This is a bummer because, as you’ll see, I have not left a negative review in the 15 years of having my account:
I recently worked with Andrew to obtain advice on a silent partnership contract that was very bare bones (a couple hundred words in length).
I was surprised to see that I was charged $438 for Andrew to read this incredibly small document and provide maybe 100 words of feedback. (Will update with screen shots once I have redacted the info)
I ended up going with another lawyer who was able to provide a couple of rounds of feedback on this document for about the same price and sharing me he felt I overpaid greatly for the services provided.
To be fair, Andrew was thorough and fast, which is why it’s an anomaly this did not extend to his charges and the time he stated required almost 2 hours of billing.
I hate to leave a review like this but I communicated this information to Andrew asking to split the difference which would have him still making $250 for the single volley of feedback but he was unwilling to work with me.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

I met Mrs. Teresa during a very dark time in my life and was in complete shambles. I contacted Collins and Hunter PLLC after I was terminated due to a downsizing of corporate overhead. Anne Hunter returned my call and provided excellent explanations and CHOICES on how (and if) to pursue what was a discrimination of age issue. After hearing my options I elected to withdraw further actions. However, Anne helped lay out my options on whether to pursue. I had an existing business contract that was between family members and non family members.Original contract was kind of thrown together quickly without council and in doing so problems soon arose. With having family members being involved on both sides feelings and emotions can become an issue if not careful. Cynthia recognized this from the onset and carefully walked us through the entire restructuring process where in the end both sides were satisfied. We now have a clear contract that has taken undue pressure off both sides. I am very happy to have found Cynthia and she was a true pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend her services.

I was accused of DUI and two counts of assault on an officer and my lawyer sent me a letter asking to talk about my case I went to the consultations i told my side an he read the reports and went from there and questioned each officer in front of the judge all the lies that were told on me and I was dismissed on all charges.eventually sued for excessive force and won.

The review I'm giving is NOT paid advertising. I am freely giving this review based on our experience. On 7/22/2021 my son was arrested and charged with a felony. My heart broke in a million pieces. I knew my child didn't commit the crime. But I also knew that regardless my son would still have to go through the process. After a few text messages, I knew that Mr. Brandon Hall would do his best to help my son. I explained the situation to the best of my knowledge. I told Mr. Brandon Hall that sometime my son makes bad decision. But I knew that this decision was different from any other bad decisions he had made in the past. Mr. Brandon Hall texted me back in a few days and told me that he would be happy to help my son. "PARENTS" a load was lifted off my shoulders instantly. Mr. Hall has never meet me but I'm guessing he is a parent himself. I'm not sure but I believe Mr. Hall could feel my pain through our text messages. Mr. Hall texted me from his home several times. " I thought to myself this has to be an outstanding lawyer" .. Who texts their clients parent in the comfort of their home. I tell you who " MR. I was injured in Nashville at a bar on Main Street. It was the middle of the afternoon and my jaw was fractured. Without going into detail, I will be having quite a bit of dental work in my future.

Mark Downton may be the smartest person I've ever met and he's the best lawyer in the country if you ask me. Not only is he a good soul he genuinly cares for his client as if they were his kin. He's not your typical lawyer, he doesn't see you as a bunch of dollar signs, he sees you as someone who needs his help. He's the underdog who always comes out on top. Why? Because he can out lawyer any hot shot lawyer he goes against...seriously! This guy is the geniune article. Choosing any other attorney would be a mistake.
If you're lucky enough to him you should thank your lucky lucky stars....Think of him as the short Perry Mason or Matlock...only much better and actualy real.
