It took a while to settle our case; however, Natalie kept us positive by encouraging us to remain calm and let the things law of work. Boukzam Law was always just an email or phone call away which is an encouragement. Natalie knows how the system works as I recall, early on on she told us it could take a while and she was right. It took five years to get a settlement on our case but we got it! If you are contemplating hiring a lawyer to deal with your Timeshare issues; I recommend Boukzam Law.

Mr. Rothman is a Godsend. I reached out to the firm under the implication that my husband and I had a copyright infringement case. In hindsight, this was far from the truth. He took the time to entertain my ignorance and he saved me a few thousand dollars. Prior to contacting Mr. Rothman, I was prepared to pay another attorney over $4400 hundred dollars not even realizing that I never had a case to begin with. Mr.Rothman is trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional!!!

As a professional photographer whose work was infringed by a billion dollar company, I really struggled in finding someone to help me fight them. My first attorney was only interested in how much money he could make from me. I was ready to give up and then, by just a fluke, I found Joel Rothman.
Joel has always been so patient and easy to talk to. He is always available and extremely knowledgeable. And he is such a pleasure to work with.
And he works fast. Within four days of hiring him, he filed my lawsuit. I would have never been able to sue them without Joel. The other side was counting on me not being able to sue them and they were very surprised.
Not only did he make it easy for me to afford the ongoing expenses, at mediation he lowered his contingency so that I got a number that I was comfortable with. I dare anyone to find another attorney who would do that.
He is a great negotiator and always gave me the true pros and cons to guide my decisions. I know the lawyers for the company I was suing were not expecting my attorney to be so knowledgeable and experienced at what he does. It was always five of their attorneys against Joel. It did not go well for them.
I am so thankful and blessed that I found Joel. The bottom line is that he actually cares about artists and it shows in the way he conducts his business.

Recently, I retained the services of Menzer & Hill, PA for a case verses a large financial services company. Michael Hill believed I had justification and agreed to represent me. He requested an arbitration hearing through FINRA and it was granted.
The arbitration was conducted via zoom with counsel from both sides and a single arbitrator.
Mr. Hill went above and beyond researching, preparing and presenting my case. He kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire case. His attention to detail during the three-day arbitration was impressive.
As a small investor, I did not think I had a chance against a large financial services corporation, but Mr. Hill won this case with facts and his expertise of the law. A satisfactory and sizable judgment was granted by the arbitrator.

my name is rich james. i was duped by a financial firm in boca raton in 2011 with promises that the money i had could be conservatively invested to match or exceed where i had previously kept the savings. this money manager knew i was physically disabled unable to generate any more income. the investments lost money month after month, i was flabbergasted looking at my monthly statements, my complaints were always answered in the same disingenuous way with promises that never materialized. it sickened me when i realized i was duped. i felt shame that i should have known better and taken action sooner. fast forward to 2013 when i felt i was ready to roll up my sleeves and sue this firm to recoup my losses. the florida bar referral service referred me to an attorney in west palm beach who claimed to have expertise in this area, well he didn't and was billing me over a prolonged period of time, by the hour, for abysmal results. now i had to extracate myself from this new nightmare: i called back the florida bar referral service with valid complaints about this referral's performance, they then referred me to michael hill. i had a free consultation with mr hill which comes with the fee paid to the florida bar referral service: mr hill listened to every word of my story then proceeded to tell me about his expertise in this financial area and how we could resolve it. this is exactly what happened: for a very affordable lat fee, mr hill saw to it that i recouped the full amount of the actual damages stated in my lawsuit. the additional bonus came when he related to me that i could contest the remaining balance i owed the previous attorney by supplying me with some ways to get info and help. this is exactly what i did on my own empowered by mr hill: i asked for a $3,000 reduction in the previous attorney's bill, he brought it to his management and they granted the full amount. they knew i was working with mr hill as he had requested records of what had been done thusfar on my case. this was resolved last year at this time. the reason i took so long to write this review was i knew i couldn't fully express how well mr hill helped me in an egregious situation. i will never be able to thank him enough. mr hill beyond your years of experience on both sides of financial arbitration cases, the humanity you brought to my case's circumstances will never be forgotten, your expertise and how you practice it is extraordinary in terms i can't fully express. i send you and yours the best thoughts and wishes always! :)

Pursuing a claim against our financial advisor was something we were not eager to pursue, but with the passage of time the clarity of how badly we were wronged was undeniable. We contacted an attorney who, after reviewing our case, felt the extensive experience of Mr. Zuckerbrod would best serve us. It was a long and laborious process that included a mediation designed for the two parties to come together and agree on a settlement. There was no agreement because the broker was not interested in what we would have considered a fair settlement. The next step was for a panel of FINRA arbitrators to hear the case and make a final, binding decision. The FINRA panel’s decision resulted in an unsuitable trading and negligence judgment against the broker and an award to us. The arbitration was an exhausting 9-10 day hearing. Mr. Zuckerbrod’s ability to remember details was nothing short of amazing. His background and understanding of FINRA rules was absolutely crucial to the presentation of our case. We feel very, very fortunate to have had someone of his caliber advocating on our behalf. He was always professional, supportive, and patient, and he always stressed honesty above all else. That was just more reassurance for us that we were working with the right person.

I originally hired Mr. Weaver to handle 2 FDCPA violations back in 2011 and 2012. He was successful with both cases and then he took on my Chapter 7 BK which was granted in 2013. The final case was a foreclosure defense and then ultimately saved my house with a finalized HAMP modification. I have never had a lawyer that was completely successful in every case he took. I was referred to Jeff Cox by a long time friend of mine that is also an attorney. I do not live in FLA anymore and when I traveled down to meet with Jeff for the first time he spent the whole weekend with me, all day and evening reviewing my situation and advising me of my options.
From the very beginning he did not spin any part of the situation and clearly explained the latitude of trouble I was in. I took Jeff's advice on every matter. He is very experienced. He knows the law and knows how to deal with the Judges and prosecutors. I was more than impressed with him when I was at my change of plea hearing and he was actually teaching the prosecutor in my case about case law and statutes pertaining to the fines in my case.
He takes his profession very seriously and will not paint some rosy picture for you to get your hopes up only to be crushed later. Knowing that Jeff was working for me, I was able to have peace in my mind knowing that I had a REAL attorney that didn't just charge me a fee and then move on to another client.
He was more than prepared for every hearing I had to attend and always had every detail in perfect order. I could sense his real concern about my case and his attention to detail is impeccable. I feel that if I did not have Jeff as my attorney I would have pleaded to a much larger sentence than I did. He is very familiar with the Judges and prosecutors and will help you get mentally prepared for what you are going to face by telling you the truth.

I’ve been working with Ms Grant for over five years to fight some predatory student loans. Both her and legal assistants have been wonderful. I was forewarned that this was a long process and I needed to be patient. We’re still going through the process with some banks, but they have been able to get many of my loans dismissed. I’m so happy that I decided to work with them. It is a long process, but it’s helped repair my credit and resolve loans that were improperly handled between my college and the banks. They call me every two weeks like clockwork and I have never had an issue getting documentation or getting in touch with someone if I have questions. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
