I was threatened by a company over a negative YouTube video I made to expose some shady business practices. Marc reviewed my case and was immediately on-board to defend me and stand up against this hostile company. Marc's motivation stemmed from his aggressive support of the First Amendment. I didn't know this, but he even helped author NV's Anti-SLAPP laws which would have been the basis of our case. Marc was sensitive to the issue of cost, and we made a deal which worked for me. Additionally, I was impressed by his responsiveness via email to questions and suggestions -- few emails went unreplied after 15 minutes. Mr. Figler represented me in a case in which I was faced with 2 counts of Domestic Battery. As most of the time the man will be charged. I was hoping for a gracious Plea since I was lied on by 2 family members. Mr. Figler was able to get the case thrown out. He is great and I recommend him.

My husband and I consulted with Tim Revero regarding a TRO that was falsely brought against my husband by a family trying to intimidate us from looking any further into a criminal situation that their son was involved in. They had intentionally and passive agressively escalated the situation and we didn't understand why until we were served the TRO. We had done nothing wrong yet they twisted things to make it look like evidence of harassment..when they were actually the ones harassing us. We were so blindsided by this that we didn't know where to begin on how to respond to this case. He walked us through every aspect. He listened intently to our situation..reviewed our evidence..and explained how to not only defend ourselves against their false accusations but how to present the evidence so that the court could easily understand the course of events. He was very knowledgeable and insightful as he reviewed our statements and helped us organize our information, anticipating what the judge would need to know from us to better understand how this came about. He helped us use their own evidence to tell our story. He also prepared us on what we might expect once in court so that we felt confident going forward. We went into this completely feeling overwhelmed and Tim helped us come out on the other side with complete confidence that we could show the court the reality of the situation and turn this attack against into a case that would show the court that we'd actually been the victims from the very beginning. While we hope never to be in another court situation like this..I can tell you that if we are I know the first person I intend to call. Thanks again!!

I reached out to Pariente Law firm for some potential legal issues I had concerns that I would be possibly facing. I called to make an appointment but my work schedule conflicts with the same time that the firm's office hours are open. He handles your case like he is the one in trouble. He took my potential felony case with a mandatory two year minimum sentence back to a misdemeanor with no jail or prison time. Our HOA contracted with Charles Fenton to pursue a claim with the developer of our community. The claim is still ongoing, however, it is clear that we made the correct decision in contracting with this attorney. I think that we would have in a disastrous situation had we not contract with him because many construction defects were uncovered in the course of pursuing our claim. We receive updates from him or his representatives at our board meeting, He also makes himself available if any questions arise. Could not be more pleased with his services and I highly recommend him.
