Edit in response to John’s dishonest response:
I sent John multiple emails and text messages over a period of about a week notifying him I had an important meeting with the IRS regarding the immigration status of my wife. I needed the tax documents so I could give them to the IRS and move forward with the immigration attorney to get her status updated and her future secured. You can imagine this was very important to me. John ignored ALL of my emails and text messages.
Days before the meeting I left John a bad review hoping to get his attention. And I did! Lo and behold he replied the same day and sent my tax information to me. In his email he chastised me for leaving a bad review about him since he would not reply to me with the information I required from him. I was treated poorly for behavior that could have been avoided if he just took a few minutes to send me the information I needed. 🤷🏻♂️
About that review: I did NOT recant what I said. John told me if I took it down he would consider doing my 2023 taxes. After I removed it he never responded to me again. Totally dishonest in his response to this review. He DID NOT explicitly tell me he would not be doing 2023 taxes. He baited me into deleting the review and left me hanging with no response. Untrustworthy!

John blatantly ignored multiple emails I sent requesting my tax information. Required it for an important meeting at an IRS location, otherwise it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal. Was treated poorly for saying something about it. Left hanging on 2023 taxes, as he decided he “didn’t want to work for me anymore.”
He communicated very well while selling me his service. He did perform his functions that I hired him to do well. Maybe you won’t have the same problem I did.

In this case, Luke has exceeded my expectations of my wife and myself. I first used Luke to prepare estate plans (trust, wills and power of attorney documents) seven years ago and recently had them revised). Luke continues to provide prompt and accurate services. He is easy to speak with and has an easy-going down to earth demeanor. He provided excellent council in addressing pressing concerns and puts legal terms and practices in layman terms that made it easy for us to follow. I highly recommend using Luke as an exceptional attorney and estate planner.

Mike has been the glue that bonded our family closer together.

3/16/21 - Justin shepherded me through closing my sister's estate. Though by no means a large estate, my sister was very unorganized, having not paid taxes or mortgages for some time before her death, and documentation was either scattered or simply non-existent. Justin was a god-send in getting things organized, counselling me on best practices, and determining both the least painful and least costly way to settle the estate.
I cannot thank Justin enough for his patience and advice, affording me the opportunity to keep everyone in our family and her daughter informed and "up to speed" on the disposition of her assets and liabilities.
I must also add that I (and the family and my niece) were more than satisfied with Justin's reasonable fees. They say a quality lawyer is worth his weight in gold, and Justin's fees were certainly more than reasonable!

The pandemic was an impetus to finally put my affairs in order. I turned to Justin Dituri since he was highly recommended to my sisters and me when were were dealing with a very tangled issue when settling my father’s estate.
I like the fact that the Dituri revocable living trust also included the other four documents that Suze Orman recommends for everyone: advance directive, durable power of attorney for health care, will, and durable financial power of attorney. The language of the documents seems to provide for any situation that might occur and Justin’s expertise is really all-encompassing. He charges a flat fee, broken into three payments, a good value. Funding of the trust is not included, but he is willing to advise if you wish to do it yourself. In my case, the funding was fairly simple, especially since he threw in my real estate deed. I did, though, contract to have him handle the mineral rights in my trust. This was the issue he originally straightened out for my family.
The final product is very professional. Justin has an eye for detail such as signing original documents in blue ink to distinguish them from copies, clipping together the pages I would need to provide when funding my trust, and putting my will in a plastic protector within the document to make it easily accessible. I am extremely satisfied with my trust and have already recommended him to family and friends. Most of all, I am comforted by the fact that I have everything in place to make things simple for my family in the end.

Cost 4k for one appearance. Needed help from out of state and got fleeced. So much so that I needed to contact the State Bar which is how I know I got fleeced. If he had helped you that's great. Don't give him that much money up front if you need help from out of state. The person I spoke with at the bar can't give legal advice only told me "yes what he did is wrong," Just be careful. You may get completely ripped off if you need help from out of town. I was told it cost 3k to drop his client as a client? He thought he could just hustle me out of over 3k. A good person doesn't do these things. If he can get you out of trouble is all you care about. Fair enough. If you want a good person look elsewhere. This is not a good person. He lied, he ripped off people desperate for help. We happened to have moved and are out of state and we're in need of help. HE RIPPED US OFF with no qualms about it. I'll leave it up to the general public. Does as decent human being do this?

I first hired Clyde in 2019 when I first filed for divorce. I subsequently withdrew the divorce proceeding. after my ex-wife talked me into it then I used him. I hired him again for the second divorce filing. Of which has been now completed and very very satisfactorily. he has Demonstrated the professionalism and the personal attention to detail that was desperately needed in my divorce case and then after the divorce was final. We did the trust agreements and and will and medical power of attorney and stuff that I needed done. He did those after that. I would use him again anytime I need a lawyer and highly recommend him.

Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

Just trying to find a dental malpractice lawyer in the Denver area was not easy. I got Very lucky when I reached out to Bucks office. They contacted me quickly and spent time getting to know me and my case. It wasn't all about how much money my case was worth, as other firms can be. They investigated my claims and realized pretty quickly that I had a malpractice suit. Buck and Alex were great at explaining the process and sharing the things coming to light in my records. I had relocated to a different state and they worked with my current dentists diligently to get the real story. The process can make you a little crazy (at least it did me 😁), but they worked with me to make some difficult decisions. In the end we settled, but I was able to get the money to help restore my dental health and I can't thank them enough. If you need dental malpractice help, Buck should be your choice. Don't sit in pain. If someone should pay for poor dental care, make them. Call Buck.

A few years back I was confronted with a legal problem not of my doing. I received several referrals one of which was Steve Feder. Having never been in this situation before I was frightened, bewildered and angry. Steve helped me to better understand the situation, the court system and prepared me for the hearing. While this was my first time in court I had worked with many attorneys in the past primarily through my work as a compliance officer in financial services and as a business owner. The one thing that really stood out to me was that Steve listened and offered suggestions. Unfortunately, many prior dealings with attorneys I was too often told what I could not do, rather than what I could do. I found Steve to be fair, ethical and knowledgable. He went out of his way to make certain my wife and I knew what we were facing. The hearing was quickly dismissed by the judge.

I interviewed a couple of Denver area attorneys before hiring Rose Mary Zapor to do my will. I learned about her after asking friends for a referral. Rose has had many years of experience with elder law and services for the elderly, including estate planning, and with how laws work in Colorado. She did my will for a reasonable flat fee, which made me feel at ease, not on the clock, while i asked numerous questions and she answered them patiently. Rose was meticulous and detail-oriented going through various options and scenarios, and gave me some good suggestions and warnings about what not to do. Her staff is efficient, too.

Shari has been my attorney since May 2020 and the probate case finally closed this March 2023! I don’t live in Colorado so having to handle this all on the phone or electronically isn’t the norm. My mother passed away on January 6, 2005, and I was appointed the Personal Representative of her Estate on January 31, 2005. On April 4, 2005, the State of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing filed a claim against my Mother’s Estate in the amount of $22,000.00 for Medicaid services rendered while she was alive. She also had a couple of debt collectors attempting to get paid twice by the estate. My attorney at the time couldn’t handle a case this size so he backed out.
On September 8, 2005, I engaged Shari Caton as my attorney for my Mother’s Estate who helped me prove to the State of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing that I had received a disability on my back during active military service and that I was receiving disability compensation from the Veterans Administration. This was grounds for the State of Colorado to drop their claim against the estate and so they did. Thanks to Shari Caton and her high degree of legal professionalism, for blocking the State’s Claim against my Mother’s Estate and stopping a couple of money hungry thieves from getting paid twice.
Shari Caton is an excellent attorney with a vast knowledge of the legal system, a high degree of legal professionalism and works diligently in helping her clients win their cases. My mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in early 2014. When she found out, she was quick to get her will in order with Bradley and his team. I was designated as her Power of Attorney and Executor of the will, and I had no idea what I was doing. In the initial meetings, Bradley explained everything very carefully, and took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. She passed in April of the following year, and everyone at the office was very helpful while I navigated the complicated process of selling her house, managing her finances, and ultimately settling the estate. My mother's wish was to have my sister and I wait one year from her death to split the inheritance 50/50. As the year from her death approached I contacted my sister regarding splitting the inheritance, but she refused planning on keeping all of the money for herself and making her husband full beneficiary. My mother lived and passed away in Denver, Colorado and I live in Kansas City, Missouri. After doing an internet search, I found Mr. Frigon's site very professional, thus I contacted his office for a consultation.
Although my mother made my sister personal representative and full beneficiary on the inheritance, Mr. Frigon was successful in demonstrating my mother's wishes prior to her death to my sister's attorney in the matter. The matter finally resolved in receiving 50% of my mother's inheritance and for each of my sons to receive money towards a down payment on a home. In conclusion, Mr. Frigon and his office demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and kept me apprised of all matters regarding this issue. The cost of resolving this issue was very fair.

I'm not one to write reviews, but Jay Reinan deserves one. Without going into details of my case, I'd like to commend Jay for his absolute grasp of fundamental legal issues, without the all-too-prevalent prescient grasp of potential clients' wallets. I admit to having been "down on attorneys," but this guy is actually restoring my faith in this much-denigrated profession.
If you have a good case, bring it to Jay. He'll tell you the truth about your case, quickly and succinctly. I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Liz defended my son in sex assault case and in today’s climate about alleged sex assault and the me too movement is no easy task, as it seems accused are guilty until proven innocent.
