nothing. It felt as though my case was being completely ignored. Over the course of my case, I had at least five different case managers, each of whom seemed to forget to contact me at the correct phone number, despite me calling twice to update them with my information. On top of that, there were several scheduling issues. I was booked for appointments I had already attended, and once, they even scheduled an unnecessary appointment, waited 2 hours only for Haleh's office to tell me it had been canceled when I informed them i showed up and waited but the office never opened. This lack of communication and organization made it difficult to trust the team handling my case.
I tried reaching out to express my concerns, but my emails went unanswered. It felt like my case just wasn’t a priority for them. After five years of waiting, I finally received my settlement in the mail—but there was no follow-up from the office. No explanation, no acknowledgment, just a check in the envelope.
Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I honestly feel that my case wasn’t given the attention it deserved, and had I worked with a more responsive team, I might have secured a better settlement. While the initial reviews were promising, my personal experience was far from satisfactory.

This "attorney" really does not deserve any stars at all. He doesn't care about what you have to say or provide, as an attorney that should be the first thing you do for your clients. He lacks motivation and has no pride in what he does to represent you. He's too old to fight. Not aggressive "attorney" at all whatsoever. He just cared about his money and doesn't even bother to keep you updated nor informed on what's going on. He's always late to every court hearing and waits the last minute to tell you when court is, and goes into court like he just crawled out of bed. This guy fell asleep during court on multiple occasions, and incriminated the case more than what it was. He talks really loud, with no filter. I honestly think he needs to be looked at VERY VERY closely by the state bar. He should NOT represent ANYONE AT ALL.

Mr Strauss is a top notch defense attorney. During trial my thoughts were "wow this man is like a seasoned prize fighter". He threw so many punches I lost count. His determination and preserverance awed me. The jury came back with a guilty verdict but new evidence was revealed and now the tables have turned and the judge is working with Mr Strauss to help set my ex husband free. I can tell you this with certainty that Mr. Srauss is a brawler and will fight to the end to set you free.
