When Ms. Rinkleib—-Amorette—-first spoke with me about my case, it was clear she already had examined it closely, and she communicated her belief in its merits and assured me that the firm was exploring a best approach. Since counsel for the collection agency had filed suit—-about which I learned as advertisement starting arriving from local bankruptcy attorneys—-Amorette’s explanation of the legal protections reassured me. If there were more stars, I would absolutely give them. Amy went above and beyond with my case. From start to finish I had no doubt in my mind that she was doing all she could for me. She listened to what I had to say, spoke truthfully and never sugarcoated anything. She got me ready for my court appearance and knowing that she was defending me eliminated any nerves I had. She was very assertive and to the point. There will be no next time, but if there was, I would hire Amy again in a heartbeat.

Our case began in 2022 and just closed in 2024. There were some very difficult moments but we are beyond thrilled to finally hear, that this case against us has been officially closed.
We are so grateful for J.C's expertise, kindness and willingness to take on our case. At the beginning of our case, he reached out to our home insurance, asking them to provide counsel before the deadline was up for a response.
His advice advice during the deposition with very intimidating tactics from the opposing attorneys, helped us tremendously. His character is calm, patient yet with such an effective demeaner.

Best attorney ever! I had a horrible experience with my hoa not releasing old liens and double billing during litigation. We went back and forth for 13 years until I hired Jonathan Dessaules as my hoa attorney within 2 months my liens were released and my ledger was zero. I highly recommend any issues you may have with your hoa hire him do not try to fight on your own the laws are easily mis leading hard to understand he knew every law Jonathan was able explain why it was not right to me and he was able to have it cleared up fast. I had an almost 6000 ledger go to zero for my family to truly start fresh! I wish I found him in 2010 would have saved me so much more.

Our HOA sued us over our addition due to a setback violation. We had never had to retain a lawyer before in our lives and suddenly we were in a panic.
We contacted Jon Dessaules from Dessaules Law Group and from the first conversation we knew we had come to the right place. Jon knew from experience the possible outcomes and walked us through what would most likely happen. Before our initial conversation, Jon took the time to review the facts about the case and various documents we had provided.
We had interviewed 3 other law firms and even started down the road with one of them. The experience with Dessaules Law was night and day. We saw immediate results and even saw a difference in how our HOA began treating us. The HOA went from being arrogant, standoffish, and demanding we tear down our addition to back channeling for a settlement.
Jon and his team gave clear answers to our questions and provided straight forward guidance on the best way to proceed with the case. When we gave suggestions or feedback it was incorporated where appropriate.

It took lots of fighting to get this trucking company i worked for, pay for what they did to me. Mr. Miller fought off 2 attorneys, 6 so called "witnesses" forgery, stolen truck, the list goes on. I had very bad guys jumping on me but Mr. Miller came in and proved not once, but twice that this trucking company is at fault!! At first I called three local attorneys, two of which didn’t handle my type of case and left me at a lost as to which direction I should go. The third attorney I contacted didn’t handle my situation as well, but took the time to explain that I needed a Contract Law attorney and went further to recommend an attorney that specialized in case vs. auto dealerships. Right from my initial conversation with Ms. Fabian I knew she was knowledgeable about automobile contracts and was very patient as I explained my dilemma. She asked to review the contracts and related documents.
