I called three offices before hers. They all had more reviews and more ratings. They all had to call me back 24hrs later. Anna’s receptionist picked up I told her my situation and her receptionist transferred me to Anna’s cell phone right away. Anna was able to give me advice on what to do with my situation moving forward. I really needed to know what to do as I was getting pressure. She helped me calmly think about my next step without me feeling like I was needing to rush off the phone since at this time it was essentially free legal advice. At this point moving forward if my situation needs a lawyer (which likely I will) I will be using Anna.

Chelsea was a genuine gift as lawyer. I spoke with close to a dozen lawyers before finally retaining her services. Chelsea and her assistant Pheobe are incredibly professional. They're prompt with their responses and very knowledgeable. My divorce was looking to be a nightmare until Chelsea stepped in. With her assistance we were able to settle in a way that both my ex and I are satisfied with. She works well with judges, other lawyers, and with her clients. The MJM Law Office helped me with my DUI case. They are effective, efficient, and responsive! I received and DUII and reckless driving charges with an accident. No injuries but I had a high blood alcohol test. Max was able to get me diversion and the reckless driving charge was dropped. We had a very bad experience with Mr. Hwang. This was the only appointment we had with him. I think he is impersonal, angry, self absorbed and not patient.
What do people need when they are going through the worst of their lives? -Patience, kindness and awareness of other people’s feelings, as death can be devastating for the family and friends.
Knowledge without these traits is like getting a big enciclopedia.
Please read all the reviews that have been written about him. I did not before setting an appointment, and regretted it.

I had a consultation with John after being highly referred to him by another attorney. I had a massive problem and not a clue where to begin. John took control and laid it out for me. I was referred to John by a co-worker, and after my initial consultation I knew he was the attorney for the job. John is a fantastic lawyer who is extremely knowledgeable, and communicated every step of the process to keep myself prepared for what was ahead. I felt that my problems were now his problems. He was able to get my kids out of the awful living situation they were in while living in another state and into my custody when the services in that state failed to ensure my kid’s safety. He was relentless when the other party thought they could weasel their way out of the situation. He is no nonsense and to the point, and you will truly believe he is out for your best interest in both the situation and financially. I am so thankful for John, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney to represent them.

This is the worst attorney I’ve ever dealt with. Kolego seemed more focused on taking my money than helping with my case. From day one, it felt like he was working against me, not for me. He barely communicated, never provided a clear plan, and dragged everything out. Instead of fighting for me, he actually suggested giving up. Don’t waste your time or money on him—find someone who will actually advocate for you.

I’ve had 2 short consults with him and my friends have hired him before. He is a busy man but he will help you if he can, his retainers are reasonable compared to others, he’s experienced and has been on big cases and he will be straight up and honest in making sure to answer you’re questions. I wasn’t sure the first time, but I do like him. Hire him up!

Clayton Tullos gives one exactly what is needed in the courtroom...an experienced litigator who is quick thinking and a powerful advocate. I write this review with the status of my case still pending, but I wouldn't change it regardless of the outcome. Clayton did a skilled job passionately advocating for my daughter and her rights as a person in a difficult custody case. Clayton was willing to work with me on what I could afford, and was efficient in selecting relevant evidence and resources for trial. Most importantly, Clayton cared as a human being and this was evident in his argument. Clayton isn't the best layer for everyone, but he is a skilled litigator, was honest through the process, and he cared, which is the most one can ask for of an attorney. Highest recommendation.

Hello Annette, I am writing list to ask if you know anything about the fellow residence that went stay at Butte Montana Acadia treatment center that drugged the Oregon girl they are still lying. They claim they were injecting children with Benadryl, but that’s all that big lie they were injected Children as young as five years old with clotpromazine hydrochloride Anyways, this place was so so terrible and they still have a corporation going, but this place is so terrible. Can we please get them closing that place was enough? There’s people here now that are dealing with the trauma that this facility has caused and it’s no joke

Jordan is amazing at what he does. He's very cool headed and does a great job removing emotions from the equation while focusing on the facts and presenting them in a way that will be received well in the court room. He got me through a parenting time enforcement and two separate parenting modifications over the course of my military career. He did a phenomenal job highlighting that I was a highly involved, loving and caring father in spite of my occupation creating distance between me and the kids and a very resentful ex spouse who actively tried to limit my access to our children. Each time he was able to come away with a favorable outcome. He was even able to overcome a parenting time evaluators recommendation and help me win equal access parenting once my time in service ended and I was able to move back to the area. I can't thank him enough for all that he's done for my family and I highly recommend his services if you find yourself in need of them.

