This guy is so good that he got my DUI and resisting arrest double-trouble case dropped despite an extremely high breathalyzer reading and the existence of a bodycam video of me legging it away from the police towards the safety of my house for a few seconds before being tackled. Robert DiDomenico isnothing short of a legal black belt, a true professional who can turn the dark power of bureaucracy against itself and allow you to escape unfair permanent consequences, all for a reasonable price. He is a wizard who works with legal databases in place of ancient scrolls. In court I could hear him behind the wall arguing with the prosecutor, obviously fired up about getting me the best result in my case, and it's that kind of dedication that ensured I actually did beat the charges. Of course, your results may vary based on the details of your own case, and he did tell me that it would be difficult and unlikely to get this kind of ideal result. If I remember correctly, what happened is that when they pulled me over they had shaky probable cause to actually get me out of the car and/or breathalyze me or whatever, and he threatened to take my case to trial on this basis. The prosecutor wanted to avoid this because it would make her look bad to not convict immediately with a plea deal, clogging the jury trial system with a case that's much less important than, for example, a murder or something legitimately horrible like that. I am no longer an (active) alcoholic and no longer drive drunk, and I thank Robert for my currently bright career prospects as an engineer, saved from the possibility of background checks coming up dirty.

This is a five star firm. I turned to them for help with a speeding ticket. Telephone calls are answered and help given in a timely manner. I did not have to appear in Court. The conclusion of my case was phenomenal.

Kathy Richardson got my speeding ticket reduced significantly, and handled every aspect of the process with mastery. I called to tell her about my situation, and once I hired her, she sent me emails letting me know about my case when needed and assured me that it would work out, and it did. This was the easiest process. If you’re on the fence, hire her. You’ll be glad you did. I sure am.

When I called Ms. Richardson, she was very professional and easy to work with. She listened carefully to my account, specified what she needed from me to proceed, and then followed through in court. Since I am a caregiver, who is unfamiliar with the court system it would have been difficult and time consuming for me to proceed without her expertise.

While we did win our case, even if we lost, I’d still be giving 5-stars. Mr. Williams helped my 80+ year old father and our family with a Civil Domestic Violence case in Durham County against his X-girlfriend. Mr. Williams set expectations from the beginning that we have a high probability to win our case, but it won’t be easy and there is no guarantee as the defense may provide strong evidence as well. Part of our success is ensuring Mr. Williams has all critical evidence like videos, police reports, emails, time-lines, viable witnesses…etc. Don’t assume your attorney is going to do all the work, you need to be an active participant in organizing the evidence for him. Our court case date was rescheduled about 4 times because the court was too busy to hear our case, but after 6 months of waiting, we finally got our day in court. Mr. Williams is professional, personable and most importantly knowledgeable at conveying interpretation of the law. During our trial he was tactical introducing evidence. He did a great job conducting cross with witnesses the defense had and he was able to extract information that was beneficial to our case. He hadn’t previously asked for the defense to pay legal fees in other DVPO cases, but we were successful in this request with the judge.
This is actually the second DVPO case we’ve brought to the court this year, but our first attorney just didn’t have the “fight” we were looking for. Mr. Williams embraced that “fight” we wanted. Someone that was passionate and didn’t throw his hands up when things got tough or complex. He thought critically and creatively in presenting and justifying our case. Preparing for a trial is one skill, but thinking on the fly during a trial and having the nimbleness to adapt is a crucial skill that Mr. Williams excelled at.
Lastly, the efficiency of his office was also great! His office staff is friendly and great at communicating with upcoming court dates or other information they may need. His office staff often met us at court for the first 15-30minutes while court was getting in session and Mr. Williams was in route. Great organization and support from his office.

I reached out to Eboni for assistance with communicating with the courts about fines and fees I received over 10 years ago. I now live out of state, so it would cost a ton of money to fly back and forth from Ohio to NC to remedy my situation and it is affecting my privileges to drive, she got back to me promptly with detailed information on what I needed to do to handle the situation. Hi Allyn,
I'm not sure if you remember me, but you were my public defender for a marijuana possession charge in Greensboro about four years ago. I just celebrated four years of sobriety a few weeks ago and thought that I should take some time this Thanksgiving to show my gratitude for the people who helped get me where I am today. When I met you I was in a horrible place in my life. I was barely employable, drinking every day, estranged from my family and had no future or hope. You very graciously took a strong interest in my case and helped me get a deferred judgement for my charges. However, even though I had a felony looming over my head, I violated my probation and appeared in court drunk for my probation violation hearing. My actions certainly didn't deserve any special treatment, but for some reason you didn't give up on me and helped me to find a way into a rehab. Since then my life has had some ups and downs, but drugs, alcohol and crime no longer have any influence on my life. I've moved to Charlotte for a decent job with an engineering firm, done much to repair my relationship with my family, I no longer have any substantial debt, and lived to tell my story to many people suffering from the problems that used to plague my life. There are many people who have helped me along the way but none as selflessly as the way you helped me. I am at a loss to fully express my gratitude. I couldn't be happier with the representation I received from NicholsonPham. I dealt personally with Meredith Nicholson and she handled my divorce/separation. Having come to her after being frustrated with my previous experience, Meredith was a breath of fresh air. She was always ready, willing and able to answer my questions and boy did I have many.

I retained Ms. Nicholson's services last month after receiving a traffic ticket in Durham. It was the first citation I had received, and so was uncertain as to how to proceed. Ms. Nicholson, her partner, and the rest of her staff were all very professional and answered all of the questions I had. They put me at ease, and I worried much less about the situation after our conversations.
Ms. Nicholson was able to get the traffic case dismissed in this specific instance, and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. However, even if the result had been different, I would still recommend her firm due to her professionalism and transparency throughout the process.

I recieved a letter from the DMV in relation to an incident with my monitech device. I got the letter for DMV court on Monday and called Meredith the same day and she made time to have a meeting with me that same day as well as go to the hearing with me that Friday. She was amazing I was so frazzled About goin to a DMV hearing. Meredith sat down with me we talked about the events that lead to the incident and she really made me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence I needed to prove my case and keep my license. I would recommended her to anyone in a similar situation or dealing with the DMV at all!

Leaving St. Thomas More Church in Chapel Hill I was unaware of the posted speed. I received a citation, was to appear in court two months later. I was unable to attend, I live Cape Cod Massachusetts. The citation caught up to me two years later, on the renewal of my Massachusetts driving license... I contacted Attorney Goldston. He returned my email promptly and reassured me not to worry. I first retained Mark Simeon 15 years ago, referred by my auntie. He handles all the traffic tickets for my whole family. We all knew he was an excellent lawyer, but after what he just accomplished for my fiancé, I must say he's the absolute BEST!!
Long ago, some people in town started calling him "Houdini" because he can make license suspensions disappear off drivers' records. Now I see why -- my finance's license was suspended PERMANENTLY, several time over, and now, all the PERMs are gone! It took some time, and honestly, more money than we can afford, but it was so, so worth it. Simeon has a system, and it works.
I hear he recently started a nonprofit law firm for NC driver license restoration so that he can help people who can't afford him. Let's hope they get the grants and donations they need to stay afloat because it's too many people out here driving on revoked licenses because they just don't have the money for lawyers like him.
Anyway, Mark Simeon gets my top vote. I'd give him ten stars if I could!
