I would absolutely recommend Chris. The charges I was dealing with were serious and I could have faced serious jail or prison time. Chris got me an outcome that is better than I could have imagined. I went into this with an attorney from a different city and then Ms Poland was recommended to me. To be honest, I had spent so many years terrified, this had gone on so long, I was scared to call her office. But so glad that I did.

While facing an extremely prejudicial command bias while on Active Duty, Taylor was not only an immense help with an extremely uncooperative local civilian investigation, but with also correcting an error with my military discharge paperwork. In both instances, Taylor's commitment to my sense of justice, my future and correcting an error (per Army Regulations, AR 635-8 and AR 601-210) have done everything towards, what I believe standing up for a Lower Enlisted Soldier. I hired Alexa after my juvenile daughter got into some trouble with the law. Alexa was great!! She was very knowledgeable about the whole process we were about to go thru. She met with us before our court date and explained what our day in court would entail
( since I had never been in trouble before I had no idea what to expect for my daughter ). Alexa assured me everything was going to be ok. On my daughters court date Alexa met us before we went into the courthouse and went over everything with us again and assured us that “ it was going to be ok”. Kathryn has been representing me for about two years now and a custody battle. I was not referred to her by a friend or anyone. When my son's mother took my son the next day I was trying to find a lawyer that could see me immediately. Kathryn was the first lawyer I could find that was able to immediately start the paperwork. I was not sure if I was going to use her in the long run but after the first couple court sessions I was so satisfied with her and trusted her I kept her as my lawyer. She is very honest and won't tell you she will give you the world just to disappoint you. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to child custody and the laws. Mr. Hibbeler handled my divorce for me. He was always letting me know any kind of updates on my case gave me copies of letters from my ex-husbands attorney etc. He was always with me in court and walked me through every process he was very detailed about everything and made sure I understood every process/step. I would like to say that Jenna Foreman is by far the best experience I have had with an attorney. I had previously had an attorney on my case who done absolutely nothing but give me and my family the run around while I was trying to get my son from an abusive situation. I could hardly ever contact him and had to have people call from different numbers for him to pick up. 4 months and he done nothing but take almost 3k. I was recommended to Kennedy law firm and I at this point had given up faith in the legal system. However this is where things changed immediately. Jenna Foreman was my attorney and this was the best example of a professional if you have never seen one. She always and I mean always returned my calls in a reasonable time. Jenna stayed in contact Via email or phone. This lawyer doesn't get your divorce done. Even if the judge rules in your favor, he doesn't file the necessary paperwork to get anything done, then wants more money to do it. She was ordered a motion to compel and granted 3 times and he never put her in contempt to do it. I'm still forced to pay her thousands every month cause I don't have the official divorce decree to take to finance and they didn't compel her to show her her finances during our final trial as she was compelled to do. After almost 3 years (and finally a divorce granted) he still hasn't filed the paperwork for the divorce decree. This is after he didn't show up for court, ex didn't file paperwork on time (which means should have been an automatic divorce years ago anyways) and a drawn out process. Just want the divorce decree already. Sloppy service all the way around. No way this man has all 5 star reviews. Can't even get him to call back. He must delete all neg reviews. Will also be going to the TBPR to file a complaint.
