Last year, a company took unauthorized payments 4 days in a row I didn’t know what to do, who to talk to, or if that was even legal. I researched lawyers that deal with such problems and found this law firm. I was a bit skeptical to say the least, mainly due to the fact that I’ve never dealt with a lawyer before. All my fears and worry disappeared after the very first conversation. They walked me through the whole process, collected as much information as I could find, and kept in contact with me. Even after 4 months of no contact they still reached out to me to tell me they have been continuously working on my case and have came to a settlement. Best part was I didn’t have to be burdened with anything so it was no stress involved. (Other than my money being taken in the first place) I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone that needs help and don’t know where to start. Thank you again for all your help!!

Based on my previous legal cases, lawyers from law firms don't seem to do much other than draining my money. So I tried to hire an individual lawyer, yet every one of them I contacted wasn't sure if my case was a consumer protection case or something else and wasn't able to find anyone who's willing to take my case even though I was being accused of something I didn't do. At this point, I was mentally exhausted and stressed out about what I was facing and how nobody was even willing to help me. Until I happened to Google the phone number of the company that was accusing me just to contact the company myself again and somehow "Agruss Law Firm" was the first thing showed in the result and I briefly left a message on the website thinking it wouldn't work anyway. Unexpectedly, I've got a call from Erin who was friendly and passionate about helping me; once she checked out on some more information with me, an attorney Jim Parr took my case; since then everything has been resolved in the way I recommend this law firm to anyone.
I don't know how to thank Jim and everyone who has helped my case. After the experience with Agruss law firm, I feel like there are still good law firms who are willing to help people to resolve their problems.

Thanks to Mike Argruss and his team of speedy and expert service professionals, the collection agency calls stopped. I am very glad that I came across this agency, they were very professional and most of all able to assist me with my issue It is nice to know that there is help out there for the consumer who is being harassed and treated less than human. At first I did not think they could help me, I thought this was just another gimmick, but I was wrong. I am from Missouri the "show me state" and they definitely showed me that they are a legitimate agency that will deliver results. They DEFINITELY stand behind their word. If they say they can help, they WILL and I will use them again in the future if necessary.

My experience with Salvador is that of hope. Salvador was referred to my family and it honestly added hope to a situation for too difficult cope with. In 2015, my parents along with my sister, seemed to had been fighting a losing battle to save a home. Mr. Lopez did an outstanding job assisting me with the foreclosure sale of my home in Illinois although I lived in another state. He was very thorough explaining every step of the process. I especially appreciated the fact that the process was completed in 30 days. I communicated with him via phone and email. In thinking about Tom Burke, the three words that come to mind are integrity, character and brilliance. I am in the Construction Industry and had been trying to receive payment from a customer for over 15 months. My lawyer at the time had yet to accomplish anything, so I finally made the decision to switch my representation. Tom Burke represented us with success in a dispute with an investment counselor. More than anything else, he was responsive and reactive to our information, asked questions on a need to know basis and kept us informed with developments. He was candid with his assessment of our posture, creative in his prosecution of our claim and persistent in his settlement posture. I am the guardian of a mentally disabled family member. Some years ago I was embroiled in a long-standing, complex dispute with care providers that could have resulted in devastating and dangerous consequences for my ward. Lara entered my legal case at this point, and assisted in bringing the situation under control in just a few months. Her wisdom, knowledge, patience, calmness and exceptional skills as a negotiator and counselor helped to bring about a solution that was better than anything I had hoped for. We hired Kathleen Robson as our real-estate attorney when we purchased our home in 2013 and when we had to sell in 2017. She took all of the stress out of the process and kept in good contact thru ought the process leading up to the closing.
What I like about Kathleen is she is tough, no nonsense and likable, I guess that's what you should have in a lawyer. If you are selling or buying it is well worth a couple of hundred bucks to have this lawyer at your side.
