Although Michelle Cheng was always professional and responsive, I felt she could have been a lot more aggressive with our case. I feel as though she settled and gave advice based on prior cases and scenarios. Our doctor had admitted his guilt, so had she been more demanding and aggressive, we could have possibly received more.

We did get in touch with few attorneys via phone call, but Mr. Robson stood out and was our favorite. We directly talked with him on the phone for more than 30mins and were ready to sign with him. The next day we met with him. Even though we didn’t mutually agree and sign, Mr.Robson spent almost 2 hours with us and provided valuable advice to help us with the case. This tells me a lot about him as a person and how helpful he would be if we were to sign with him. I 100% recommend him to everybody.

Mr. McLean took a case against a Large Company as a contingency fee for personal injury because I didn't have the money to pay upfront for all the cost that was going to occur. Mr. McLean did a great job at explaining to me the process of the suit and what was going to happen and so forth. He was very professional and easy to talk to. His secretary was awesome and made terrific coffee! He was very knowledgeable in my case because he had a lot of experience in handling cases against large companies. The great thing about Mr. McLean is he gives you solid advice and if he doesn't know, then he has colleagues he can refer too. He doesn't BS you! The best thing about Mr. McLean is he is a true family man, and for me, I really respect that. He got me a settlement and everything we agreed on was done as promised. The only thing that I believe Mr. McLean would need to work on is his timing(scheduling), replies, and a little better communication. But with young children and other cases I can understand things can get crazy.
With that all being said, I definitely would recommend Mr. McLean as your attorney if you ever happen to need one!

Tyler took on my case pro bono after I thought I'd exhausted all my options. I was dealing with a complicated situation involving debt associated with my divorce, and I thought I would end up having to pay thousands of dollars that I didn't have towards an apartment that I'd never lived in. Tyler was incredibly responsive (which, considering that I was a pro bono client, is definitely impressive). He made sure not to make any promises he couldn't keep and took the time to talk me through the pros and cons at each decision point. He ended up helping me reach the best outcome I could have imagined for this situation. Tyler identified the debt as coerced debt, persuaded the debt collectors to stop all attempts at collecting it, and got them to agree to contact the credit reporting bureaus to take this off of my credit report. He also knows more about debt and credit issues than anyone else I have ever met. He works hard and he knows his stuff. Seriously, if you need an attorney, I can't recommend Tyler enough.

If there as an option for 50 star rating i would happily place Mr. Forman that high without any hesitation. I personally would not want to find myself on the opposite side of Mr. Forman's client ever. Okay, so I made a mistake and got myself into a situation. I was dealing with crazy stuff. I was thinking about the situation all the time, waking up in the middle of the night, work was suffering and in short, life sucked. After putting it off for too long - I called Lance. I hired Mr. Guequierre long-distance after receiving his name from the Lawyer Referral Service. I felt confident I had a solid case, but needed legal expertise to move past a stalemate in direct negotiations. After an initial call with Mr. Guequierre, and a few emails to clarify some questions, I felt confident that he had the necessary expertise and experience to help, and was trustworthy (of particular concern being out of state). In the initial call, Mr. Guequierre also clearly explained how the case might unfold, and what legal costs would be involved, so I knew what to expect and could assess the cost/benefit. He also indicated that he felt we had a good case, given the issue and the fact that I’d documented everything along the way. Thus, I hired him.
He began with an intake process to gather information and documentation for me in a well-organized way. He then engaged the other party's legal counsel, and we eventually reached a settlement that matched what I'd tried to negotiate without legal assistance. Through the process, Mr. Guequierre responded to my inquiries in a timely manner, shared detailed knowledge about relevant areas of the law and legal proceedings, kept me in the loop on all communications with the other party, shared helpful advice to help me make decisions about potential settlement terms, was diligent about following up with the other party to get a response in the agreed upon time, and was easy to communicate with (personable, approachable, etc.). Overall, I found him to be professional and honest. I would recommend him and hire him again if needed.

All I can say is this man works tirelessly to win your case. Very low key. Works for you even during court recess. Show me anyone who does that. Former Trial Chief for Travis County. I was impressed and I am hard to please. A so called utility worker filed a criminal charge on me and Mr. Roark exposed him as just a tree cutter tresspassing on my property. The jury was out 15 minutes and found me not guilty. If you pass this guy up for an attorney you are making a mistake. I had a lot to lose. He stopped the prosecution in their tracks.