My son found himself in a terrible situation that neither he nor I ever imagined he would be in. It was devastating, and we didn’t know the best way to proceed. A friend highly recommended John, and hiring him was the absolute right thing to do. He advised, counselled and supported us through the entire court process. What I, as a mother, really appreciated was that if I called John with a question or concern he always took my call. He was quite clear about his boundaries and client confidentiality, while being supportive. I needed the advice of a qualified and knowledgeable attorney who would not play the games so many in that profession do, you know, the claim to be able to do something that no one else can do, or having influence with this or that judge or DA, etc.
I have been in the legal field for over 40 yrs. but I retired several yrs ago and I know better than to represent myself in the courts. Brian took my case and told me the good, the bad and the ugly. Fortunately, he was skilled enough to achieve the good with no shenanigans and obeying all ethical standards, something that I cannot say for law enforcement in this state.

I was going through an emotional divorce and Chris was referred to me by a colleague. He kept me informed every step of the way and in moments when I had doubts, when I felt afraid, he made himself available to offer counsel and support. I appreciated his sense of humor and encouragement regarding life after the divorce; He probably works on a lot of divorces, but I never felt that mine was unimportant; He listened and I felt heard.

Jinoo Hwang was referred to me by another lawyer who recommended him for his skills in creating a trust that was more useful for me because it was applicable in all 50 states and not just one. Jinoo's knowledge of recent changes in trust laws were invaluable in creating a trust which is inclusive of my estate but also allows me the flexibility to designate specific things to individuals in the event of my passing. The final piece that I was impressed with was the succession of trustees and the inclusion of a third party to act as the trustee in case of need. I was facing the possibility of years in prison when I called Daniel Kruse for help. While I had not heard of Mr. Kruse before, fortunately I chose him from a list of attorneys I had found online. I appreciated the initial consultation he provided, never rushing me, instead taking all the time needed for him to hear about the circumstances of my situation. At the conclusion of that consultation, I hired Mr. Kruse as my attorney. He visited me while I was in jail and kept in constant touch with me afterwards as he worked on my case. Because of Mr. Kruse's efforts, the most serious charge against me was dismissed, meaning I avoided prison time. While I pled guilty to the second charge against me, I was given credit for time served and did not have to return to jail. Mr. Kruse is professional, knowledgeable, effective, has excellent communication skills, and on top of all that, he's a nice guy, which really helps a lot when a person finds themselves in such a bad situation. While not wanting to sound too dramatic, bottom line, I believe Mr. Kruse saved my life by helping me avoid prison time, and I will always be grateful for his help and for the opportunity I've now been given to change my life for the better.

If you dont mind your attorney being RUDE and helping you be FRAMED, showing up in court high and filing dics to have clients ARRESTED after making a court date then just move along. Fraud is normal?
She gets paid to defend people from their accusers but if she does not like you then she will have you ARRESTED to win points with coworkers, retaliate against complainants and discredit any accusers of malpractice. Malpractice. She exposed clients to covid and incarceration on her OWN initiative.
She should not be an attorney. She should not be paid by taxpayers. She is the hypocritical ilk of her client base and i wish her the very best in her recovery but sending clients to JAIL because she "doesnt like their attitude" makes her a criminal.

I have just recently finished up a near 2 year long probate and estate case. The case was settled satisfactorily and happy to be finished. This was a long process and have some comments and concerns with choosing Mr. Wasley as my attorney.
The Good:
Mr. Wasley is knowledgeable and effective.
He is responsive in his communication.
The Challenges:
Mr. Wasley counseled without Empathy.
At no time did I ever feel like he cared about my case or myself. I certainly do not need hand holding, however it was quite clear I was just a number not a name. When you have lost your parent and need to go through this process, you expect some level of concern.
I felt that many questions or comments I had were bothersome to him. I would think that with how much you have to pay an attorney, that he would welcome questions. I felt inside that I need to apologize for asking a question.
I should have retained another attorney, but by the time I realized how it would go, I was already heavily invested.
At the time of retaining an attorney, I had quite a hard time finding one available.
My suggestion is that if you are in a position where you need an attorney that is somewhat friendly, personable, and empathetic, you should be careful in hiring Mr. Wasley.
