I’m very fortunate and so very grateful I was able to cross paths with Brad! I randomly met him as I was sizing him up as one of my next customers as I am in sales and I had just knocked on his door to pitch and sale him new replacement Windows for his entire home. After a great conversation and finding out we have a close mutual friend, I put 2 n 2 together and realized he was the highly touted lawyer my/our friend had been telling me about previous to me and Brad meeting. So long story short I now realize why he was so highly recommended because it was a great success having him represent me because he was upfront and honest about what he could do to help my situation and what we needed to do to execute it! Mr. Paul saved my life and my career in Unit States by helping me to fighting with my case, Since my girlfriend and I are both very emotional, we had a minor argument while driving and ended up being involved with the police because of some conflicts. However, due to some misunderstandings, the police arrested me and defined it as domestic violence. This was a shame for me and I stayed in jail for a night. Finally, since I was not familiar with Salt Lake City, I randomly made a few calls to local law firms. I used a previous lawyer to handle my case when I was charged with my crimes. Lawyer was alright but never answered my calls or questions. I didn’t retain Andrew, however I was really drawn to his location. Easy and lots of parking. I didn’t think about it at the time, but probably on site security for the college as well. Took two months of waiting and hounding the attorney I was engaged with to actually get back some legal templates. When I did receive them, they contained the wrong information. Just got the bill...$900 for absolutely nothing in return that was useful and maybe a 30 minute consult before actually signing any engagement letter. I would not recommend these guys for any services.

I've tried over and over to get set up with this firm and I am now convinced this is a brokerage company because it has taken so long to get appointments then they don't even show up at appointments. I recently hired Chris to help me with an expungement I have been putting off due to worries about time and money. Chris's assistant helped me through each step of the process and always had everything prepped and ready for me to look over and sign when I arrived. Ladies, if you are getting divorced, this is the place you want to go, specifically Bart Johnson's team. Bart in particular will comfort and console you and even take you to his home in the avenues and sleep with you. Pictures of him and his clients have been taken exiting and kissing outside of his home, he prefers women of authority, like a doctor or a principal at a school as examples. If you want them to win a case for you however, that is where they lack. They file a lot, but don't succeed in much other than waste your money but at least you get screwed in more ways than one.

I engaged John Snow to represent me in March of 2023 with the only request being to remove a Trustee who had embezzled millions of dollars from a family Trust. The issue with it was that it implicates Kirton McConkie in the fraud so I made certain Parsons Behle had no problem going after “The Lords Lawyers” to which John responded “of course not”
On April 14th 2013 he issued a letter to KMC law requesting answers to various questions but in the end has nothing to do with removing the Trustee.
KMC Law refused to respond and John brought in Angus Edwards and Mindy Kids to assist. On June 7th or almost two months later Mr Edwards sent the exact letter knowing there would be no response..
August 9th 2023 the three attorneys filed an unrelated derivative claim against my siblings but did confirm the KMC fraud within the body; but just refused to add KMC as a defendant in this $100M estate case.
August 18th The attorneys filed amended complaint forgetting to add the summons. They refiled three weeks later on Sept 12th but forgot to verify the complaint.
Oct 3rd; I complained to John Snow via emails to which he responded “I do not have the time to read or respond to your questions and we are “done”!
I paid approx $75k in fees and accruals to have a trustee removed and instead I was dropped the day before the hearing in which I was forced to go pro se against KMC who Judge Faust let off with a false Jurisdiction issue.
He wasted 7 months of my life; took all of my money; and left me with no representation to face the law firm who refuses to account for my parents $100m estate which has been embezzled by my sister and Craig McCullough through “The Old Switcheroo”…
Please review case# 230905835 wherein John Snow states Mr McCullough KMC Law has a Professional Conflict of interest and everything the law firm did should be “void”
When asked why he refused to go after KMC Law and stand behind his words; he responded “just because I said it does not mean it is true”.
All that Parsons and the three attorneys needed to say last March is “sorry; we have a conflict of interest”. But chose instead to breach their fiduciary duty to me and my daughters in favor of apparently keeping their fiduciary duty to the most prestigious religiously affiliated law firm in Utah..
I’m speechless as to how cold hearted and ruthless these attorneys are I’ve been dealing with for four years while being prohibited to see my own dad who is still alive and abandoned by KMC Law who he paid hundreds of thousands in fees to have them protect him; and not my sister Lisa Stephens and her husband Bryan..
Greed is a terrible curse..

