Erick Severino is amazing! I initially went with a different attorney who took my money and never ended up filing my case. I went to see Erik Severino at the beginning of last year for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wanted to wait until the process was fully completed before I did my review. Since it was my first time I was super nervous and scared. Scott was helping me for the most part. You can still email Erik questions as well and he responds very quickly. They were both knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I had so many questions since it was my first time and they answered all of them. They helped me through everything and reassured me. The paperwork was done very well. I have no issues even from this day. I really recommend their services. They are very caring, good and trustworthy. They get the job done. I was threatened by a company over a negative YouTube video I made to expose some shady business practices. Marc reviewed my case and was immediately on-board to defend me and stand up against this hostile company. Marc's motivation stemmed from his aggressive support of the First Amendment. I didn't know this, but he even helped author NV's Anti-SLAPP laws which would have been the basis of our case. Marc was sensitive to the issue of cost, and we made a deal which worked for me. Additionally, I was impressed by his responsiveness via email to questions and suggestions -- few emails went unreplied after 15 minutes. Our HOA contracted with Charles Fenton to pursue a claim with the developer of our community. The claim is still ongoing, however, it is clear that we made the correct decision in contracting with this attorney. I think that we would have in a disastrous situation had we not contract with him because many construction defects were uncovered in the course of pursuing our claim. We receive updates from him or his representatives at our board meeting, He also makes himself available if any questions arise. Could not be more pleased with his services and I highly recommend him.

My husband and I consulted with Tim Revero regarding a TRO that was falsely brought against my husband by a family trying to intimidate us from looking any further into a criminal situation that their son was involved in. They had intentionally and passive agressively escalated the situation and we didn't understand why until we were served the TRO. We had done nothing wrong yet they twisted things to make it look like evidence of harassment..when they were actually the ones harassing us. We were so blindsided by this that we didn't know where to begin on how to respond to this case. He walked us through every aspect. He listened intently to our situation..reviewed our evidence..and explained how to not only defend ourselves against their false accusations but how to present the evidence so that the court could easily understand the course of events. He was very knowledgeable and insightful as he reviewed our statements and helped us organize our information, anticipating what the judge would need to know from us to better understand how this came about. He helped us use their own evidence to tell our story. He also prepared us on what we might expect once in court so that we felt confident going forward. We went into this completely feeling overwhelmed and Tim helped us come out on the other side with complete confidence that we could show the court the reality of the situation and turn this attack against into a case that would show the court that we'd actually been the victims from the very beginning. While we hope never to be in another court situation like this..I can tell you that if we are I know the first person I intend to call. Thanks again!!

I was happy with the initial response to my inquiry regarding a potential case and the cost but as I was retaining them I got the we think this case is going to cost double. Really three weeks later as I'm retaining them. If that was the real cost why not tell me the upfront? Shady bait and switch! If you want your money to be taken then hire these people.
