I have had the pleasure of knowing Scott for quite a while. I met him through my mother a long time ago and have used Scott for 2 different cases I had. One of the cases he was able to dismiss of a City suit against me in NY and did not have to pay anything. The City was suing me for over 225,000. This saved my life. I appreciate him so much. The other case he helped was a mediation and we came out with a great outcome on that one as well. When ever i have any sort of legal questions he is there to answer them for me. I was told several months ago that it would take three months for the pay out it has now been way over that time and I still have not received anything every call I make to my attorney he never wants to answer and when he does he says he's still waiting for a response from certain appointments which is not true because they all responded already , interesting that attorneys can take a bigger percentage out of the settlement the longer they have it in their hands do not come to mvp accident attorneys!!

Jerry literally helped us when we felt we had nowhere or no one to go to. My husband and I purchased a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer so I can drive around with our 5 boys. We only had about 1k miles and the car caught fire! I was 4 months pregnant at the time and scared to death. We attempted to go through Ford in hopes that we could get some resolution…all they did was pressure wash the engine and change the alternator. I was so afraid of driving my explorer that it just sat in the driveway catching dust. Jerry not only got Ford to pay off our vehicle and take it back, but we received compensation to purchase a new vehicle that we can drive around safely in with our 6 boys. There is no question how difficult and heavily emotional the divorce already is for the person. Would not recommend Gilbert Bradshaw at all. We had hired Bradshaw with the idea it could be a win win... but it ended up being a lose lose. First, the attorney is a deal breaker. He thinks one thing then places this as " what will occur" when it doesn't . The matter extends itself beyond what it should , drags out longer than it must and its endless. We would recommend to pay for A BETTER attorney than a Cheap one. The fees are reasonable but the price you pay in the end is not worth it. Do not recommend.

Fraud! Was awarded a 22K settlement and received fraudulent paperwork claiming Epstein credits of 21K to my ex. The law firm stole 21K. For this you will be disbarred and indicted.
