I am so happy to share that after 6 years of putting off a divorce, it is finally over with. Uncontested made the entire thing easier than doing your taxes. A few questions you have to fill out and then they take over. As with everything else that is sold online as a service, I originally thought this was fake, a gimmick or just a scam. We'll it definitely isn't. I paid for the premium service (documents, filing, final hearing and court fees), filled out all the documents and I was basically done. I did have a couple questions at start, they contacted me within 48 hours of me requesting help and took care of the worries I had. We did the notary portion within a couple days and we're done. They contacted me and let me know that the process was in the 60 day waiting period before it goes before a judge on June 26th, 2024. The human mind always wanders and I had worries and doubts. August 27th, 2024, I received an email congratulating me that the 60 days were over, no changes were made, and that it was time to put it through to a judge. I was picking up food today, September 4th, 2024, and while I was just browsing youtube, I got a notification of a VIP email. The divorce decree was completed and signed by the judge. I can honestly say that after 4 days shy of a 15 year marriage (the last 6 we've been separated, the last 4 we've lived 3700 miles away from each other), I am happier now than at any point of the marriage. Where do i start? Amazing Law Firm and let me just say how professional Robert Swensen was with me, told me everything that was going to happened and how it was going to happened. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. I was referred by a friend to contact Ted Santos regarding a Deceptive Trade Practices Act case with a local car dealership. Ted returned my call quickly and outlined the process in terms I could easily understand. He explained both the upside and downside of filing this claim and process/costs of moving forward.
What impressed me most was his honesty in letting me know that a case like this might be settled quickly or, if the dealership decided that they believed they had done nothing wrong and fought back, the time and costs could spiral quickly upward. Based on this sound advice, I went back to the dealership and negotiated a settlement on my own.
If Ted had not taken the time to explain all my options, I would have not pursued a more reasonable settlement with the dealership. The next time I need good legal advice, I will call Ted.

Mr. Dahl has been helping me with an employee benefit matter, specifically a disability insurance claim. I was diagnosed with a severe illness and was receiving long-term disability benefits. I knew Scott from his work at his former firm. When I was looking for a new attorney in South Texas I found he had left and started a new firm with his wife. Compassion, what does that mean these days? It's defined as a sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others. I disagree. I, personally, what describe it has caring for another human being relating to or understanding one situation. My case started when I was blindfoldedly hit with a custody modification ask me back then and I would not have a clue as to where to start telling you what this meant. However, what I did know was that this was going to be very close to my heart, in fact, better said this is my whole world that they were putting on the stand. First court date had a little hiccup and I was a tad bit concerned; I mean after all this is my whole world. The trial.... Mr. Inserni was fantastic. He was absolutely fantastic every angle he killed it, every witness he tore apart,and the one thing I will never forget is what he told me from the beginning...
