I want to share my experience with Attorney Stacey Rice during the most difficult time in my life.
Stacey and her Team handled my case in the most professional and caring way, she was very attentive and answered my questions promptly.

The state hired her as a panel attorney. No fault of her own, she was assigned my case the night before my trial hearing. While she did not have enough time to review the case thoroughly, she presented my case like she did. She is extremely knowledgeable about the law. She was attentive and really care for her clients and their well-being. She initially asked me what did I want the outcome to be and I told her a dismissal. She consulted with the state and within 5 minutes of entering the court room, she had all my charges dismissed. Before I left the court house, my record was no longer on the state case search. I've never seen anyone work as efficient as Attorney Lindsey. Not only did she get my charges dismissed, but before the day was over she had my expungement paperwork filled out and emailed it to me to sign for convenience. She even went a step further and contacted the state attorney to inform them I was invoking my 5th amendment right, so when I showed up to court the next week the state was already aware of my stance and I did not have to testify in the other case. She was on top of everything. Attorney Lindsey will work to get the best outcome for her clients just as she did me. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a professional and knowledgeable attorney. She has compassion and empathy for her clients,, has humility, and easy to talk with. All in all, she loves what she does and it shows in her work. Being an attorney is more than just a career, it is who she is at the core.

I hired Maria to represent me in a case that was the result of a car accident where I suffered medical injuries. The case went to court before a judge. Maria did an excellent and through job of representing the facts of my case to the judge. She was extremely well prepared, competent and organized. She spent many hours collecting all of the background information and detailed medical records. All of the materials were put together and analyzed to support my case.
I was able to receive a fair judgement to pay my medical bills and reimbursement for the time I needed to take off from work for treatment.

Mrs. Petterson is an outstanding attorney. From the start, she seemed genuinely interested in my case. She is very patient and a great listener! I have used Matthew for two cases; criminal and DUI. My first case was very complicated. There were unusual circumstances and laundry list of charges. I had never been in a situation like that, never planned to be and had no idea where to turn.
Another attorney, which I couldn't afford, recommended another lawyer to me. I called Matthew explained my circumstances and he didn't shy away. Infact I think he was excited by the challenge and thats what makes him an outstanding attorney. Similarly, Matthew is very personable and authentic. He is true to his "About" section. He understands we all have complicated lives and does a great job at keeping them from getting more complicated.
I thank Matthew for minimizing my charges and preserving my ability to work. Many places I work require background checks and one of my biggest fears was being denied work because of my circumstance. Seventeen years ago I met John due to the child visitation/support issues I faced. He took everything I had to say into consideration and explained my rights as a parent while keeping the best interest of the kids in mind. He even indicated that his services may not be needed but that he would be willing to assist if I was uncomfortable speaking in front of the judge.
Hiring him as my attorney was the best decision I made since legal cases can get very complicated and confusing for the average person. He obtained all he promised, never misled me, and worked so hard, which I am forever grateful for.
Ever since then, John has been there for my family and I whenever we need advice or representation, never fails to benefit our situation. As of right now, seventeen years later, I am back seeking his legal advice in hopes of terminating my case now that my kids have been emancipated.

Recommended by the neighbor, Mr. Cooke took on our case after my fiance met with him. Mr. Cooke heard the true and complicated situation my fiance found himself in. I was so confident in the competency of Mr. Cooke that I went ahead and purchased baseball tickets for a date after the hearing. My fiance could have gone to jail for a few years based on his record, but somehow Mr. Cooke's presence and knowledge prevented that. Mr. Becker helped us with setting up our business and making sure we structured our partnerships properly and advised us as to make sure we had all our bases covered. Tim has not only helped my husband out of multiple scuffs with the law, he's also served as a friend and mentor. He'll tell it like it is and give you the best advice possible. Tim helped pull my husband out of the gutter multiple times. He went to bat for us and in the FINAL hearing(because we're walking away from this mess). The prosecution wanted my husband to do a lot of jail time. So Tim ripped him to shreds police and witnesses alike. My husband is serving 2 days. Attorney Mellin was VERY helpful, his fee was more than reasonable. He knew most of his "stuff" by wrote and didn't pretend ignorance so that he could charge me for "research"!
Fee was very fair, even gracious.
Similarly, his associate Mr.Brown, was very understanding.
I parked right in front of his office the first few times and then less than a block away in city garage.
They did as much as they could for me and certainly educated me to reality.
