Atty Valkenet is a very straight forward kind of guy. Very knowledgeable, honest and to the point. No sugar coating. Provided key details as to why this situation would be a very difficult situation. Even though not exactly what we were hoping to hear, we respect his insight and direction. Mr. Ruff was the best attorney ever. I had a case with 1st and 2nd degree assault. Mr. Ruff Was calming in the rough sea. Mr. Ruff cares about his clients and treats you like family. I hired Malcolm For my case and I couldn't ask for a more personable, professional, and experienced attorney. I was a mess after my incident and throughout the process he kept me calm and reassured me that we were going to be fine and he was going to take care of it. He went above and beyond his duties as my attorney making sure that I understood everything and that we were on the same page. Anything less than a win or fair deal is unnacceptable to him. During trial I can tell he does his homework because he always has a game plan and can also improvise. You'll never feel doubt because he won't let you. He's so confident in himself and his abilities that he makes you forget your worries. The relationship that he builds with you almost feels like you have a close family member who has your back. I am beyond satisfied and he helped me get the best result that I could ask for. I feel like I owe him more money for the amount of work he put into it. My attorney for life.

First off I had a warrant for my arrest. I contacted Craig Kadish and hired him to represent me. Within 2 days the warrant was squashed and I had a court date issued.
I allegedly owed $5,000 for damages to the car that was taken. At the first appearance we made a deal that didn't require me to plead guilty, which I was very happy about. At the second and final appearance the plaintiff didn't even show up! I can't promise that Craig will make your plaintiff disappear but he sure made mine!!!!!

Mr. Kadish recently represented me in a case in Howard County (one of the tougher counties in Maryland). He assured me that he would do his best to get the favorable outcome available for the felony I was charged with. The outcome was more than expected. He lead with confidence and the charge was nolle prosequi. Speaking with him eased my anxieties and I trusted his word. After suffering an unfortunate car accident in January 2021, I ended up having to need a lawyer to help my case. On September 16, 2017, I was involved in a serious accident when I was knocked off of my bicycle by a tram which then ran over my leg. I was flown to Shock Trauma where I remained for one and a half months. In talking with other lawyers who did not want to take the case, I was referred to Mr. Larry Greenburg. He was very honest and from the beginning he told me it was going to be a difficult case to win because of Maryland’s Contributory Negligence Law. However, he and his team worked tirelessly from the beginning and guided me step by step to get the best outcome. I wanted to write you a brief statement of commendation for the handling of my DUI case and for the benefit of others seeking a DUI lawyer. For the benefit of others, you WANT to hire this DUI firm! They are the BEST by far in the State of Maryland!
I am a pilot and REQUIRED a favorable outcome in my DUI to not only continue driving but to continue flying. Bruce took my case and assured me that everything would be worked out successfully. He said if there is a problem in court, his firm will continue to fight for me until we get the required result.
We went to District Court in Baltimore County and Mr. Robinson tried my case. He advised me ahead of time that we had an unfavorable and very harsh judge but that he would fight the case for me at trial regardless. He tried the case as promised and we did not obtain the result that I needed to continue my flying career. I was very concerned for my future and the next sequence of events to follow. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I was charged and held "without bail" along with 5 others. And though the charges were "trumped-up"...I thought I would never be with my family again nor see the light of day!

Once Mr MacFee, accepted my case and agreed on a retainer he went straight to work. I will say my case was a long and hard, almost 3 years long one. And even as long as it was and complex, he never went up on cost.
Mr. MacFee is a nice person but at the same time he is a beast in a court room. He kept me informed the whole way. And he told me what was going to happen at each turn.
If I ever need a lawyer or was able to refer someone it would be Bradley..