Bart in particular will comfort and console you and even take you to his home in the avenues and sleep with you. Pictures of him and his clients have been taken exiting and kissing outside of his home, he prefers women of authority, like a doctor or a principal at a school as examples. If you want them to win a case for you however, that is where they lack. They file a lot, but don't succeed in much other than waste your money but at least you get screwed in more ways than one.

I engaged John Snow to represent me in March of 2023 with the only request being to remove a Trustee who had embezzled millions of dollars from a family Trust. The issue with it was that it implicates Kirton McConkie in the fraud so I made certain Parsons Behle had no problem going after “The Lords Lawyers” to which John responded “of course not”
On April 14th 2013 he issued a letter to KMC law requesting answers to various questions but in the end has nothing to do with removing the Trustee.
KMC Law refused to respond and John brought in Angus Edwards and Mindy Kids to assist. On June 7th or almost two months later Mr Edwards sent the exact letter knowing there would be no response..
August 9th 2023 the three attorneys filed an unrelated derivative claim against my siblings but did confirm the KMC fraud within the body; but just refused to add KMC as a defendant in this $100M estate case.
August 18th The attorneys filed amended complaint forgetting to add the summons. They refiled three weeks later on Sept 12th but forgot to verify the complaint.
Oct 3rd; I complained to John Snow via emails to which he responded “I do not have the time to read or respond to your questions and we are “done”!
I paid approx $75k in fees and accruals to have a trustee removed and instead I was dropped the day before the hearing in which I was forced to go pro se against KMC who Judge Faust let off with a false Jurisdiction issue.
He wasted 7 months of my life; took all of my money; and left me with no representation to face the law firm who refuses to account for my parents $100m estate which has been embezzled by my sister and Craig McCullough through “The Old Switcheroo”…
Please review case# 230905835 wherein John Snow states Mr McCullough KMC Law has a Professional Conflict of interest and everything the law firm did should be “void”
When asked why he refused to go after KMC Law and stand behind his words; he responded “just because I said it does not mean it is true”.
All that Parsons and the three attorneys needed to say last March is “sorry; we have a conflict of interest”. But chose instead to breach their fiduciary duty to me and my daughters in favor of apparently keeping their fiduciary duty to the most prestigious religiously affiliated law firm in Utah..
I’m speechless as to how cold hearted and ruthless these attorneys are I’ve been dealing with for four years while being prohibited to see my own dad who is still alive and abandoned by KMC Law who he paid hundreds of thousands in fees to have them protect him; and not my sister Lisa Stephens and her husband Bryan..

Called multiple times to get assistance with a case. No reply back. Their automated message kept insisting I use their online consultation form so I filled that out and got an email that basically stated my case doesn't fit their criteria even though they advertise in practicing in the exact type of law that I need. Sucks to hear since they were referred to me. I still haven’t talked to a human at their office so they can hear my story.

On January 23, 2019, I retained Aaron Garrett of Nonprofit Legal, Salt Lake City, UT., to handle a case for me in the appellate court. He said he would take on the matter and personally handle the case. His and his firm's representation is a far cry from the claim that he made when taking on the case. I then was Prose to the supreme court and Mr. Garrett withdrew leaving me on my own. On March 11, 2019, I again retained Aaron Garrett being unable to afford anyone else since he had required a retainer and had some of it remaining. This matter was on a related case in district court. Mr. Garrett assured me that he would personally represent me but prior to the hearing, he assigned it to an underling that was ill prepared for the hearing and failed to properly represent me and was mouse-like in court. The opposing party's attorney shredded her. There are still unresolved items related to that case which Mr. Garrett has been paid to handle. He refuses to finish the job. Mr. Garrett's lack of communication and commitment to clients is questionable. My advise, you get what you pay for. Hire a more aggressive attorney and law firm and forget this one.
