Alan is a billboard lawyer who just likes to bs you. He listened to my case and told me he would speak to my criminal guy to get details he didnt told me give me 3 days. I emailed 3 days no reply waited 3 more days then told me I wasn't being reasonable in email. He told me he never asked Jason details back and forth since I don't have marks or holes in my body he dont want it. He cares nothing about being in a cage for 27 hours or the 15k it cost my family to defend myself... The fact is clear he is the type who rarely will go to court he's a office type lawyer.

This woman is absolutely amazing. She is the definition of above and beyond. Watching her work is like watching a piece of art being created in front of you. While we did not get the outcome we were hoping for in our case, she made a case that was mind blowing. The only reasoning behind the bad verdict was 90% the jury sadly. Most of them didn't want to be there and made that clear when I heard them talking outside of the court room. The courts in GA are a whole other world I have sadly learned. However I cannot say enough good things about Leslie. I would not hesitate to hire her for anything needed. She not only does an amazing job in every way, but you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their families. The amount of time she spent talking to me alone throughout the process was mind blowing in it's own matter. Even with the case being done she is still helping with the next steps and things she doesn't even need to help me with.
If you need one of the best attorneys in Northern GA, this is definitely one of the first ones you should speak with.

Michael has been such a blessing throughout this whole process, and I can't say enough great things about him. I met with several other attorneys before finding Michael, but immediately knew during our initial consultation that I wanted him to represent me for my case. I came into this not knowing anything about child custody law, and being completely terrified about what the outcome might be. Michael was calm and confident from the very start, and remained that way throughout the duration of my case. He was always honest with me even if it was something I didn't want to hear. He fought so hard to get me the things I wanted, and never made me feel stupid or crazy for feeling the way I did on certain aspects of my case. He often reminded me how I deserved to be treated from the opposing party and reassured me that everything was going to be okay, which was exactly what I needed. I always felt that he made time for me even when I knew he was busy with other cases, which is something that is hard to find with attorneys. Michael is such a kind and genuine person who really cares for his clients. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone who is facing a child custody case. He knows the law so well. Mike was amazing! From the moment I first spoke to him on the phone, to our first meeting, and all through out the divorce process Mike made me feel extremely comfortable. He was there for me any time I needed him and he made sure to reassure me any time I was having a melt down. He never lost his patience with me and I was a nagging client. I was scared and very desperate, but he never got upset or angry with me. I am very satisfied with choosing him to represent me. When I needed him he was always there and yes I needed him a lot! He was honest with me and told me things I didn’t want to hear at times, but he knew best and knew exactly what I needed! Mike graciously took over our case with a month to catch up on everything before our final court date. No words can even describe how much of an excellent attorney he is but I will try my best to express it below!
-He communicated impeccably and I always got a call back no later than 24 hours (literally within a few hours).
-I was listened to carefully and I was given honest advice on my case even if it necessarily wasn’t what I wanted to hear.
-He was thorough with his research and paperwork.
-He is more than reasonably priced for such a quality lawyer
Finally, I was floored by the outcome of court and even though some of the parts were really questionable on what the outcome would be since it’s up to the judge, however with his excellent representation we were able to get everything we asked for.

I was originally recommended her husband but she ended up taking my case. I was charged sith driving with a suspended license and pulled over under the guise of hands free and had a $2000 charge for the two citations. She got both dropped and I ended up only paying $51. I am so glad I hired here!

Leslie handled my college aged son's super speeder ticket. It was his first offense, and the judge seemed sympathetic when we called. Leslie actually suggested that we might not need her - clearly ethical. I still felt it necessary to have someone represent us to make sure we had everything in order. We are pleased with the outcome - nothing on the record and no suspension.
I also loved that Leslie handled things directly with my son, even though I made the initial contact and hired her. I again think this demonstrates her attention to ethics.
I would recommend her to anyone in our position.

I was injured in a car wreck in November and called Collin a few days after my crash. I did not want the hassle of fighting insurance companies and the hospital as I am trying to recover from my severe injuries.
Collins showed concern for my well being. His first concern was that I get the medical help I needed. I did not have to be concerned with fighting the insurance companies or hospital. Collin took care of all the legal process and I did not have to lift a finger.

Ms. Nesset-Sale is everything you want in a lawyer -- knowledgeable, experienced, smart, well-connected, personable, efficient, compassionate, firm, and wise. I was so grateful someone referred me to her and I wanted to let others know in case they ever need a lawyer or mediator. I will actually miss working with her though I'm glad to get the divorce/mediation process finished. She was up front about cost, explained the difference between mediation and divorce representation, helped us figure out child support and the parenting plan, knows timelines and how the local courts work very well. We had already made preliminary agreements between the two of us, but wanted to keep the best interests of our children at the forefront while also being fair to each other . . . but there was no way we could have navigated our way through the forms and the courts without some guidance. Divorce is important even when it's amicable, so it's worth it to work with someone who knows exactly how to guide you through the process in a timely and professional manner. And clearly knows how to handle a variety of clients, even the non-amicable ones. I will absolutely hire her again if I need a lawyer again in the future.

My only experience with this "said" attorney is the fact that he wrongly accused me of being someone that was employed by one of his clients. I would think that a checks and balance system would be in place before one "said" attorney could just sock a law suit on an innocent individual. I've never worked for his client nor never will but apparently its going to be MY responsibility now to get to the bottom of this and do someone's job and have my name removed from this bogus law suit. I'm pissed that this has happened and it shouldn't have happened. When called "Attorney" Cain should have taken the responsibility and at least apologized about HIS wrong doing. Guess that was too much to ask though. Yeah...I wouldn't have given him even one star but had to rate him something. If you are looking for an attorney, I definitely wouldn't recommend "this" one, because he seems to not be very thorough, as he just does random searches off the internet and anyone that has the same name he just socks a law suit on them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Wayland Worked with me on a not very complicated or contested divorce. He explained all of my options and ways to do things. he was not very expensive and kept in touch with me about every question or situation that came up. The only drawback that I could even think about is that he has not practiced a lot here in Athens yet and may not be very well known around the town.
