I live in Ohio and was referred to Gary Nitzkin by Joe Frey at Credit Smart Solutions. I am more than pleased with the way my cases has been handled. Mr. Nitzkin and his staff helped me with a credit report issue I was having. My inquiries to the reporting agency were met with either stoney silence or cursory replies that did not address the issue I was having. After Mr. Nitzkin took the case, the reporting agency agreed to fix my credit report to make it accurate, paid Mr. Nitzkin's fees, and paid statutory damages to me. My sole goal going into the case was to have my credit report accurately reflect my history so the money damages obtained were a bonus in my mind. I would highly recommend the firm for representation in credit reporting cases. They were responsive and thorough.

I intend to propose to my long-time girlfriend later this summer, so that we can move to Las Vegas together by the end of December. After that, we needed urgent help fixing our credit. We had a very scary situation with our land contract home where we lived happily for almost 10 years. Then we had our happiness turned upside down. We felt threatened, worried and felt our home was going to be taken away from us without any explanation that made logical sense. We immediately started looking for a lawyer to represent us. I spent several hours making calls. I called Metro Detroit Bankruptcy Law Group and got in touch with Mr Sandweiss. He told me that he was going to be in the Westland area that afternoon and we could meet. Our home is in Garden City. That afternoon Mr Sandweiss & I met and he took the time to look over all the documents I had at that time and explain them to me so i could understand what was happening and what rights we had. He was extremely kind and understanding and truly understood how terrified I was. After our meeting he gave me advice on what to do and to give him a call if we needed him. We needed him. Hired Mr. Taub after being threatened by medical collection agency, as well as a underhanded attorney who threatened me with a lawsuit that he never filed. Mr. Taub was professional, reassuring, and told me the truth. He made me feel very taken care of in a situation that was frightening and made me feel powerless. He explained to me exactly what was going on, and kept me informed every step of the way. I felt like I could contact him and reach him whenever I needed him. He got justice for me...and probably for others who have been mistreated by this attorney and collection agency. I would trust Mr. Taub with any of my affairs; and even with the affairs of family or a close friend. He is completely credible, and clearly very, very good at his job. After speaking with about 25 different attorneys receptionist, Patrick and Associates is by far the best company I have spoken to in the last two weeks. After so many phone calls repeating my story became very tiring and it almost made me want to give up. Speaking with Micheal changed that experience for me. Micheal was such a blessing to speak with because of how honest, direct and knowledgeable he is. Honesty is the best policy and Micheal was very honest about my entire situation and did not just tell me what I wanted to hear. As far as talking to their staff was also a great experience too. I found them to be comforting because you could hear the concern in their voices when I explained my unique situation. We reached out to Patrick & Associates after a bit of a probate mess after the sudden loss of a family member. My mother had called in originally and spoken to Jason Dandy who spent well over an hour over the phone with her. Aspects of the case had changed and I ended up reaching out to Jason again and speaking to him myself for about another hour. At some point I even spoke with Dean for about a half-hour.
In all of the above cases, they were extremely thorough in giving us advice, explaining things in a way that makes sense to someone who isn't a legal professional, etc.
Due to where how our probate case had fallen, we felt it ultimately didn't make sense to retain any lawyer, but for Jason and Dean to have given us a combined ~3 hours of their time up front without charging us, that stands out in my book.
I want to underscore that even had I been charged, I would still be writing this review because this was the best experience I've ever had even talking to legal professionals. I promise this is not an exaggeration.
If I ever find myself needing any sort of probate or estate representation in the future I'm going straight to Patrick & Associates. 100% recommend!

Awful experience,the attorney did not even prepare for the case at all. Do not recommend this office,neither Amber Lee , nor Elimitix office in general, especially for any CDL or driving tickets. Unprofessional, unprepared and non answering when they realized it was their fault for going unprepared to the court. And not talking about some heavy and sofisticated preparation, they went to court fight a CDL ticket without knowing it was a CDL driver. You are better off finding other lawyers in the area, we found some professional ones, but too late after this lawyers’ office fault and non-action.

Ezra Goldman gave me my life back. His knowledge of the intricacies of the law is almost like a sixth sense. He could see things that I would never ever notice or consider in a lifetime of reflection. I have a tendency to be a walking(sometimes rolling)ball of stress and anxiety. He handled me well.
I am ignorant of a lot of things, but Mr. Goldman was able to help me make sense of of it all, guide me in the right direction with patience and care with aplomb. He put me at ease as much as humanly possible as legal counsel can be whilst surely being prohibited from making promises. His confidence gave me confidence.

I am a successful business man with many attorney's, if I have a patent to be filed I see my patent attorney that Bernard referred me as well as my probate attorney.
In life we get sick and need a doctor. In life we have problems and need an attorney. You can count on Bernard to be there for you and not only take your call - take charge. Do not wait until the last minute to find an attorney, then it may be too late!
I have called Bernard countless times over the years and he not only takes my calls, reviews my e mails, he is has never hurt me financially with excessive bills. He is here to help you not hurt you financially.
Many attorneys charge $300+ an hour and bill by the quarter hour, a five minute phone call can cost you $75.00. NOT BERNARD.

I first came to Rebekah with a problem I had with a tax debt from the IRS in 2012. I had a debt that numbered in the thousands of dollars that I could not afford to repay. Initially, my expectations were low, I didn't think there would be much flexibility with the IRS in this situation. I was pleasantly surprised when Rebekah reviewed my 2011 tax return and discovered that the IRS had made an error and that there was actually a tax credit I was eligible for and could be applied in my specific situation. What initially was a bill for several thousands was reduced to less than 200 dollars. Rebekah even went through the trouble of having the IRS agree to take the debt out of my following year's tax return, which meant I didn't have to pay anything out-of-pocket immediately. Each subsequent year Rebekah has reviewed and submitted my tax returns and has always been friendly, customer-centric, and prompt. Her expertise and trustworthiness is without reproach.

Literally paperwork with proof of money laundering & her own words. She has sexual relationships with clients & employees. She has not earned any degree. She has slept her way to the top. Google her and you will find a judgment where she is found incompetent and unreliable! She has also sexually assaulted multiple employees. She is an alcoholic. She will take your money and run. She has tried to get well known attorneys to “invest”. The smart ones saw through her lies and run away. The other ones who play the game are dirty attorneys who just want easy money too.

I say that because in the beginning she did have fire… somewhere in the middle to the end she had no interest and we lost. Please do your research before hiring an immigration lawyer! We decided to reach out to Taft Law regarding an E2 business visa. We were told during our consultation that it would be around $6-8000. We talked it over and decided to go with them. We had a few more questions about the process in the next following days and we had told them we were going to go through with it and pay a retainer. After the first initial email we got from them me and my wife decided that we were no longer interested in pursuing that visa. Not because of the law firm but we decided that it was too risky of business for us and decided not to proceed. I sent them an email saying I was sorry and no longer wanted to proceed and apologized for wasting there time and that I was going to pay them for there time they had spent on our file.
We had a 45 min consultation, a 15 min phone call followed by a 20 minute phone call. We had no idea that every second of each phone call was being billed out at $480/hour. Long story short they charged us $1740 for a Zoom Consultation, 2 phone calls and an email. And they said that price included things that they didn’t charge for as well, as if they were giving us a break at that price. I feel like they threw the charges at us only because we were no longer working with them. They quoted us 6-8k for the visa and they did about 5% of the work and billed us $1740?
