I rarely provide excellent reviews for anyone because it means I have to put my signature behind that person and be able to stand firm on my position regarding them: that's hard to do with most people in today's society.
However, I immediately stood firm on my support regarding Mr. Willhelm because I have known him for almost five years now, and I have seen his professionalism, excellent and very caring representation of his clients, his stature as a Christ-centered man who cares deeply for "family", and he surrounds himself as well, with fellow professionals who display the same sense of honor, justice, and integrity. One simply has to take all of these attributes, observe his actions both in and out of the courtroom, and it is very clear that the Court NEEDS a Judge of his caliber.
Legal decisions will always have an impact on others throughout this community, because all rulings (whether it be a case you think is meaningless or not) have a role in setting a precedence... ALL rulings... We wouldn't have penal codes had it not been for rulings which began a process to make a difference. We must ensure that those who practice the law understand that they, along with their actions, make a difference... Mr. Willhelm understands this and strives to ensure his practice and his actions, make a JUST difference.
One thing I am confident about saying is this: regardless of the decisions made in what would be "Judge Willhelm's Court", you could at least leave his courtroom knowing that an honest, fair, impartial, experienced, honorable, and JUST person sat on that "bench"... No underhanded envelopes with coin being slid under his door, no "I could care less because it's not MY family suffering"... Because he doesn't operate that way.
Having Mr. Willhelm as an attorney made an extremely difficult crisis for me and my family, bearable... And during the very hard times I have always said to myself what he told me years ago which was, "You WILL get through this"... He cares about his clients, their families, and providing JUSTICE for those who need it... And I will stand behind these words any day!

Joe is an extremely helpful person. He handled a criminal case for me and did an amazing job. I made a mistake and was told by many people that I was screwed. Joe got my case handled for a great price, and he made it to where I only had to do a little probation and then it would be OFF MY RECORD as long as I didn't get in any trouble during my probation time. It's times like these where you should be able to add more than 5 stars. Tami is an amazing lawyer, she has exceptional skills and has a very confident attitude. Her professionalism is outstanding in every way. I had to never wonder if she was working on my case or if there were any updates as she would either text/call, or message through the client portal.
She took my child custody case with no hesitation as she knew I needed my daughter to be away from a bad situation with her mom. Tami advised me on the best possible solutions and went to work. Over a year and a half later, here we are with a HUGE win! I now have my daughter!
Tami always made me feel like she was actually personally invested in my case, and not just going to court and let's see what happens. It always felt like I truly had her on my side and was fighting for what was right. Any new information I had, she gladly took and worked that into our case. I hired Kory as a parole attorney for my ex. He represented my ex at his parole hearing and he help us get him released the first go around. He advised me that that parole board he had was extremely difficult to persuade and that there was a possibility he wouldn't be approved for parole his first go around. But, Kory was able to get everything together that they needed and my ex was approved for parole his first time coming up for parole review. I don't think this would have happened if it wasnt for Kory and as far as I know he's one of the best in our town. I'm very grateful for him and id hire him again in a heartbeat if I needed a criminal attorney.

We are going through a parental termination/step-parent adoption case & when we talked to Cory during the consultation, he seemed like the best choice. I had a lot of anxiety through the termination portion, but he calmed my nerves assuring me we would be fine. He was always honest and upfront with me so I wouldn’t be caught off guard. Make no mistakes on hiring your attorney. Hiring Mr. Jeffrey Propst was the best decision that I made in my sons case. I highly recommend whatever your legal issue may be to hire this attorney. He is professional, kind, Humble, a family man, compassionate and understanding when it comes to your loved one. He prepared well, exceeded with expert witnesses, knowledgable and I know this man even lost sleep with my sons case.. emotionally he prepared me as well and he didnt have to do that. He called me and communication was exceptionally above and beyond. His communication was during working hours, after hours, weekends and nights which proves when he left his office he was still working on my sons case. My son was facing 10-99 in Federal court, with his expertise and compassionate heart, he was able to get that sentence reduced to 5 years/5 years probation. This was unbelievable and with his knowledge/integrity he was able to do this. I witnessed a man with integrity defend my son, this is what it takes to have great results. My son and I will foreever be greatful that we hired Mr. Propst.
One more thing, his staff was on board and on point as well, they were willing to contact him out of the office when I needed him.

I was told not to ask mr Darnell to fight a misdemeanor he was court appointed take my sentence and go. And I didn't ask him and he got my case dismissed didn't even have to talk to the judge. my first attorney didn't show up for court the first time never returned a single call and obviously didn't review my case seeing as how he dropped me the 2nd court date because he represents he other party 🤡 Sam darnell immediately introduced himself to me shook my hand contacted me through his secretary or himself about everything going on up until court and is so funny and kind the secretary very sweet! you can not ask for a better group to represent you! thank you guys!!
