Mr. Oconner helped me obtain a civil judgement against a store that fraudulently got me to purchase their product that I would not have purchased if I would have known all the ingredients of the product. During the whole time while he was doing all the legal work to obtain this judgment he was very helpful to me by always explaining everything that was happening. He would always answer any and all of my questions either by phone or email right away. Often times doing so after business hours as my job had me working until after 5:00 pm. Mike has done legal work for me both personally and for each of my past three businesses over the last 15 years. In late 2014 I decided, along with two partners, to start a small business developing smartphone applications for Android and Apple devices. My partners and I decided to move from brainstorm to business after we realized we could be making money on our fun side coding projects. We quickly found out that having an idea for a business is much different than actually forming a business.
We approached Mike with questions on what it takes to form an LLC in Wisconsin. Mike was generous with his time, knowledge and advice. We found out we needed much more than the simple LLC documents. Over the course of a number of meetings, Mike and his knowledgeable and qualified attorneys walked us through all of the legal considerations involved in starting a business with partners.
Mike’s firm drafted our Operating Agreement, LLC paperwork and anything else that was involved with making our business official. Mike was available to answer any questions we had during the process and continues to be there for counsel during our opening months.
In our first year of business, we have found ourselves coming back to Mike again and again for advice on matters we would have never thought we would’ve needed an attorney for. I had the chance to work with Eric for an accident that happened on my motorcycle. I ended up with a broken pelvis which landed me in the hospital for a week and three months bed rest.
I contacted Eric to have him handle everything. He did exactly that. I didn't have to worry about Insurance Companies bothering me with forms to fill out or forms and paperwork with the doctors and hospitals. He also got all of the detailed information from the accident and the police. There were even some confusion between the insurance companies and the hospital offices which he took care of immediately.
Eric had me in a place for me to not worry about anything and I could put 100 percent focus on recovery. It was a great feeling!

I hired Mr. Kenyon in both a civil and criminal defense case regarding Marijuana and DUI. I've found that Charles did not keep proper notes regarding my case, as I've had to constantly remind him of what took place on the day of my arrest. During a suppression hearing regarding evidence, he admitted evidence we were trying to suppress. He was regularly late for court, and was not at his office at times we scheduled meetings. In the end, I had to fire Mr. Kenyon and appoint a public defender. Definitely not worth the $6k flat fee retainer.

I was arrested at 5 a.m on a Saturday morning and I asked a family member to find an attorney for me. She contacted Mr. Kenyon. He was extremely responsive and met with me over the weekend to set my expectations, gather facts, and begin formulating a strategy.
He met with me again early Monday morning, briefed me on the steps he had taken, and once again did a fine job of ensuring I knew what would be happening over the next few days.
As it turns out, my charges were dropped a few hours later, but it was clear that Mr. Kenyon was an excellent choice and had a firm grasp of dealing with the legal process, and developing a strategy for my defense. I would highly recommend him.

In my opinion, Attorney David S. DeHorse, is a real piece of work. If you hear any of these phrases, run. This is a slam dunk case, I’ll get you fees and double damages, I thought I sent that, I have very little time in this, or any other statement that leads you on, run. Actually, my Wife won our case and not Attorney David S. DeHorse. He did do the paperwork, but when it came to nut-cutting time, we did the heavy lifting. My Wife found a voice mail on our phone from the Defendant that blew this case wide open. In addition, I gave written instructions on the number to settle on. Well, after the final billing we’re $842.61 dollars short. I wonder where the money went?
