I worked with Mr. Doyle on an internet privacy case years ago. He is definitely not what I expected from an attorney. He is generous with his time. He is excellent at making complex legal concepts easy to understand for non-legal folks. When internet privacy law was basically non-existant, he was fearless when going up against the big boys. Having his number in my cell phone means that the legal world is not quite so scary. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I called the Doyle Lowther law firm for advice about a potential class action. They were very responsive and took the time to listen to my story. I didn't have a good class action, but they pointed me to another attorney who could help. They spent a lot of time helping me and it cost me nothing. Very professional and curteous.

I called a few firms and the intake person here had the most in depth understanding of my case and quickly referred it to a lawyer for further review. I appreciate the fact that we are on the same page with this issue and work collaboratively. I am impressed by the quality of every person I have come in contact with. My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

I contacted Nick to represent me with my former employer who was not honoring their commitment to pay on a performance-based bonus. Nick was great to deal with and very upfront about the entire process in terms of setting expectations regarding my situation. Travis is very through in all aspects. From the initial visit knowing what questions to ask . All the down to a back and forth negotiation. He explained likely scenarios. When suffering injuries after an accident, the last thing you want to worry about is if you will be able to find a decent lawyer that will take care of you; not their pocketbook. You can’t find a more caring lawyer than Natalie Prescott. In court she comforted me and even held my hand to get me through, yet she was tough and competent and won my case. I could not have asked for more, you don’t usually get a nice person and a great case winning lawyer in one package. She made the experience of going to court and getting interrogated by the opposing side (which I had been dreading) completely tolerable. Her integrity was obvious to the jury which helped our case; she was clearly a step above the other lawyers. The day I entered this office I knew I landed in the right place. I was wrongfully terminated because I refused to allow the Resort I worked for to garnish my wages by illegally changing my time records. I'm a contractor and was sued for the first time. I was being sued by the general contractor of the project for construction defect, even though I had next to no involvement with the entire project. I was names plaintiff in a class action against a local bus charter company. The company was using federal law to justify not giving the employees lunch breaks under a transportation law. I am the plaintiff in a pending new wrongful termination case. I am exceptionally well documented in my evidence against the defendant. So, when I 'shopped the case around' with several attorneys by phone & email, there was much interest.
But Mr Olsen showed much more than interest in my story; he was invested in it. He was genuinely aggrieved and indignant that my company had fired me after I caught management forging my inspector's stamp & signature on FAA certs. That was just what I wanted. I hired him immediately.

Having just had my first experience as a plaintiff in a courtroom trial, I found it incredibly gut-wrenching and stressful to say the least. At no other point in my life did I have so much at risk: my career, my reputation, a large sum of money and the integrity of our HOA were all on the line (the HOA is the mountain town of Lake Arrowhead which consists of nearly 10,000 properties). This was a huge event for any individual, and I could think of no other professional to have on my side than Greg Garrison.
I had interviewed several attorneys prior to Greg. Some said I didn’t have a case and others were off base on their analysis of the matter. Greg’s acumen for the law and his processing of the evidence is amazing. His ability to effectively communicate with others, whether it be a witness off the street or a judge on the bench, makes him second to none. Additionally, his passion for the profession and dedication to his clients will show the very first time you meet him. Finally, Greg’s trial preparation was efficient and methodical, and his grasp of technology allows him to maneuver much faster than other attorneys who are heavily dependent on staff and their schedules.
The final and most important consideration you must take into account is the irony of a judicial trial - having the truth on your side does not guarantee victory. We did have the facts on our side, but we were up against a formidable team of three pit bull attorneys that did a superb job of attempting to confuse the judge and obfuscate the facts. At the end of the first day of trial, the judge had been confused after hearing from both sides, as the main piece of evidence of our case was a set of complicated bylaws. However, on the second and final day of trial, Greg’s ability to convey the message in a simple and charismatic fashion to the judge secured our victory.
I believe no other attorney(s) could reproduce the victory that Greg accomplished. By saying this, I mean that even if another attorney could have won the case, the cost would have been far greater because of the voluminous amounts of material that had to be synthesized for the trial. Simply put – you can’t afford NOT to have him. I give Greg the highest recommendation possible and suggest that you retain him before your opposition does!

We had a very complex issue involving a homeowner association, property owner and finance institution. The case included construction, property boundaries, CC&R violations, SD County Land Management Department and representing the homeowner association and association personnel.

My issue was a real-estate one, involving a not-so-amicable break-up and a co-owned house.
I spoke with five different lawyers before selecting one for my case, and Mr. Belong was the only one that I had a gut reaction telling me to hire him. In our initial consultation conversation he listened to everything I had to say, clearly took in all the information and gave me his opinions on what kind of case I had and how he would proceed. It was a really stressful situation for me but I felt an immediate sense of relief after hiring Mr. Belong because I could tell he not only knows his stuff, he is also caring and compassionate (not a hint of arrogance or self-importance).

My mother and I went to Mr. Belong to help us with a dispute regarding a lien on my property and the refusal of my insurance company to take responsibility for their mistake in granting title without a thorough check for outstanding distresses on the property. Mr. Belong was the first attorney who listened to our problem, acknowledged our stress and anxiety and promptly began to help us find solutions. He appeared knowledgable of the applicable laws and ordinances as well as pragmatic in his actions. He was aware of our financial concerns and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help us.
