There is not enough stars to give this gentleman! I would like to say Zak was noble, humble, and genuine. Things that you absolutely can't find in an Attorney. I have been burned too many times by Attorney's countless times before. Zak is notable of his oath and what he represents in his profession. He is one of the very few rare breeds, God sent honestly. I fasted and prayed and God sent me a heavenly helper. Zak had a plan, a reputation with his constituents which is essentially what you're paying for. He was worth the investment, a very worthy lawyer. I believe he tells it like it is. If any uncertainty is in the mist he will let you know. Zak is a true Blessing to whom ever may come in contact with him for representation. I highly recommend Zak Newman. I pray Zak only gets better, I pray that God continues to Bless the works of his hands, and everything he touches!!!

I faced a serious criminal charge arising from an argument with a close family member. I was worried that it would ruin my record and my employment. I have a great job in another state. I spoke to Bret about my problem, and he explained how the local Chattanooga court system worked so I would know what would happen in court. He then worked on my case for months, until he had the case dismissed entirely. It was a family matter that got out of hand. For that, I am truly sorry. We all make mistakes. Upon hearing about Houston & Alexander PLLC, I consulted them regarding DUI charges among others. Mr. Underwood got court postponed for me on more than one occasion, until I was able to pay for their services in full. On my final court date they did their negotiations with the district attorney’s representatives, and got my charges reduced to reckless driving. I am fully satisfied as I can get on with my life and career with this all behind me. The biggest thing for me is that they are willing to work with you, they do a fantastic job working for you, and they are affordable. I will always recommend Jay Underwood or Houston & Alexander PLLC to anyone who needs legal help or advisement.

I got arrested for sleeping in my work van at an Applesbees. I had drank a little too much at the bar and didn't want to drive across the street to my hotel. After leaving Amanda a voicemail about my case, she called me back fast and had already looked up my case number and knew all about my case. My son was arrested on a weekend on a mistaken identity, and Janie's first comment was "I've got this." She went to court on Monday morning, had the warrant and extradition recalled that morning, and worked non-stop to have him released in another state - all two days prior to July 4, with everyone else headed out of town. At the follow-up court hearing, all was dismissed. Janie was incredibly knowledgeable and prepared, which contributed greatly to the speed of handling the case. There are not enough stars for her.

I was arrested on November 12th 2015 in Oregon on an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation from Chattanooga, TN. I was extradited back to TN. Janie was able to get my court date set on Dec 4th instead of Jan 12. She was in constant communication with my family. She was able to get all charges dismissed and return me to my family. Ronnie assisted my husband and I on a real estate case involving negligence on the part of our home inspector, the selling agent, and the sellers. Did a fantastic job for me. I whole-heartedly recommend this lawyer. My son was in jeopardy of losing college funding due to his drug charge. Argued well to dismiss all 3 charges and got a light probation term.
