I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Linn Legal. They helped my sister and me transfer ownership of our family home after our father passed away. The process felt especially complicated because my sister bought my portion of the home.

Mr. Ernst was very professional and knowledgeable from the very beginning. He told me what I should expect and how everything was going to work. He and his amazing staff kept me updated every step of the way. He explained my charges and what penalties I could be facing. I believe that every single person in that courthouse knew who he was and his reputation as a great lawyer definitely preceded him. He was able to get me an AMAZING result and the Judge even told me at the end that "my lawyer worked really hard for me" and was the only reason I ended up getting the deal I did. We needed to consolidate our debt and I was looking at some options. But first we had 3,000 to 4,000 to throw at it to get some of the utilizations down to possibly get a better rate. We hired Scott to handle my son's DUI case. There was a mental health aspect to his case and Scott dealt with it with compassion and respect. His knowledge of the legal system when it comes to DUI cases is incredible then add mental health to that and Scott knew exactly what to do! He was able to get my son's DUI amended due to his mental health aspect. I do not believe other lawyers would have taken these extra steps. Mark was recommended to me by another defense attorney that was unable to handle my case. He said he trusted him and I'm so grateful for this recommendation. Mark has experience on both sides of the court, defense and prosecution. He actually worked under my judge which was tremendously lucky. I got an OVI in Oct. 2016 and did not realize that when my OVI was settled, the driving privileges I had until that point had to be re-approved (in other words, my driving privileges were revoked after the OVI was settled until the judge approved new driving privileges.) I accidentally backed into another car while my driving privileges were revoked, so I was charged with Driving under OVI Suspension, Improper Backing, and Leaving the Scene. Mark got the prosecutor to drop everything except Leaving the Scene, which means that I had no additional penalties except court costs. He was incredibly responsive, responding to my many questions within a couple hours, and very honest about the charges and penalties that I was facing.
Also, he's not too hard to look at. ;)
I highly recommend him to anyone facing a scary situation.

I worked with Tad on my case for a year! He would text me back weekend or not, super friendly. Explained the whole process of everything in a way I could understand what was really going on. I was accused of a crime I truly did not commit and he believed me. Unfortunately we could not prove a phone call conversion in trial we we settled for a plea. Went from 2 major felonies count 2 and a 3. Down to a misdemeanor 1, probation for 2 years that’s it. Great guy enjoyed working with him but hopefully I never see him again unless it’s a run in at the store.

I called Tad just days before my pre-trial hearing and he was nice enough to accommodate me into his busy schedule. He took my concerns very seriously and was very thorough in investigating all the details of my case. He was available at any time of the day when I had a question or concern. His law office is focused on trial, and not just pleading out. If you desire a plea bargain he will work to achieve the outcome you desire, but dont fear if you want to go to trial. He is dedicated and thorough and will work hard to achieve a positive outcome. My case was dismissed, but Tad a solid game plan, with motions for dismissal, and a trial plan if the case was not dismissed prior to trial. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a well qualified trial attorney.

I had the privilege of working with Paul Croushore on a recent legal matter, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his expertise and strategic approach. Paul's brilliant legal strategy was pivotal in getting our case dismissed, leading to a successful outcome in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Paul represented us in a complex copyright infringement case brought against us by Growella, Inc., a mortgage company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growella, represented by John Bennett from Frost Brown Todd, alleged that we, Phillip Ganz and other defendants, had infringed on their copyrighted content related to the home buying and mortgage process. Despite the plaintiff's strong representation, Paul immediately recognized the critical issue of personal jurisdiction and strategically focused on this point.
Paul filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, meticulously arguing that Growella's claims did not meet the required legal standards to establish jurisdiction in Ohio. His arguments were clear, compelling, and backed by a deep understanding of the relevant legal principles. He expertly navigated the complexities of both the Zippo test and the Effects test, demonstrating that Growella had failed to show that our actions were purposefully directed at Ohio residents or that our website targeted Ohio more than any other state【6†source】.
Judge Matthew W. McFarland agreed with us in every respect, dismissing the lawsuit by Growella. Paul argued that, based on case law, transfer or dismissal was the appropriate course of action. While he acknowledged that transfer could be considered if deemed appropriate, he did not request it. Moreover, Bennett opposed the transfer, so the judge dismissed the case outright. This decision was a complete victory, as the judge agreed with Paul on every facet of the argument.
Thanks to Paul's efforts, Growella, Inc.'s complaint was dismissed without prejudice, and the case was terminated from the court's docket【5†source】【6†source】. Attached is a copy of the judge’s decision.

I have frankly not had good experiences with lawyers in the past. Jonathan is the exception to the rule. He worked with me on a custody case that could have been prolonged, painful and expensive.
