A friend was visiting and involved in an auto accident, which included a potential DUI. Kim was very effective and professional in helping the out of state visitor navigate the Pierce County system. Kim was able to quickly adjust her schedule to ensure the right papers were filed, helped my friend work with the courts for dates that worked. Mr. Freeborn and his paralegal were not the first legal team we met with about our issues. The first lawyer we spoke with came highly recommended by a family member, but he was adamant we’d have to file for bankruptcy. We gave Freeborn Law Offices a try for a second opinion. Des Kolke, Helped me with my divorce. Des was very relaxed and confident about my case. During a very difficult time he was like a quarterback in the Super Bowl when you are down by 5 points with 55 seconds to go in the game and you need a touchdown to win. His expertise and confidence really shined through during the mediation hearing. I have to admit I was not optimistic about my case being settled and i was bracing myself for a trial date. During the past few years, I have come across many challenges and struggles in my parenting plan. Up until working with Mr. Howard, I was not provided with valid information regarding possible outcomes nor did I feel supported with my concerns.
