My family and I hired Marcel as our attorney for a case involving the wrongful death of my mother back in 2020. As a 21 year old kid have never dealt with anything like this before; I can tell you it was very stressful, and I didn’t know how I was going to do it! Marcel was the best attorney to have supporting us throughout the last four years! Anytime I would call or text I don’t think I ever had to wait 5 minutes for a text back, and I don’t think I ever got his voicemail when calling. He made sure to keep me in the loop with everything he did and/or filed in the courts, he went the extra lengths to get information he needs, he made chapter books of notes to present to judges . It was something so amazing to see someone who wasn’t family fight so hard for us. Yes it’s his job I get that part but it was deeper than that and I could feel it with Marcel. I had a case from many years ago that I never took care of as I am from out of state. I contacted Scott to help me with the process while still being out of state. Scott was patient, kind, and answered all of my many questions to help me get through the process as much as possible. It was a very scary experience to go through but Scott reassured me that he would take care of everything and he did. I hired attorney Koenig on a criminal matter. She sat me down and explained my statutory crime, the criminal process I was facing, along with potential options to explore.

I was lucky enough to have come upon chris Wasserman through a friend and she did a wonderful job. She was on it when fast and she is very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I would recommend her highly and she also did it for me. She also did it for me pro bono but I also know her rates r very reasonable and I would have hired her even if it wasn’t pro bono. I will definitely purely keep her number in the event I need a lawyer again.
She even let me bring my dog to the office which is an added plus! Not many lawyers will do that

A previous employer stated I was a no call no show. The reality is that I was laid off during covid. After several appeals on my own to no avail and a missed hearing, I was referred to Cristine. The state wanted several tens of thousand of dollars in back payment. It was a truly terrifying situation to be in, with Cristine's help the judge decided he would hear my case. Ultimately the ruling was in my favor and could not be happier with the outcome. Definitely would recommend her to anyone with any issues regarding unemployment. Very knowledgeable and helpful, I am very grateful for her service!

From the very beginning Matthew Clark made me comfortable with the unfortunate situation I was in and I knew I was in good hands. While walking my dog in my neighborhood one Sunday morning, a dog launched himself through a screened window that had a hole in it.
The german shepherd grabbed my arm and mauled me severely while dragging me into the driveway next to the house. After emergency surgery to repair the damage from a compound fracture (including plates and screws) and a stay in the hospital, I began the search for an attorney to guide me through the legal process of addressing the incident.
Because of a previous auto accident when I was represented by Barry Lakritz, and because of the level of trust I had in him and his team, I reached out to his office to see if this would be something they could help me with. Once they saw the pictures of my arm prior to surgery, they immediately agreed to handle my grievance against the homeowner.
I understood how the process worked and that it might take some amount of time to gather evidence and process it through whatever necessary systems (i.e., insurance claim, court, etc). But, Lakritz Law took the time to keep in touch with me and explain exactly what was happening. They even came to the courthouse to view my personal petition regarding the disposition of the animal that attacked me (something they do not legally handle).
Lakritz Law worked quickly and professionally to address all my concerns. Their entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and responsive – with special gratitude to Erika for all her time and attention to the details. A couple of years ago, I found myself in a difficult employment-related situation, and needed legal advice. Knowing how important it was to have someone very competent, responsive, and personable, I started doing my homework. I researched the Internet, called and talked with tens of law firms and attorneys, read hundreds of reviews, and asked my network of friends and colleagues for referrals. At the end of this thorough search, I selected Mr. Robert L. Levi. During the approximately 18 months of collaboration that followed, I never regretted my choice.
In my opinion, Robert has the experience (over 30 years of work in the legal field), legal knowledge, and skills to help you with your case related to employment, labor relations, civil rights, or employee benefits. He also provides the personal attention to set your mind at ease and relieve (at the extent possible), the emotional, intellectual, and financial stress of legal work placed on your personal and professional life.
Deciding to sue someone is a scary thing. Mr. Levi helped me determine if taking legal action was appropriate for me; evaluated (and re-evaluated) the possible length and implications of the case; was very fair in the payment arrangement up front (no “surprises”); kept me informed right away of new developments; consulted with me on a regular basis; and answered my questions fully, every time I asked. He was realistic, truthful, diligent and ethical throughout the process.
During our collaboration on my case, he would send me regular updates, along with legal briefs of similar cases and respective rulings – in the eventuality I was interested to read (which I was, because it gave me context for my situation). When it was time to settle, we worked closely together to develop a strategy and accurately assess the compensation to which I was entitled.
Mr. Levi was compassionate, highly responsive, courteous, and kept his cool during some stressful interactions – all while subjecting our opponents to the full force his legal prowess.
What I liked the most about our collaboration, however, is that he treated me and my husband like family. Robert worked with me directly, rather than assigning parts of my case to less experienced or prepared collaborators. This assured stability and constant expertise for my case, in addition to giving me peace of mind that my legal misfortunes are in very good hands.
But since success is often defined by outcomes, I am happy to state that optimal results were achieved in my situation, proving Robert Levi is accountable, as well.

Extremely unprofessional! They will argue with you more than they argue to save you in court. Full of excuses and not willing to fulfill their end of the deal. You are better off going with a court appointed because with these guys you will end up with a court appointed in the end any way!.. Good luck to anyone that has chosen such poor representation!!! 😕

I have had the best of intentions to share the great experience I had dealing with Mr Swor and his team. After being aquitted, it has taken time to try and get my life back to what it used to be. That being said, as I continue to get back on my feet, I will forever be greatful.
I retained Mr Willam Swor as my attorney in September 2014. On my way back home to Canada from a routine buisness trip, I was accused of smuggling cocain into America. I decided to visit family in a city nearby Detroit. When driving to their home, a police officer pulled me over claiming that she believed I was under the influence. I let her search my car and cooperated with her by conducting a field sobriety exam. To make a long story short, a crumb of marijuana, 5/100th of a gram was found in my car and I was arrested for OWI and Possession of Marijuana. I called Attorney William Swor, as soon as I got out of jail the next morning and he was very helpful on explaining and comforting me on the situation.
Right before my pre-trial came up, Mr. Swor and I received a letter stating I violated Bond as well. So upon entering the courtroom, I had three charges making me unbelievable anxious. But after going to court, I had the OWI and my Bond Violation dismissed thanks to Mr. Swor. For the marijuana charge, I am currently on a drug/alcohol testing program, in which if I pass all the tests, the charge will be dismissed as well.
Throughout the case, I was extremely nervous and anxious because I have never been arrested before, yet alone for what I believe was a ridiculous charge; 5/100th of a gram of marijuana. Yet, this attorney was there for me when I needed him, treated me as if I was family, and most importantly fought to get my charges dismissed. Overall, he is a very pleasant attorney and would recommend him to anyone that is facing a criminal charge.
