I meet John 3 1/2 years ago. My mother was involved in a terrible accident that change her life for the worst but, also changed her children lives. Kirk was an extremely great attorney.Kirk won the case for me.I could not have had any better representation in my case. The only problem was the jury selection was not good, the jury didn't understand the clear directions they received from the Judge. I believe that false accusations of racism swayed the jury against awarding damages due to me.The City of KCMO which were the defendants have never addressed the acts of retaliation against me and continue to look away from any of their problems in Management.

Another attorney referred me to Greg. I sent an inquiry request and instead of Greg ignoring, being dismissive or condescending as I've experienced with many people in this profession, he listened and communicated with detail as to make me feel as if I was his only client (not the case). He wasn't able to take on my case but he definitely provided insight and resources amidst his calendar being totally booked. He did not have to do that. Christine Rosengreen is the most unethical attorney. She lied on me which I understand is her job but she also lied on my attorney. I reported her to the state ethics board. Then she goes and lies on me sone more today. So I will report her to the state board again. Seeing her face turn bright red in court was everything when her client admitted to lying on the stand.
I'm sure her law firm will pay Google to delete this review. I'll keep posting if it is deleted. She has no business being a licensed attorney. Don't EVER try to lie on my attorney again.
How does she sleep at night constantly defending abusive men??? And its not alleged abuse. It's abuse with evidence, video, and witnesses.

I got charged with a DWI in September, 2022. I hired Denise Kirby and she started by calling me and getting all the information she needed from me asap. She was very impressive with how she handled the case and she constantly kept me in the loop with what was going on. After watching the video of my arrest, she filed for a motion to suppress and won that, which resulted in the case being dropped. She came to court incredibly prepared and had a counter for everything the prosecutor said. Overall, watching Denise handle this case was very impressive and I would highly recommend her to anyone in this situation.
