I had a case from many years ago that I never took care of as I am from out of state. I contacted Scott to help me with the process while still being out of state. Scott was patient, kind, and answered all of my many questions to help me get through the process as much as possible. It was a very scary experience to go through but Scott reassured me that he would take care of everything and he did. Givi was the perfect fit for our residence permit for my wife from our marriage. He was able to simplify the process and just tell me what I needed to submit and how, yet also go into details when I asked. That was necessary considering the immense complexity at times, and it really put my family at ease. Givi was also able to speak Georgian to my wife, so that was obviously a huge added plus. More impressively, he would take our calls and texts at odd hours of the night and on the weekends. I would text him questions not expecting a response until the next business day, and he would text me minutes later. I’m not saying I expected this, but it showed how committed he was to our case. Finally, he never minced words. His communication style is very direct and to the point, so if we weren’t sure if immigration was going to accept a document, he was transparent about what he knew and what he could and couldn’t control in the process. In the end, we received our residence permit 8 months faster than we anticipated due to Givi’s help!

Ryan Ramsayer helped me get my misdemeanor DUI expunged after a recent law change in the state of Michigan. I no longer reside in Michigan, yet he and his firm helped me with the complicated process without me needing to travel back. He set up a court date and got my DUI successful expunged without me being physically present in court. Would recommend him and his firm if you are looking to get your Michigan DUI expunged.

Mike was incredibly prompt and attentive when he did my consult; I felt definitely heard out when explaining my situation and having to make some hard choices for my family, however Mike gave amazing advice to help guide me to a solution. Although it was only a consult, I plan to move forward and hire him for anything regarding family law. My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. Bryan and his staff were very patient and kind and explained the entire litigation process as it moved along. They were always available for questions and assistance, never once acting like it was an inconvenience. Because there were three individuals - all with different insurance companies and all with varying injuries, this, I’m sure, was a difficult case to navigate through. A previous employer stated I was a no call no show. The reality is that I was laid off during covid. After several appeals on my own to no avail and a missed hearing, I was referred to Cristine. The state wanted several tens of thousand of dollars in back payment. It was a truly terrifying situation to be in, with Cristine's help the judge decided he would hear my case. Ultimately the ruling was in my favor and could not be happier with the outcome. Definitely would recommend her to anyone with any issues regarding unemployment. Very knowledgeable and helpful, I am very grateful for her service!

I had an issue with GoDaddy not releasing a domain name I owned in an old account. I tried for 2 years to resolve the issue with them to no avail. Some lawyers would not take my case since it was too small an issue. John and his team were happy to help, and with a single letter and the right contact he was able to have them respond immediately. Within days I had my domain name and the issue was resolved. Highly efficient, cost effective, and nice to work with. I highly recommend him!

I needed an attorney in order to have my drivers license restored, after speaking with a few found on the internet I spoke with Nick. It did not take long into the phone conversation he was very easy to talk to. After meeting him at his office I hired him to assist in my license restoration. He was professional and lawyerly yet easy to talk to and understand to the average guy if that makes sense. Anyone who has dealt with a license restoration knows it can be trying at best, my case was no exception. Nick took care of all stumbling blocks, kept me up to date on proceedings, and promptly returned every one of the several calls I made to him. At the very end there was a hiccup and again he took care of the issue, and did it fast! Thanks to him I now have full driving privileges. There are a lot of good attorneys out there, Mr. Backos is one of the best IMO.

I have worked with Dan Chapman and the Troy Law Firm for nearly 20 years. My experience with them has been very pleasant and professional. Undoubtedly the Best Collective Attorney's Office of the Greater Kalamazoo Area... Incredibly well versed and energetic staff. Customer service is top of the line! If they typically wouldn't help with the issue at hand, they will find a way OR refer you to someone who is also well qualified. They will meet you where you are at and are very understanding that life happens. They not only give one advice, but go well beyond that in making sure the case is handled the best and most proper way available. A couple of years ago, I found myself in a difficult employment-related situation, and needed legal advice. Knowing how important it was to have someone very competent, responsive, and personable, I started doing my homework. I researched the Internet, called and talked with tens of law firms and attorneys, read hundreds of reviews, and asked my network of friends and colleagues for referrals. At the end of this thorough search, I selected Mr. Robert L. Levi. During the approximately 18 months of collaboration that followed, I never regretted my choice. In my opinion, Robert has the experience (over 30 years of work in the legal field), legal knowledge, and skills to help you with your case related to employment, labor relations, civil rights, or employee benefits. He also provides the personal attention to set your mind at ease and relieve (at the extent possible), the emotional, intellectual, and financial stress of legal work placed on your personal and professional life. Deciding to sue someone is a scary thing. Mr. Levi helped me determine if taking legal action was appropriate for me; evaluated (and re-evaluated) the possible length and implications of the case; was very fair in the payment arrangement up front (no “surprises”); kept me informed right away of new developments; consulted with me on a regular basis; and answered my questions fully, every time I asked. He was realistic, truthful, diligent and ethical throughout the process. She is a absolute powerhouse, incredible in the court room! When it comes to family court which is where my case lies, I would never recommend anyone else but Amanda right here! It was a tough case I know my ex was good at lying so I was scared going into the process right away with that fact, there were so many unknowns but as soon as I had my consult I immediately felt at ease and knew she was the lawyer for my case. She is so helpful And knows her stuff, it didn’t matter how many questions we had she had answers whenever we needed them and at whatever time in the divorce process. She was also very emotionally supportive and invested which made the process so much easier even at times that were so hard I wanted to rip my hair out with the back and forth with my ex. It was a great feeling to know and feel like I was 100 percent supported in this way and like she had my back no matter what, i felt it beyond more than just the fact I was one of many clients. She helped win the case and even at times I felt like nothing was going right she would put me at ease and made whatever I wanted to happen possible, with that being said she never just told me what I wanted to hear she was very straight forward and knowledgeable to where I always felt better after I would talk to her that things would be ok, and they always were.