On May 3, 2017 I called Brad MacFee and asked him to go and see my fiance, who at the time was incarcerated and awaiting trial on a 1st degree murder charge. Needless to say, the fact that he was facing such a serious charge and was incarcerated and away from us was causing a significant amount of stress to the family. Within a few days Brad went out and interviewed my fiance. He throughly reviewed the case using the information he had available to him at the time, which was essentially the police report and the information provided to him by his client. After the visit Brad called me, discussed with me what he had discussed during the visit and told me how much it would cost for him to handle the case. Under the circumstances I thought the fee was more than reasonable and I retained Brad to begin representation. According to the information Brad obtained, there were 2 people that claimed to be eyewitnesses to the murder. With that, Brad focused on locating those people and investigating their version of event and their credibility. In the weeks leading up to the trial, it became clear that one of the witnesses was missing and would not be found. That left a single remaining eyewitness on whom the state would have to rely to obtain a conviction. Brad located this person and met with him and his family, interviewing all of them thoroughly. As it turned out, this witness, who had previously identified my fiance in a photo lineup, claimed that he had been coerced into making that identification. He also denied even seeing the crime, but claimed that he had been arrested on a drug charge, and had been told by the police that if he cooperated with them and made the necessary identification, there would be no charges filed against him related to the drug case. On the morning trial was set to begin, the eyewitness signed an affidavit swearing to the information he had previously provided. Naturally, this fact created a major problem for the state, whose sole eyewitness had now claimed under oath that his entire involvement in the case was a sham. I assume this fact ultimately payed into the decision of the state to dismiss the charges against my fiance, thereby eliminating even the possibility that he could be convicted in this case. At the en of the day, the point is that not just anyone is capable of handling a case this serious. You need a lawyer that is willing to get out into the street and get his hands dirty in an effort to obtain every possible advantage for his client. In Baltimore City, where the murder rate is at an all-time high, prosecutors are under tremendous pressure to bring these cases to trial and win convictions. They simply do not drop these cases like they were speeding tickets. It was only because Brad was willing to go out and do what needed to be done that the state reluctantly made the decision to dismiss the charges. That said, I am very, very glad we made the decision to bring Brad MacFee in to handle this case for us, and if you ever find yourself in a similar position, I would strongly encourage you to at east talk with him before making the critical decision regarding who will represent you or your loved one.

My fiance was attacked with a knife and he did what he had to. The guy that attacked him ended up badly injured and the police arrested by fiance. He was charged with Attempted first degree murder, first degree assault, second degree assault, and assault with a deadly weapon. I immediately began searching for a lawyer that could help us. I met with numerous lawyers and spoke to many over the phone. I was referred to Bradley Macfee from a family member. At this point I was honestly so stressed over this because I couldn’t find a lawyer that was a good fit. I met with a lot of good lawyers, but I didn’t feel like they would really fight for us. I didn’t want empty promises about the outcome because that would be a lie. I wanted someone that would be ruthless and fight. I found exactly what I was searching for in Brad. He was very straight up with me and he was very down to earth. He immediately began working to try to get my fiance out of jail. Over the time that he was in jail, he went to see him numerous times. He was denied bail, so Bradley put in for a Habeas Corpus motion to get him a bail review. Due to the fact that he was on probation, we had to go in front of the judge that gave him probation. When the hearing finally came up, Brad ended up speaking with the judge prior to the start of the hearing where she told him that she was in no way going to give him a bail and that she’ll hear him out, but he isn’t going anywhere. So, since we couldn’t get a bail, we began working on the case. He was very attentive to any questions or concerns that I had. He made various efforts to talk with witnesses. He called them and even went to a bar he knew that they would be at and was there until around midnight. From very early on in this process, he was talking to the prosecutor to try to influence her to drop the case. He spoke with the prosecutor and she explained to Brad that she was unsure of what she was going to with the case. She asked him to give her two weeks and to then give her a call back. I honestly was thinking he was going to get a decent amount of jail time for this charge because of the severity of it. I met with another lawyer that told me, he was probably going to get ten years in jail. I will never ever forget October 11, 2016. I was at physical therapy and I got a call from Brad, a day earlier than he was supposed to be talking to the prosecutor. Brad said, “Are you sitting down” and I said yes. He explained to me that the prosecutor was dropping the charges completely. I immediately broke down in tears. I was uncontrollably crying and I can’t never even explain the feeling of relief and thankfulness that I felt that day. Brad then moved up the violation of probation hearing and he was able to come home the day of the hearing. I will never be able to repay Brad for what he has done for me and my family. I would recommend everyone to him. We are now currently using Brad for a child custody case.

Jeff Kaplan is by far the best attorney!!! My husband has been in back forth custody disputes for almost 10years, and has had his fair share of different attorneys, but when Jeff became his attorney, it was a complete game changer. He worked with us even on weekends. Via texting, in person, and emailing if needed. Don’t assume that if you get an attorney through Legal Aide that you won’t get excellent results, because this clearly wasn’t the case. My husband gained full sole custody of my stepdaughter fighting a really ugly custody dispute. Jeff works a lot of different cases, but he made time to help us win our case. Mark is a great lawyer. He met with me a day before my court date to take pictures of where I was pulled over for a dui by supposedly failing to stop at a stop LINE but I did stop at the stop sign 3ft in front of the stop line that was not clearly marked. Mark showed me he was more then worth the money I paid him. Mark did everything he could to get me a not guilty and he was very successful. My dui charges were dropped and Mark even emailed me after court to help me with getting the dui expunged from my records.
