Greg Sheena is a godsend!! Mr. Sheena took care of a ticket that I received for a horrific accident which I did not cause. I had something pop up out of the blue, where my wages and/or income tax refund was about to be garnished. I called him up because of his other reviews on here, and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Without any questions or sales pitch, he got straight to the point and gave me advice on the matter while also pointing out other avenues I could explore (potentially saving me hundreds of dollars).

The paralegals are very professional and my cases were handled with the utmost care. Mr. Nitzkin and his staff helped me with a credit report issue I was having. My inquiries to the reporting agency were met with either stoney silence or cursory replies that did not address the issue I was having. After Mr. Nitzkin took the case, the reporting agency agreed to fix my credit report to make it accurate, paid Mr. Nitzkin's fees, and paid statutory damages to me. My sole goal going into the case was to have my credit report accurately reflect my history so the money damages obtained were a bonus in my mind. I would highly recommend the firm for representation in credit reporting cases. They were responsive and thorough.

Outstanding Service with an Excellent Outcome. If you need an Attorney – Adam is your guy. I had an issue with my new vehicle. The OEM was absolutely no help. Even though they have the following statement on their website. “Make XX your first choice when you need help with your XX vehicle - give us the opportunity to earn your trust and maintain your confidence”.. That’s a lie. They gave me every excuse to delay, mislead, told me they would help – That went on for 6 months. It’s all a lie. I was trying to be a nice guy and give them a chance. Don’t waste your time. Get Adam involved, after I got Adam involved things started to move along – It will take time – But the results will be outstanding. I intend to propose to my long-time girlfriend later this summer, so that we can move to Las Vegas together by the end of December. After that, we needed urgent help fixing our credit. We had a very scary situation with our land contract home where we lived happily for almost 10 years. Then we had our happiness turned upside down. I first came to Rebekah with a problem I had with a tax debt from the IRS in 2012. I had a debt that numbered in the thousands of dollars that I could not afford to repay. Initially, my expectations were low, I didn't think there would be much flexibility with the IRS in this situation. I was pleasantly surprised when Rebekah reviewed my 2011 tax return and discovered that the IRS had made an error and that there was actually a tax credit I was eligible for and could be applied in my specific situation. What initially was a bill for several thousands was reduced to less than 200 dollars. Rebekah even went through the trouble of having the IRS agree to take the debt out of my following year's tax return, which meant I didn't have to pay anything out-of-pocket immediately. Each subsequent year Rebekah has reviewed and submitted my tax returns and has always been friendly, customer-centric, and prompt. Her expertise and trustworthiness is without reproach.

Hired Mr. Taub after being threatened by medical collection agency, as well as a underhanded attorney who threatened me with a lawsuit that he never filed. Mr. Taub was professional, reassuring, and told me the truth. He made me feel very taken care of in a situation that was frightening and made me feel powerless. He explained to me exactly what was going on, and kept me informed every step of the way. I felt like I could contact him and reach him whenever I needed him. He got justice for me...and probably for others who have been mistreated by this attorney and collection agency. I would trust Mr. Taub with any of my affairs; and even with the affairs of family or a close friend. He is completely credible, and clearly very, very good at his job. Was expecting a big turnout due to my accident but unfortunately the person that hit me back on 10-10 2021. She had no insurance, no license. I thought Mike Morris was a good law firm to get me the most but instead we had to sue my insurance. I was off work for almost a year due to lower back shoulder and neck. Since I opt out of a medical coverage on my insurance, they only seeked out $100,000. Of course they took. They cut left me with almost about $10,000 the day of my hearing. My attorney Mr. Wheatley was on vacation so to me it felt like I got the low in because now I still have $20,000 worth of medical bills and I felt like they could have did more in my eyes. I look at it as my case was pennies to them so I'm just not satisfied with the outcome and the main thing was I wish I didn't get stuck with a medical bill because I did nothing wrong and I wish I never would have got in an accident or had to go through any of this to being debt and to still have somewhat of an injury. So if it's not a big high profile case, I wouldn't recommend using them!! And if they so much care, they took almost 34,000 my insurance through my job received $50,000 And other fees. So I pretty much was left with nothing and a bill and after the case was closed when I called to speak to Mr. Wheatley the only thing he can tell me is to get on a payment arrangement for almost $20,000 worth of medical bills. So if anything you could have fought a little harder to make sure I didn't have no medical bills and I wouldn't feel the way I feel now

