I have used the Law Firm of Ian Leavengood and Associates in the past for business and personal matters years ago with great success. Ian delivered everything that was agreed upon. Just recently I had a business customer that I had dealings with that would not pay me for the work that I had done for them that was not of the ordinary realm of business. My atty that handles my daily business dealings could not get this customer to pay me for what was agreed upon. After 2 months of frustrations with my corporate atty. I decided to call Ian and discuss my dilemma. He was straight forward with me about what the cost would be by settling or going to trail. I left it in his hands and low and behold my customer paid me. Great work Ian and your associates for going above and beyond the call of duty!!

Attorney Leavengood and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. From the moment I came in for the consultation, I knew I was in good hands. During my consultation, Attorney Leavengood sat down with me and personally discussed my situation, expectations and goals. I never had an opportunity to show my gratitute and appreciation here in this website. Mr. Bolliger took my case in 2017 against BMW not wanting to honor the warranty and finding every little excuse to avoid having to replace my engine. They were asking me to pay over $30,000 to replace the engine. We contacted Mr. Bolliger and WOW!! the experience from start to finish was amazing!!! To make a long story short a family member was in an accident opposite attorneys did everything to throw us under the bus. S Ballinger did what he does best law. I have never in my life of dealing with attorneys and Co Council attorneys. Mr. Bullinger always made my family feel like a part of his, And yes he Won the case. I do not live in the Tampa Bay area, I live in Fort Myers and could not find a Lemon Law lawyer locally. I'm glad I searched outward to a larger city and found Bolliger Law Group. This is their forte. The reviews on AVVO.com were what sold me on using them, they more than met my expectations.
I didn't have to drive to Tampa, all communication was handled promptly via email and phone.
My claim was simple and straight forward, transmission issues with my 2016 Jeep Charokee under 2 years old. I had all the initial documentation to them by late June, we had a little bit of a negotiation battle with the manufacturer and received an acceptable settlement offer by late August, I expect a check in September.
Very informative, they follow up, they get things done.
They tell you upfront what the process will most likely be like.
They tell you the potential timelines for each action that may be taken.
They tell you what is expected of you.
They give you a list of documentation that you need and how to obtain any missing pieces.
They give you your options, and you decide how you want to proceed.
A side note:
Documentation is absolutely key, make sure everything is noted on the service tickets, and don't hold off on going to the dealership and get your continued issues documented, read the notes on the service tickets that day, take photos of error codes on the dash, take video of your issues if possible, take a screenshot of mileage when you drop the vehicle off for service and when you pick it up to verify how many miles they test drove it.
Keep your expectations reasonable, while this is personal to you and emotional at the end of the day this is business for everyone else. While we all feel like we should not only get a full replacement vehicle with all the bells and whistles for our frustration; that is not going to happen. Know what you feel comfortable with settling for and let them know, and at the end of the day remember this process is to help you MOVE ON from your current situation.

Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.
Rohom is a treasure - and for that I would be judicious in my recommendations as he deserves to work with mature, fair, and reasonable clients.

I am so grateful to Deeb Elder Law. My mother had always been a very independent (read stubborn) lady until COVID 19. She was so ill and was hospitalized several times, but amazingly recovered. Still it took so much away from her mental and physical capacity. It also required her to move to a long-term care facility.

Usually with lawyers it’s you get what you pay for. Mr. Bannon was veryyyyy different! The price was good and the service even better. He explained everything to me, answered all mine and my Husband’s questions and never got frustrated if I didn’t understand or had to repeat himself. I contacted Mr. Coburn for some simple legal advise regarding real estate. I had at least 3 issues where I may need to hire an attorney. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained what he could help me with and what he couldn't help me with. He gave me some great advise, and was extremely patient, courteous, kind, honest and a great help to me. He let me know, I don't need to hire him just yet, but advised me on if a certain something didn't happen in a timely manner, that I could hire him with an easy open and shut case - pretty much based on what the law and statute requires. He took his time with me. Did not rush me at all - and I had a lot of questions! He was great! and I assure you, if my situation doesn't pan out like it should and I need to hire an attorney, I will be calling him immediately. I loved his honesty and him being real with me. Some lawyers just want your money and would gladly take you for a ride just to get it. He clearly let me know, what was worth chasing after with a lawsuit and what wasn't. I really appreciate his time and the knowledge he shared with me. I will hire him if needed, and I highly recommend to anyone who needs an attorney with his expertise to hire him.

Jason helped my husband and I through the process of a deed in lieu negotiation on a rental property we had. I needed a special attorney to handle a complex case involving probate, guardianship, sale of realestate, income tax and asset management. I literally searched google, asked family and friends for an attorney that could take care of all these matters for me and all roads led to lee. It took 2 years to resolve each and every issue but at the end of it all ... I prayed and thanked God I found him. He will always be strait with you, work hard to resolve an issue. He is very reasonably priced which surprised me because I had dealt with attorneys half his ability and paid much more. I hired Gregory to reopen a 16 year old probate case, as an error needed to be corrected through the court and the attorney who originally handled the probate is deceased. I was under an extremely tight deadline and was very stressed about the situation. Gregory quickly met with me, calmed me down, and assured me he could have the error resolved by month end. I was fortunate to have read a review of a similar situation I was going through in which I was sued by a company out of Florida for a water softener that was purchased back in 2005. To make a long story short I lost the house and everything in it, but the company (ISPC) felt it was right to garnish all my wages, my hard working pay in 2018.
