Jim , is a good lawyer very knowledgeable however we found it troublesome that we had to send requested paperwork on numerous occasions and having to call and check to ask why haven't you called to go over the paperwork in the case.We were told he didn't remember receiving it and please send again which happen on more then 1 occasion.As well it seemed he had no desire to fight for anything else but what was offered but excepted the easy way out ,Although he was very sympathetic and seemed caring we felt he had loss his fight that we were told he had over the many years he was know for at.his law practice. The case worked out ,however it wasn't an easy road having to constantly call and check in to discuss what he said was important details needed to be worked on for our case. Then to be told its not needed Each call seemed to be like the first starting from scratch each time . Very nice man , again extremely knowledgeable , caring. Perhaps some cases over so many years arent worth fighting for anymore .

I retained Jim Druker in February of 2018 to help resolve a tax problem I had stemming to events from 2010. I had been referred to him through another contact on LinkedIn. When I first got in touch with him I was frantic; and honestly remained frantic for the next 3 years but he never wavered in trying to keep me calm. Jim patiently and empathetically responded to my inquiries (though he was likely cursing me when he hung up the phone or responded to my longwinded emails). Jim was not warm and fuzzy but always optimistic that the issues would somehow get resolved. He truly never wavered on his resolve to help me get the issues I had settled in the best possible way. He didn't hold me hostage to invoices or finances but rather stayed true to his word when he was first engaged. Lesser men would have ignored my calls and my frantic emails, Jim did not. I will never in a lifetime be able to fully repay Jim for everything he did for me and for my family. I can only hope that this review provides some level of adequate thanks for his years of filing and re-filing. In the end, he kept his promise. And again, a lesser man might have given up (or gotten fed up with me). I would recommend Jim in a heartbeat. I trusted him with my life. And while I hope never, ever to speak to him about my personal finances again, if I were nearby, I would not hesitate to ask him for dinner. You simply cannot ask for a better person or attorney for legal representation of any kind, no less taxes or fraud.

Ellen assisted my mother and I with estate planning, probate and 2 real estate deals. She helped clean up what another attorney left hanging so to speak, with a probate issue that involved a property and was able to handle everything as well as advise us on best practices given our situation, she was "down to earth" and easy to talk to. I was impressed with her service and responsiveness so we chose to use her services for 3 real estate transactions for us. She is attentive to detail and has in all cases protected us as her clients down to the smallest detail. I was recommended to her and would recommend her for estate planning, real estate or probate as these are the services I've personally have had with her services.

A few years back Len Sperber handled a lawsuit against our company for a liability claim. The company that handled our insurance found a loophole in our policy and denied insurance for that claim. End result several months later, what could have been a financial disaster ended in a sigh of relief. It was settled for $1000. Need I say more

Tried to make arrangements with Patricia Powis concerning LTC. Spoke to her initially with a response we will contact you. Did she contact you?
I got only one email stating that she was busy. Tried calling many times after that and still no response or follow up.
If she can't even do this then what kind of service would I expect? I don't recommend this lawyer.
There are plenty of good ones out there and she obliviously does not make a good impression.
Maybe she was good a few years back since her reviews are 3 years ago, but not now.

Michael A. DeVito is not only an amazing and well respected lawyer, he is an honorable and trustworthy man. As many of you may know, the process after an accident/injury can be tough mentally and physically, and the last thing you need is billing/medical/insurance to be a burden as well. I tried getting in touch with my attorney multiple times, they never call back. I've been switched between 4 lawyers in 7 months and when something important happens they need to learn my case. I called to speak to a manager and she was REALLY rude, acting like I should thank her for getting me information I should have had a month ago, as stated in a letter that she kept denying to be true. Otherwise I'm putting in a formal complaint in a 2 page letter I recieved from the complaint department. I'll give it til friday before I fill it out. I hope someone finally does the right thing and can acknowledge that I shouldn't have been called 20 minutes before my case to be introduced to the lawyer who would be representing me that I never spoke to before. Nothing has been smooth, ESPECIALLY getting a call back in the same week, none the less, it usually takes 2 weeks to get in contact and it's because I called back. I either want a solid lawyer from your firm that I speak to and they represent me, or i want you removed without pay. I'm hoping it's a specific lawyer who will be in touch, and if so, I'll remove this review. If not, on Friday I'm filing the formal complaint against the office.

If I call because I have a question, and 9/10 times I dont even get a cal back, then you're just flat out disrespectful and ok with it? because I have called and get no response. Ive had 4 different paralegals saying they were the new paralegal, and on my november hearing, i got a call 20 minutes from the hearing by the lawyer representing me, was not who i was told was supposed to represent me, and asked me for a run down on thr case 20 minutes before we were on call with the judge. Really unprofesssional, and your response, talking about my case and specific things, will be added to the call from the bar association.

I found Ms. Richards to be highly unprofessional, highly unethical and highly prejudicial in the execution of my parent's estate.
In my opinion, resorting to threats and bullying in an attempt to intimidate a particular beneficiary is beneath the conduct you would otherwise expect from a member of the Bar Association.
To be clear, I was not "unhappy with my parent's estate", I was shocked by Ms. Richard's behavior.
Her handling of the estate relative to administration and advice given was deplorable, and in no way represented what my parents would have wanted. If you're in the market for an estate attorney that you can trust to do the right thing upon your passing, I recommend that you look elsewhere.
I would not have even given Ms. Richards a "1 star" review, but Google doesn't accept anything less.
