I met Brandon and his team about a year ago as I was interviewing lawyers for a lawsuit. Brandon was honest with me from day 1, before they ever collected a penny from me. He will tell me if it's not worth it to pursue something or if I will not get the results I desired through legal action, even if it didn't contribute to their bottom line. He is my go to guy for all legal matters not only because he is knowledgeable, sharp, and responsive but he truly cares and goes above and beyond.
In addition, he has a great support team behind him. Not only partner lawyers when there is a case/question outside of his expertise but also great paralegals that are always on top of things and super friendly. Having been married to an attorney I know how important it is to find the right attorney to represent you. As General Counsel of our firm, I engaged Mark to represent us in a matter that was unique and completely outside of our regular course of business. The deal was also beyond my professional legal expertise and range. Adding to all of this, I was operating with a very limited budget. Mark was incredible. Not only was he erudite, accessible and highly responsive but he equipped me with every tool I needed to close the deal on my own. His detailed briefings outlined all of the risks, the boilerplate and customary terms in the deal agreements and the pros/cons of each decision point. His work product was essentially a negotiation map which I've kept in my form files as a valuable resource for future deals. Credit problems seem to hound us in one form or another throughout our adult lives. The solutions to those problems are not easily discerned--not even for many attorneys. In my case, I did all I could to try to understand what was happening to my credit. I gathered all my research and took the papers to a local attorney. The file laid on a shelf in the lawyer's office for a month--she did not know what to do with it. The case would be against one of the nation's top three credit reporting bureaus.

I would highly recommend Gordon Lotzkar and the Lotzkar Law Firm. Both Gordon and his staff (Misti and Nicole) provided excellent counsel, advice and guidance which turned a very difficult situation into a manageable situation.
