What was supposed to be a simple home purchase ended up last minute scramble with the lender to meet wire deadlines. Liam was great both before and during our closing, taking time to explain each document and calling/emailing responses quickly. When the closing came down to the wire (literally 15 minutes until wire closed for the day), Liam hustled down to the bank to make everything clear in time so we could close for the day. I just finished my pre-closure yesterday for a sale tomorrow (I am selling a house). I once again used Mr. Yorio due to his help when I purchased a house in October. I was very impressed with the entire team. The seller of the house attempted to pull out 13 minutes before closing. I wanted to just sit and cry. Mr. Yorio and his staff helped us through every step of the way- even as emotional support! We were able to close the following week and he was so accommodating!
