I highly recommend calling Attorney Eric J. Mikovch should you find yourself in a situation where you need a defense attorney. I initially called his secretary for an appointment, and he called me back in under 30 minutes and asked me questions to obtain all the information he needed. He recognized how upset I was and offered to meet with me during my lunch time that day. I had intense fear and anxiety, and he reassured me that everything would be ok. I hired him on the spot to represent me and, he won my case for me. Between the time of initial contact to the end of my trial date, he stayed in contact with me via phone and text, replying back to me immediately with answers to my questions. About 5 1/2 years ago I was bit by a dog and had retained this law firm. For some reason they chose not to represent. Not a big deal, but what I am about to share is. I was cleaning out some old files and came across a unlabeled CD. I put it into the computer and saw it was the files from Dallas Hartman, PC. As I was looking through it I found information for two other people that was blended in with my documents. I have complete strangers names, DOB's. medications, and other information that I should not have included in my CD. I can only wonder where my information was accidentally sent out to. I am going to try to find these two people to notify them. This is irresponsible and should not happen. I do know the attorney's legal secretary name but choose not to call her out. I can only hope she is no longer employed there.

I contacted attorney Sebald in March of 2021 regarding a series charge/crime. The consultation was very informative, thorough and laid out up front. To cost, the process, possible outcomes, what I need to do, etc. He was very honest and upfront and showed not only he cared about my case, the outcome but about me and my life. In July my bail was $100,000. Thanks to his expertise he got the bail dropped which allowed me to be free. He worked tirelessly and relentlessly on my case for over a year. He was there to answer any question or hear any concerns. I originally had 28 charges and he got them down to 11. Thanks to his dedication, hard work and experience, rather then doing several years in state prison, I got probation, which I was originally told wasn't an option, and gps ankle monitor. I was arrested for DUI bit I wasnt driving. He had my case thrown out at the magistrates office. Chad didnt impress me in his offuce but once we were at the hearing he was on the ball. I was facing my 3rd DUI, careless driving, no inspection and it was dropped and i was fined for disorderly conduct so i would highly recommend chad to help you with your charges.

A friend recommended attorney Himes after I received a custody modification in the mail. I was sick to my stomach about going to court and didn't know what to do. I went in to see attorney Himes for a consult so I could be more informed about the process and my rights. Attoney Himes let me know that first I would have a mediation. Attoney Himes told me that if I didn't not agree with what what must child'support father was asking for to not agree and request a hearing. He told me to not feel pressed to agree even if it's one day. He looked through all the documents I provided him and was confident that I had enough document to keep the current agreement in place. He offered to come with me to the mediation but let me know that it was not necessary. He suggested that I save my money and use it toward retaining him if my case were to go to trail. He was very knowledgeable about custody court. He told me that if I were to agree to any modification during mediation then I would not be able to use any of my documentation in the future. I ended up requesting for my case to go to trail (the mediator was very pushy for me to just agree to 50/50). Attorney Himes represented me. He answered all my questions. He got back to me in a timely manner. He spent his time with me so that I felt comfortable (he wasn't just milking the clock). He didnt make me any promises. He actually told me "the judge could decide to agree to give him 50/50 or a few more overnight but he's not a bad guy he just has some growing up to do". He made sure the judge knew all my concerns. I ended up winning my case but even if I hadn't I would still recommend Attoney Himes. He always had my child's best interest at heart which is exactly what I wanted!

Unremarkable experience which was disappointing seeing as she was recommended by a lawyer I’ve used before. Didn’t seem willing to go to bat for me, generally abrasive, and I believe she hung up on me to boot.
It was “you need to bring this” instead of “here’s what we can do to solve the problem.” Why hire a lawyer anyways at that point?
She was responsive to messages though and called back in a timely manner.
