I'm going to be very straightforward when I say that John Klotz has gone above and beyond and I can proudly say I am glad to have chosen him as my lawyer. I have never dealt with any type of court situations as I am not the type of individual who gets into huge circumstances like the one I've been in. I was devastated and at a loss of words in what to do and how to go about my situation without making any mistakes and paying for a lot more than I don't need to.
My boyfriend actually happened to find John on a website called Thumbtack, and I read all of the details of what John's services provided and it was definitely more than fair! He knew how to comfort me the whole time since I was definitely a wreck, emotionally and he carefully explained how to go about with the process. I must admit I had a DUI for a cause that was not my fault at all and I needed to have everyone see the truth, but I definitely could have not done it if it wasn't for John. He was ready for phone calls day and night 24/7 up until the last court day which I felt like all odds were somehow against me. I call him superman because he truly is a super human person. During my time of despair, facing a DWI conviction with potential 7 month license suspension, John came to my rescue!! I left a message on his voicemail on a Sunday morning thinking he would probably get back to me by Monday. He called me back in 10 minutes. From that moment after i explained what had happened it was all business. He listened to me for about an hour and found flaws by police instantaneously in my case. As we moved on he tirelessly gathered info for discovery, sometimes texting me at 11pm at night after a full day of work. We even shared an occasional joke to break up tension. He promised me in beginning "HE WOULD LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED" and he certainly delivered on that. My results were definitely in my favor as my DWI was dismissed. I hired Alex to represent me against a terroristic threat charge; brought by my former spouse who has routinely attempted to abuse the system in order to gain an advantage in alimony, custody and other disputes in our divorce.
Alex immediately recognized the risks which accompanied these false allegations : loss of employment, difficulty finding future employment, loss of parental rights and custody…. along with the potential of jail time and the forfeiture of my 2nd amendment rights.
Because of his deep understanding of the criminal justice system, having been a former prosecutor, he understood all of the tactics that the prosecutors would use and thwarted them at every turn. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of the law e abled him to highlight serious deficiencies in the prosecutions case and through the use of established legal precedent was able to have the indictment against me dismissed prior to trial.
Suffice to say, the outcome has been what I anticipated based on the baseless allegations- but it was no sure thing. Further, the execution of his craft isn’t what set Alex apart; it is his passion for his clients rights and dedication to my cause. He had every opportunity to encourage me to accept a plea deal- but he didn’t. He not only took the time to truly understand and the underlying facts and circumstances- but the implications and became a true advocate against the miscarriage of justice I was facing.
In doing so, Alex was thoughtful and courteous, available at anytime to answer questions. He never disappeared for kk g stretches while the process played out- keeping me informed of his efforts and soliciting my inputs. Alex also worked to assuage my fears and concerns and put me at ease in what’s been a four year saga.
Suffice to say, I would strongly encourage anyone seeking an attorney to start and end their search with Alex. I know, as I’m expecting additional malicious and false allegations, I will being hiring Alex without any hesitation.

In June of 2022, I filed for divorce on a Pro Se basis simply because I could not afford an attorney. I must say, I am not one who typically writes reviews, but in this case it's highly deserved. I was issued a citation for speeding that could have resulted in the suspension of my license. From the beginning, communication was easy. I simply provided a copy of the citation to Lindsay and Ronen. From there, I was well-informed with thorough explanations of the process and the status. The result was a full dismissal of the citation.

I got involved with the wrong crowd a few years back. I ended up in jail on multiple charges, my wife filed for divorce, etc. A friend recommended I see Mr. Priore. I am so glad I did. Mr. Barbieri was in my opinion horrible. He did nothing for my case. I gave him ammo and he didn't even use it. What should have been a slam dunk ended with me having to pay a hefty fine. There were so many holes in the "witnesses" story and Mr. Barbieri just let them continue lying without question. It seemed like he wanted me to do what he wanted me to do and didn't want to listen or defend me or anything I had to say. I would not recommend him to anyone that actually wants to win their case!
