Ryan Ramsayer helped me get my misdemeanor DUI expunged after a recent law change in the state of Michigan. I no longer reside in Michigan, yet he and his firm helped me with the complicated process without me needing to travel back. Faced with a multiple count complaint, I was looking at a possible 20+ year sentence. That, plus my poor health, just about guaranteed I might never see the light of day again. My first impressions of Mr Barone were of confidence, compassion and experience. In short order, Mr Barone had prepared a defensive battle plan for my case. When he presented it to me there was no sugar coating or outrageous promises. He explained his plan and warned me that I would need to be involved.
Mr Barone and his staff ensured I was kept up to date on the court proceedings throughout the case. He also explained any and all questions that I or my family members had about the case. He is a very personable man and easy to talk to.
To my advantage Patrick did not take no for an answer when dealing/ bargaining with the Prosecuting Attorney. He stated to me that he thought I should not be incarcerated, and that is exactly what he fought for and won for me.
I truly believe he negotiated a second life for me and I will be forever grateful for that.

Is what I got when Aida took my case. My arrest for an OWI 3rd in MI came while I had an open OWI case pending in another state, and while charged with an OWI 3rd in MI it could have easily been a 4th. High BAC, almost 3 hours of police body and dash cam video along with four eyewitnesses is what she had to wade through. Aida navigated a sobriety court sentence in MI with no jail and no felony record and while she didn’t represent me in the other state, her cadence and timing led to our plea coming in first and set the table for an outcome I (and other attorneys who wanted 3x as much) didn’t think was possible.

I have contacted Mr. Yaldo several times regarding various condominium related issues.
Each time, I was either guided or equipped with the right information to resolve the problem quickly.

I've been an expert witness for 14 years. I recently sat through an entire trial with Scott. I've seen more attorneys than the average person (dozens) arguing cases. He won hands down getting a substantial judgement in favor of his client going the extra mile every step of the way. I'm getting nothing for this review and now live in another state so I am not looking forward to future business from Scott, rather I'm being totally sincere and disinterested. He's truly a gifted litigator and comes across to the jury in a way I've never seen before. When people say they have a great lawyer and, someone they can recommend, there is a natural inclination to still feel uneasy. What do you mean by a "great lawyer" they ask me. Why do you recommend him? In short: Scott F. Wyatt represents something more than just your run-of-the-mill attorney. A man who will not only treat you like family, but is passionate about doing so!
When I first met Scott F. Wyatt the attributes that struck me immediately were: His attentive nature, calm disposition and "one of the good ole boys" attitude. I never felt rushed or worried when we were sitting in the courthouse before trial. In fact, after we went over how we were going to approach the trial, we kicked back and talked fishing, sports, music (dude has some great taste) and a little philosophy. This made my very stressful situation seem like dust in the breeze at times.
Now, he's where his true talent comes into play. I was in quite a bit of trouble. I had a potential DUI, which, in my opinion, was wrongly accused. I felt like there was nothing I could do, though. That is, until Scott Wyatt looked over my case.
He made sure we covered EVERY avenue, EVERY nook and cranny. By the time we were done he had amassed for me a case that was not only expertly constructed, but also passionately. This is because Scott Wyatt doesn't do this just for the money, he has STRONG CONVICTIONS towards helping his client and an abusive system that manipulates the weak. Trust me when I say that if you are the underdog, he's the best man in the business to even those odds.
As mentioned previously, I was so intimidated, I was so frustrated. He raised my spirits and my confidence, but he never promised me something he could not do. He reminded me, "Look Josh, we got a strong case, but there's a chance we don't come out of this without a black eye.", but when I made my decision to take this to trial, he was behind me 100%.
To make a long story short, we pressed on, it was a battle of attrition. He showed me how to present myself to the judge, told me to get recommendations from work, my union, family, friends, community service. Then first of many settlements approached...
A year probation, fines and a lowered charge. However, it would've stayed on my record and I wasn't going to stand for that. When I showed my desire to fight, I could have sworn I saw the fangs of a lion in his smile. So, we declined and pressed for trial.
After a few more lack luster settlements, the day before trial, I got a phone call. They wanted to settle... I went to court and the results were in: Expired tabs, what I was ORIGINALLY pulled over for. I couldn't believe it, but Scott could.
After the trial we kicked back at my house by the pool, had a barbecue and smoked some well deserved cigarettes. To me, Scott is MUCH MORE than just your run-of-the-mill paper work lawyer. He's a true diamond in the ruff. There is no better man in Michigan for your legal troubles. He's passionate, strong, believes in his ability to succeed and will make you feel like family.
So, when I say I have lawyer for you, I mean much, much more than that. I have not only a lawyer for you but someone who, after my experience with him, I can call on as a friend. Who looks out for his client like the alpha wolf leads the pack. So when your legal issues look too tough, I recommend Michigan's "diamond in the ruff" Scott F. Wyatt.

I needed an attorney in order to have my drivers license restored, after speaking with a few found on the internet I spoke with Nick. It did not take long into the phone conversation he was very easy to talk to. After meeting him at his office I hired him to assist in my license restoration. He was professional and lawyerly yet easy to talk to and understand to the average guy if that makes sense. Anyone who has dealt with a license restoration knows it can be trying at best, my case was no exception. Nick took care of all stumbling blocks, kept me up to date on proceedings, and promptly returned every one of the several calls I made to him. At the very end there was a hiccup and again he took care of the issue, and did it fast! Thanks to him I now have full driving privileges. There are a lot of good attorneys out there, Mr. Backos is one of the best IMO.

Erica DeAngelis is one of the best attorneys that I have ever come across in my lifetime. This is a strong statement for me to make because I have friends and family that are attorneys. Erica was my attorney through a very contentious divorce. My ex-wife wanted to battle with me on every point and made the divorce process last way longer than it should have. While going through the divorce process, I was an emotional wreck because of custody and property split. THAT IS A MANDATORY 2 YRS PRISON AND UP TO 30 YRS. I WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES ACQUITTED 100 PERCENT. THEN 4 YEARS LATER I WAS CHARGED WITH FELONIOUS ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER FELONY FIREARM AND DISTRIBUTION OF MAIJUANA. I HAD STAYED VERY CLOSLY IN TOUCH WITH MARK SINCE MY LAST TRIAL FROM THE AHMAZING JOB HE HAD DONE SO ONCE AGAIN I HIRED HIM WITHOUT QUESTION. Robert Morad was my court-appointed defense attorney in a difficult, drawn-out case for charges of home invasion and assault/battery. I could not have been luckier to be appointed to such a thorough, respectful, and professional attorney. Mr. Morad took the time to discuss details of the proceedings with me on multiple occasions, sometimes spending an hour of his time to make me feel more aware and comfortable with the situation I was facing. Robert Morad was my attorney for my first offense DUI. I had a tough judge and he was able to bring me down from driving with intoxicated to driving while impaired.
