I had the good fortune to work with Ginger on a workplace issue involving discrimination. From the first phone call Ginger showed the utmost integrity and knowledge on the subject. She was patient and engaged in hearing about the situation, very upfront about my options, and throughout the process provided clear information to help guide my decisions. Let me begin by saying that I had consulted previously with a place I found from googling "top sexual harassment lawyers" that told me I had no case (too bad for them!!). I thought I would give it another shot (believing I truly had a good case), and found Ginger here on Avvo. She gave me such a sense of relief after our first point of contact. Not only did she explain all of my options, including but not limited to the ones where she felt I could rectify my situation without a lawyer, but she did so unbiasedly. I never felt that she was trying to push me in one way or the other, and she made sure I had adequate time to think about any of my steps moving forward. After deciding on pursuing my case, she set up a two hour zoom meeting where she heard every aspect of my story. I never once felt judged, or belittled. I could tell she was thorough in asking me the types of questions in order to get information I wouldn't have even though of mentioning prior. The compilation of events was put together in an extremely professional well-written letter to the harasser. Throughout the time of negotiations, Ginger was always prompt to fill me in with any news, answer any questions I had, and always gave her honest opinion on given situations. Long story short, in about 4-5 months we reached a mutually satisfactory outcome. I could not be happier with her effectiveness and professionalism. I have read all the other reviews and I wish I could give 10 stars. I was with a larger law firm after a very difficult time in my life, and it was all about the money and the fact that they couldn’t make enough so they couldn’t take my case. It was like that saying when God closes a door somewhere he opens a window. It was then I found this incredible law firm and my attorney was Tiffanie Benfer. She walked me through everything. She called me. It was incredibly shocking because attorneys don’t call people. They have other people call you. The whole we will have our people call your people. I could ask a question in an email or text on the weekend and get a call back ON THE WEEKEND! Tiffanie was with her family but took the time to answer my question because I was concerned and scared. She would actually apologize if it took her a few days because she had been in court or have her staff call me to say she’s in court and then she would call me that night after a long day my Attorney would call me on her family time. She didn’t push me to accept settlements or decisions she knew were wrong just to get my case over with. The staff was incredible. It’s like dealing with people who really care about you.. Thank you.

Did her job exceptionally well, the outcome of the case was everything I wanted. She is exact and to the point. I looked else where. However, many others worried more about their pocket than my case. Tiffanie never gave that impresion. SHE DOES HER JOB, AND DOES IT WELL.Not only is Tiffanie great, but has a great law firm that is responsive and helpful every step. Based on my concerns with the curriculum and services my son received through the public school district, I contacted The Education Lawyers. My son's IEP did not appropriately reflect his needs with regression periods due to COVID-19 and remote learning. Carrie Elizabeth Worton is the lead counsel for my upcoming criminal case where the County of Bucks has chosen to protect a severe child abuser who works for Judge Alan Rubenstein. The same judge Alan Rubinstein, who the same courts appointed to my custody case and the child abuse in 2013, which is a conflict of interest brought on by the courts themselves. The County of Bucks, including the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania never investigating the multiple calls I've made on behalf of my son who was severely neglected, abused, and with severe emotional issues. The County of Bucks top officials covering for this woman who tried killing my son and got away with it have turned their sites on me fabricating a arrest that never happened, entrapment, false police reports by Yardley Borough Police Department, newly re-elected District Attorney Matt Weintraub and County commissioner Diane Ellis-Marsiglius all protecting a child abuser under their employ. My clean record of 51 years has now been irreversibly tarnished by elected officials not fit to serve and protect our community, our Commonwealth, or our Country. My multiple attempts to protect my son from a child abuser was covered up by the county. Ms Worton's name appears on my criminal case. The Commonwealth is going above and beyond trying to put me away instead of ever investigating the multiple phone calls to child services for my son who still needs an MRI and CAT scan when his own mother failed to provide our son immediate medical attention at 16 months old laying lifeless, near death. 14 years of me reporting to every agency & nobody has called me back to investigate my son's near death experience, but I have an upcoming court date for just trying to speak to my son! I look forward to meeting Ms. Worton in court soon!
