Russ, Michelle and their office staff assisted me in resolving a complicated felony DWI case. Let me just say, this was the most stressful time of my entire life; when you have a pending legal charge, you spend every day in limbo- feeling scared and uneasy about what the future may or may not hold. I am unsure if I could have made it through those months without the help of their office. As a local business owner and single parent, my life was completely chaotic, even before this added stressor. Russ and Michelle were incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, reassuring and FAST; if I had any question, I could always just shoot over an email and expect a response within hours, sometimes minutes. They kept me informed and were completely honest about exactly what was happening and what I was to expect during the whole ordeal. I knew they were going to fight for my cause, and that they genuinely cared about what was going to happen to me. Without getting into actual details, I will give you my experience with him. 10 years ago after spending money on the "Big Name" Attorney's in Tampa (who did nothing and had no plan) I ran into Mr. Baer, the new guy out of Texas. He made no promises but did some things at the time I thought were CRAZY! I was thinking "that sounds good, but just like the other Attorneys told me, no way they are going to go for that" I had that planted in my head, but Mr. Baer told me all they can do is turn us down. Still not convinced however, I let him do it his way. Now that I look back on it you can't do "normal things" and expect "crazy results" You have to be a little bit crazy if you want to crush it. That is exactly what he did CRUSHED IT! Everything he asked for we got! Stephen Baer is legit! If you have a Federal Case and you don't at least have him look at it. YOU ARE DOING YOURSELF AN INJUSTICE! Not that I would ever want to go through that again, but if I did the only person in my Corner I would want. Would be be Attorney Stephen Baer. Can't thank him enough. I just ran into his name again (10 years Later) while searching for immigration Attorney's. Couldn't be any happier. I will be hiring him again, if he will take my case.

I had been significantly harassed by two collection debt companies that I neither owed money, making the debt a mute point. In one case, they had the wrong name with wrong social sec. #. I contacted Mr. Malone and his legal parnter Mr. O Connor have been professional, helpful and successful.
The collection agencies went to my neighbors looking to see if I was the person they were looking for. Mr. O Connor put a stop to that quickly. This office restored my dignity and vindicated my just cause. They really care about their clients and show an incredible interest of personal concern, which is rare these days. Only could afford a 45 minute consultation. One of the few attorneys cometent in a Bill of Reveiw appeal. Asked all the tough questions and expected consistent answers. Defined exactly what could be done and what couldn't. Didn't get trapped in nuance or that no injustice should be any reason of an appeal. Accepted my premises but said the court may not. In the end he spent over an hour with me. Offered to work with me on the financial aspect but my appeal is from Family Court and felt his talents would be wasted. In the end he provided invaluable inforamation to work with the firm I did retain.

I had the privilege of retaining Mr. Bishop for a Civil matter that I was involved with in Texas, even though I a resident from out of state. He came highly recommended from a lawyer that I knew in another state and he did not disappoint. Exceptional knowledge of the law and obvious experience in dealing with all manner of cases. He treated my case like it was the most important one and treated me with respect and courtesy, and as a client, that is all I could ask. Even though the majority of our communications were telephonically, I always felt that Mr. Bishop was engaged and had my best interest in mind. I have dealt with others lawyers in the past who I felt could care less other than cashing the retainer check, so I had a wary feeling at first. However, Mr. Bishop is unusual in the fact that he "cares" and "listens" to what an his client says. I would recommend highly as well. I needed a criminal attorney badly. I spoke with Luka Garica about my case. He agreed to take the case and quoted 50K up to trial. I made an appointment, and paid the down payment, and Luka returned the money within 10-minutes and made an excuse that they had other projects. I am filing a complaint with the bar, and I will also sue for violating a verbal agreement. I cannot tell anyone not to use this law firm. But I will never trust them again. It appears that the law firm wanted to leave me without representation to assist the prosecutors. If I could I would give this law firm a zero. I do not trust them and will protest in front of their building when I get time. Horrible! Unethical and untrustworthy.

The address for this location is 8150 N. Central Expressway. The way google Maps takes you to is by Klyde Warren Park. Incorrect and stressing. The location is, of course, off 75 exit Caruth. The tall gold glass window is it on the right. The building has 16 floors, I believe. If you need floors higher than 9, take the two elevators closer to Rhino coffee. I wish I'd known all this prior to my 1st appointment at Taylor Counseling. Other than that, I would have given this location a five. Google Maps, fix the directions for this location, please.
