I highly recommend Ray Bules! He is very knowledgeable, attentive to detail, calm, and understanding, but he is also a shark. By his calm demeanor, you do not expect him to strike, but he is very methodical with the information provided to him for negotiating at the most crucial moment. I met with Todd Kotler to assist me with obtaining a Letter of Authority for the estate of my deceased spouse. I had explained what I needed by phone, prior to this meeting, and he said he could help with that. He was late and unprepared for our meeting, without apology. When he learned there were basically no personal assets to report, and I just needed the LOA to get the medical records of my deceased spouse, he asked if I was planning to file a wrongful death action. I explained I was having a medical lawyer review the records at this point. He then had a cryptic conversation with his paralegal about fees, then insisted that he would have to open and close probate, and coordinate that with the other attorney. He advised me to list $100,000 as personal assets for my deceased spouse, which is completely false, in anticipation of a lawsuit award that may not ever happen. He then claimed he would be entitled to 4% of any potential settlement for which he would have had no part in litigating. I ended the meeting at that point and consulted another estate attorney. He was shocked that Mr. Kotler would take advantage of someone in a tragic situation. He said there was a very simple way for me to obtain the medical records without unnecessarily opening probate, and explained exactly what to do, at no charge. How unethical and desperate do you have to be to exploit someone who is grieving? In my opinion, Todd Kotler is a very small, arrogant, unethical man, out to line his own pockets. If I decide to file a wrongful death action, I will certainly not hire Mr. Kotler to handle probate.

Michael is what everyone should seek in an attorney. While I am not proud of the fact that I have needed to work with him more than once (DWI and Domestic Violence), there is a reason why I have worked with him more than once and will not even consider anyone else should I ever need to again.
- Michael has driven outside of his typical coverage area when I needed him the most.
- When there was a no contact order in place and the other person nor I could do anything to have it lifted at a time, Michael helped us make it through until it could because bills still need paid, kids still need a ride to and from school, people still need to make it to work, and life still continues on.
- Michael has helped me obtain documents and/or provide information requested by employers to keep my current or get a new job.
- Last but certainly not least, Michael understands that things happen to the best of us and has been there for me on a personal level just as much if not more than on a professional level.
If you are looking for an experienced attorney that will help you through a difficult situation in more than one way, Michael is your guy.

Michael Puterbaugh helped me tremendously with my DWI incident I had a couple years back while I was in school. I met with him on Monday 10/09/23 (a government holiday) was to turn myself into srccc the next day, within the hr of leaving his office he messaged the baliff got on court docket for today (Tuesday 10/10/23) filed the motion with the judge courts and prosecutor. By 9:21 this morning while I was turning myself in he'd already done what he does best and had it vacated. He was amazing quick and just on top of things. Definitely recommend!!!!!

I give attorney Hill one star because I couldn't give him half a star. I was charged with an F5 trespassing on a house that I had the keys to in my pocket at my time of arrest, two of the utilities for that residence we're in my name I received mail at this place and Mr Hill was my appointed attorney. I never met him, despite numerous phone calls to his office. If this is your attorney you're going to jail maybe prison all he cares about is the money. I wouldn't recommend him for any legal issue, I'm amazed he still has a license to practice.

Richard Drake is the epitome of unprofessional. He was unresponsive to multiple discovery requests. He was non-compliant with orders. He never shared the requested information with me therefore I suffered in court. Without my own testimony on the stand, I would have lost my case. I have used him in the past (10 years ago) and he was much better. I’m not sure if the age is getting to him and he’s slowly lacking but he shouldn’t be practicing law anymore. I wouldn’t have my enemy hire him.

this man took my money then sold me out in court 1 went to court didn't call the morning of or night before to prep me 2 i get a call saying I'm late from court I get there everyone is there my lawyer pulls my in the hallway after we already discussed going to trail tells me I'm nobody and Hes not taking a case to trial he will lose but I didn't do it honestly. then puts his hand on my shoulder after he broke me down walks me ion the court room says let me fix this with the bailiff standing behind me causing panic and fear making take a plea after i take the plea .the judge still sends me to jail for 3 days idk for being late to make sure I don't talk I'm not sure it worked for years but that time is up I did three days in jail for misconduct in the court room .I stood there crying not sure what I did lol .now i have to study how to file for ineffective counsel ..my advice do your best to find someone that cars about you and make sure he meets with you after taking your money and its not just at the court room

He “Helped” in My OVI Case barley. Won’t answer or return my calls to give me my legal evidence I’m owed. I’m filing a lawsuit for my case as well just not with him as a lawyer since he made me plea to no contest without consulting with me first I paid him 2500$ up front and he didn’t even try to take my case to trial and the judge made me server days in jail with 3 years probabtion and 5 years license suspension. With 1,200$ court fines and also for the coup de gras 3 years for interlock in my car if I pay 650$ plus whatever in reinstatement fees like. Can someone explain to me what did I pay him for?
Just know I am no threat but my family is hurt by the systems judgement over petty cases takings serious chargers while the real offenders are overlooked. All I’m saying my case should’ve been fought for instead of treated like another number to file on your taxes.
