I originally was referred to Shipman and Goodwin by another attorney. After interviewing with Jim and Bill, I was convinced this was the legal team I wanted to take over my automobile accident lawsuit. Throughout the entire duration of my case, the attention, professionalism and care that Jim displayed with his associates, lacked in absolutely nothing short of perfection. My case was wrought with problems and issues; Shipman and Goodwin was the 4th firm I had hired, and needless to say I was very apprehensive by the time I retained their services. Attorney Peter White is the person to contact of you are in need of legal counsil. I had personal circumstances happen in my life that affected my credit in a negative way. From day 1 it’s been one of the most positive experiences in my life. My first contact was with Jessica. She literally allowed me to vent, cry and voice my concerns for at least an hour. I appreciated her dedication to me, my circumstances as I had not become a client at that time. She made me feel heard and understood. This critique is kept superficial, as a more comprehensive examination of Mr. Picone's performance is anticipated to unfold in due course.
Mr. Picone's assertions regarding his proficiency in "interviewing/fact collecting" are lamentable, particularly if accurate. Such claims cast doubt upon the efficacy of his purported certifications, suggesting either a deficiency in their vetting procedures or an opportunistic pursuit of profit. In the course of handling my case, Mr. Picone repeatedly allowed pertinent evidence to lapse or be mishandled, a consequence directly attributable to his apparent disregard for thorough fact-finding.
Furthermore, Mr. Picone's proclamation of possessing "integrity and excellence" is unsubstantiated. On numerous occasions, he has omitted truthful statements, neglected exculpatory evidence, and distorted facts, solely for self-serving motives. These actions starkly contradict any claims of integrity and excellence.
Those seeking individuals of integrity or genuine excellence should look elsewhere. Regrettably, Mr. Picone's ineptitude has resulted in tangible harm, yet he appears indifferent to the consequences, prioritizing self-preservation over accountability. I met Attorney Spinella at one of the most challenging times in my life. I was under siege by someone who was determined to have me criminally prosecuted for very serious charges. Without getting into details, an entire case was falsely manufactured to support these completely fraudulent claims. Suffice to say, that Attorney Spinella completely protected me by methodically breaking down the and disproving the accusations, thereby giving me my life back.

Labor issues can be very hard to litigate and I found few attorneys who specialize in this practice. When I contacted Attorney Cicchiello and explained my situation, he took my case. I worked with this group and was very dissatisfied. I found them to be dishonest and never kept any promises originally made in my case. They want as many retainers as they can take and then they have a different attitude towards the client. I would never use them again and wish that I chose another firm. Terrible service.
