If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation in which you need to use the long term disability benefits that you have then please take your time and consider using Mr. Hill’s law practice. The policies that the LTD providers have can be challenging, confusing and quite bigoted. The team here however will go above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken into consideration, will explain everything in a full and clear manner and that all further communications with the LTD provider will take place through their practice. Furthermore, all the conferences that took place never felt rushed and left me more informed and educated by the time they were over. Patricia, Michael and Dernica in which I worked with always resulted in positive interactions and got back to me in a timely manner. Mr. Hill has the experience, took his time to understand the situation fully and was able to get my denied benefits restored. If I could go back in time I would have done one thing different though, I would have hired this practice from the onset of my LTD benefits instead of waiting until something went astray. As I have a feeling that with them involved from the start that the denial the LTD provider tried to get away with would have never been attempted.

Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years for different needs, and for consumer collection and litigation he is the best I've hired, can't recommend enough.

Lauren Bobek was recommended to us my an inmate. After speaking to her on the phone she sounded credible and knowledgeable. We hired her. In the case, she was highly involved, researched all the details, was respectful to the client, made sure he understood the process and worked out a great outcome for his case. I was charged with 2nd degree murder w/firearm 1st degree premeditated attempted murder w/firearm and shooting into a occupied vehicle. Ms Bobek and Suzanne Malove did a extraordinary job with my case . They not only got a Acquittal. Ms Malove won a judgement of acquittal prior to the jury acquitting me. Recently, I called Patricia Carbone, Esq. to request an appointment hoping to discuss my IRS dilemma. To my surprise, I was able to speak to Attorney Carbone directly at that moment and we immediately entered into an initial question and answer dialogue. After a 30 minute conversation, Attorney Carbone explained to me, with great clarity, my position and the options that were available to me in order to resolve my case with the IRS. She explained how she could help me through the collection process including but not limited to the review and filing of documentation with the IRS, application preparation and submission, communications, and negotiations. She further described the efforts and action she would take on my behalf to minimize and where possible, limit my financial exposure to them. After about 30 minutes on the phone call, we ended the conversation and I hung feeling I had found just the right professional to represent and protect my financial and legal interests. To make a long story short, my IRS problem has been resolved.

My husband was in an automobile accident that left him with a severely fractured arm. The fracture required surgery which caused hospitalization, and because of the severity he was left unable to work for an extended period of time. Adding to my devastation, I had a three week old newborn.
My husband was in the hospital recovering from his first surgery when he decided to contact the office that Tiffany and her husband Eric own and practice law. The day he contacted them, they came to my husbands hospital room to talk to him about what they may be able to do for us.
We had a new baby and absolutely no income coming in, plus my husband was staying in the hospital due to complications from the surgery to fix the fractures in his arm. I was extremely fragile and scared. Tiffany called me to assure me that she was doing everything in her power to make sure we would start getting my husbands lost wages. She was very knowledgable, confident, compassionate, and thorough. Also, from that point on she made sure to keep me updated along with my husband every time she had any news concerning our case. Tiffany made every effort to fight for what was rightfully ours, she was honest, forthcoming, and diligent. She made every effort to make this process was as easy and as quick as humanly possible for our family. In addition, there were times when we did not understand things that were happening, and Eric, Tiffany's husband and partner would call my husband to make sure we understood the jargon. After months of trying to negotiate with my creditor- who refused to budge on their demands-they had added on $2,700 to the original debt for late fees. I could not pay what they were asking- if I could, I would have paid it to begin with. They finally filed to take me to court. I tried to mediate, but they refused and said they would seek judgement. I was in tears. I had just so happened to receive a letter from Bryan the day before offering his service. Something told me to contact Bryan. I am so thankful I did. Brian and his Mom were so helpful in explaining everything and listening to my problem. For a VERY reasonable fee Bryan got the collector to completely dismiss the debt. I owed nothing! And they agreed to remove it from my credit report too! God was watching out for me when he sent me to Bryan. Such a nice, honest man willing to listen and help. I would not recommend any other lawyer.

Attorney Dangler exceeded my expectations. After both consulting with another firm and failing to take care of my debt lawsuit on my own, Mr. Dangler was able to have the case dismissed and I didn't have to pay anything to the debt collector.
Attorney Dangler maintained constant contact with me during the duration of my case, even going so far as to give me a congratulatory phone call when my son was accepted into college. He was very knowledge, blunt in in terms of which solutions were realistic, and guided me through the steps he took during the case in an effort to further educate me on the issues.
Should I need any help or advice when it comes to anything relating to debt, whether or not I absolutely need an attorney, I will be sure to contact Mr. Dangler to at least gain his insight into my options.

Alex was one of the attorney’s that replied back to me on a lawyer referral site. I was in an auto accident where a driver ran a red light. I could not avoid hitting her.
This accident aggravated a previous injury and instantly life changed. The at-fault driver was driving her mother’s car. The Mother’s policy limits were mediocre, which just seemed so unfair after everything.
After doing some research, it was discovered that the at-fault driver also had a separate auto policy. However they we’re not very cooperative in the beginning. Thanks to Alex’s tenacity, both insurance companies tendered me their limits.
Everyone in the Ed Norman office has been great to deal with. I loved the personal attention that went into my case. They were always very responsive and helpful!
I referred my brother to them and they are doing the same great work on his case! I would definitely trust them to protect my best interests in the future!

My husband and I had a terrible experience with the first lawyer we hired to handle a Family Law dispute with my husband's ex-wife; he actually put us in a worse position than where we started. Mr. Couch was referred to me by some close friends and he was more than happy to help. The difference between Mr. Couch and many other attorneys you will come to encounter is that he actually cares about his clients. I have never met someone so caring and devoted- he was honest and upfront with us the entire time and he still fought hard for us. I actually get choked up thinking about how wonderful Mr. Couch was and how effective and helpful he was to our cause- we were in a really tough place and he has actually made our life and our situation better! Investing in real estate is vastly more complicated than buying a home. We have had Laura Hope Richards close or do a courtesy review on 9 closings. We will not buy any property without her. I have contacted this firm 3 times in the last 3 weeks trying to find a new attorney to handle both estate planning and new business formation/ structure advice. I have no idea if he is a good attorney or not because NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!! I would have to be a fool to keep calling and begging them to get back to me. They must have enough business- likely more than they can handle if they can’t even return my call. If this is any indication of how they treat their clients, I wouldn’t want them to represent me anyway!