In life we get sick and need a doctor. In life we have problems and need an attorney. You can count on Bernard to be there for you and not only take your call - take charge. Do not wait until the last minute to find an attorney, then it may be too late!
I have called Bernard countless times over the years and he not only takes my calls, reviews my e mails, he is has never hurt me financially with excessive bills. He is here to help you not hurt you financially.
Many attorneys charge $300+ an hour and bill by the quarter hour, a five minute phone call can cost you $75.00. NOT BERNARD.

Literally paperwork with proof of money laundering & her own words. She has sexual relationships with clients & employees. She has not earned any degree. She has slept her way to the top. Google her and you will find a judgment where she is found incompetent and unreliable! She has also sexually assaulted multiple employees. She is an alcoholic. She will take your money and run. I have a Traumatic brain injury, so I truly hope that I am reviewing Mark on the under the correct attorney. I hired Mark Sisson because I was a broken, well educated, established woman that found herself in a position of being completely alone in this world after a horrible accident. Worse yet, the accident was my fault and I was the only car involved (Thank God I didn't hurt anyone else). I called the 1800 call sam phone number when I was lost, in the middle of the night- one of seemingly endless that sleep was out of the question.
What I learned:
1. To trust him. When he said he had my best interests at heart, he meant it.
2. I was able/am able to back off and allow him to do his job- and that is scary when we don't know if our attorney's are doing the right thing or if they care. Mark does. He has a heart. He is kind and he WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN.
3. I did not know this man prior to hiring him to representing me. Now, did "I get a ton of cash?" No. But it was FAIR. And most importantly, my car insurance has to pay for expenses caused by the accident FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. I did not understand the value of this until I really broke down and looked at the numbers.
If you have been hurt, I could not think of a better attorney to represent and fight HARD for your best interests.

Please do your research before hiring an immigration lawyer! We decided to reach out to Taft Law regarding an E2 business visa. We were told during our consultation that it would be around $6-8000. We talked it over and decided to go with them. We had a few more questions about the process in the next following days and we had told them we were going to go through with it and pay a retainer. After the first initial email we got from them me and my wife decided that we were no longer interested in pursuing that visa. Not because of the law firm but we decided that it was too risky of business for us and decided not to proceed. I sent them an email saying I was sorry and no longer wanted to proceed and apologized for wasting there time and that I was going to pay them for there time they had spent on our file.
We had a 45 min consultation, a 15 min phone call followed by a 20 minute phone call. We had no idea that every second of each phone call was being billed out at $480/hour. Long story short they charged us $1740 for a Zoom Consultation, 2 phone calls and an email. And they said that price included things that they didn’t charge for as well, as if they were giving us a break at that price. I feel like they threw the charges at us only because we were no longer working with them. They quoted us 6-8k for the visa and they did about 5% of the work and billed us $1740? Something doesn’t add up. Unfair billing practices!
I don’t expect them to work for FREE but $1740 for an email, 2 phone calls and a consultation is ridiculous.
I would highly suggest you go elsewhere where they are more transparent with their prices.
We are out the $1740 but it’s probably best as there quote of 6-8k would probably end up being 10-14k.

Awful Attorney. Takes you money and bills for legal items not performed and is hours late for meetings and then tells you he hasd another meeting and only gives you 15 minutes but bills for hours. Very rude. Bills routinely contain many billing items that never happened such as meetings, filings, phone calls etc. He is not a nice man at all. Does not care about you. If you questions him, he will treat you very badly. Does not care about your case, only cares about being a money mill.

A bankruptcy ruling was made with out my notification. The property was turned over to a legal firm trying to get money from me that wasnt my bankruptcy dept. Attorney Bigelman not only saved my home from illegal posession and sale but got the dept dismissed very quickly.
5 other attorneys declined to take on this case but Attorney Bigelman got the job done unbeliveabley fast! He is a fantastic and personable Attorney!!
